Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and walking distance from the beach shore, Dal Contadino Trattoria is a celebration of rustic homestyle Italian cuisine. Indulge in a relaxing ambiance while enjoying handmade pastas, a catch of the day, Tuscany steak and daily specials crafted by Chef Nuccio.

Live Music on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays.
Social Mondays: 1/2 OFF cocktails, $2 meatballs/each. Wine Tuesdays: 1/2 OFF bottles of wine up to $100.
Happy Hour: special menu offering select food and drinks, everyday from 4-6 pm at the bar and bar area only.
Reservations for the bar are not accepted.

This is by far one of the best Italian places in Ft Lauderdale. We go at least every other week and sometimes every week! You can’t go wrong here .

Excellent food, everyone there remembered me and always treats me very well. Piano player was awesome!

We dined with another couple on our recent visit. The meatball appetizer was amazing and we all enjoyed our drinks and entrees. Everything was perfectly prepared and our server, Carlos P., was outstanding. We enjoyed our table location, which was towards the back and far enough from the live music that we could enjoy the music and still talk easily to one another. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We had a wonderful experience at Dal Contadino Trattoria. This is real Italian food, every single dish is hand crafted with high quality ingredients. I felt like eating at my Nonna’s home, the flavors are so homey and authentic. Coming from an Italian herself, this place is a hidden gem I’ll definitely be back to. Can’t recommend enough!

If you’re looking for an elegant trattoria that delivers on its food and service, then don’t miss this charming restaurant in East Ft Lauderdale. The food never disappoints and you feel welcome the minute you enter. Outstanding service without the higher price tag that usually comes with higher end restaurants. The only challenge is the noise level which can be easily accommodated by sitting outside.
