The waiter was fantastic..he made the dining experience very enjoyable. The lobster pot pie was such a nice culinary surprise..a compliment to the chef(s)....I throughly enjoyed the afternoon of service and menu items..
Always a wonderful experience at the Daily Grill. For either a business lunch or casual dining, you cannot go wrong.
The update is nice, service could improve. Nice to see new things on the menu.
The service here has improved 100% with the new manager. Great place to eat before the theater.
The server was great. The daily Grill is always my choice downtown for consistency.. food , service, cleanliness, and ease of parking.
Greta place. Awesome service. We will be back. Had to get to a show and they were very aware of this and quick. Split our meal with no questions. Nick was awesome.
I like this place off the beaten path. It is somewhere I will go for a special occasion as it is a bit pricey.
Definitely would recommend this beautiful restaurant I’ll back that’s for sure
Was not able to eat at this restaurant. Had a reservation at 5:30 on a Saturday and was called around 2:15 that day telling me that they had to cancel my reservation due to a minor fire in an elevator the day before. Luckily I was able to make another reservation at another great restaurant for that day. Just wish they would have notified me earlier. I can't rate the food or service high since I have never eaten here.
As always, a great meal that impresses our guests. We will surely return again.
We often go to Daily Grill before the theater. They are really good at keeping us on time for curtain. Nick, our waiter, is personable and actually remembers when he has waited on us before.
First time dining at the Daily Grill. My wife and I needed to get something to eat before a show at the PAC next door. The ambiance and service was exceptional. We ordered the jumbo lump crab cakes and blackened ahi tuna salad - both were top notch. We definitely plan to eat there again. Highly recommended.
Very busy night for staff, but all were pleasant and helpful even though oftentimes it was difficult to get someone’s attention. My friend and I both ordered the salmon “simply grilled”. Mine was a thinner end piece of a fillet and it was fine. My friend’s thicker piece, however was raw in the middle. A waiter different from the one assigned to us to the raw salmon away and in some time another piece of salmon was delivered to my friend. This second piece was more raw than the first piece. Both waiters and eventually the manager on duty were all very apologetic. We had to leave for the opera, but returned afterwards. At that point my friend received a piece of salmon that was nicely prepared. Another thing besides raw fish being served twice is the fact that despite my giving my Insider account info to the manager in charge I have NOT received credit for the meal. This is the second time staff at Daily Grill have failed to do whatever it is that they need to do for me to get credit on meals I have purchased and paid for. When thinking back on this raw fish business I really feel that our entire meal should have been comped or else us given a voucher for another free meal for two. Service and food are usually impeccable at this restaurant, but someone working in the kitchen this last time really made a mess of things for us. Come on Daily Grill!! Don’t offer a program like Insider and then fail to give us credit for expensive meals. And please, please make sure the food is cooked.
Always a great place to eat. Also very convenient if you're going to the PAC.
I eat at the Daily Grill often. My office is across the street, I park daily in the garage just outside, and I hold season tickets to the Performing Arts Center next door, so it's very convenient with great food and service. For whatever reason, every time I make a reservation I always end up with a seat near the kitchen and it is far too noisy for table conversation. This is my only complaint about this restaurant. If there is ever a remodel my suggestion is to move the bar to back up to the kitchen so noise is all in one area and those who are looking for a quiet dinner can find it in the restaurant...which will then have more tables with a nice view of the green between the hotel and the PAC. Service and food are great, and I love that the kitchen is open late for pub grub with seating in the bar. I've stopped in several times after a week night hockey game because no one else nearby is serving food.
Why can’t they get my RARE steak...well...RARE!!! EVERY TIME we go there, which is every 2 months, I order the same thing and I ALWAYS have to send it back! I even warn the waitperson HOW rare I want it! This time, by time the 2nd steak arrived, everybody else was done eating 😡
It’s the only place in Tulsa that I know of, that has this cut, a strip steak, of meat. And yes, I know a strip steak is thin! But I requested “basically-RAW no char marks at all!” and it came back medium well WITH burned char marks!
We go back because of the proximity to the PAC. But that’s the LAST time I order that steak!
Note to chef: if someone orders a steak like that, find the THICKEST piece of meat (for that cut) and cook it the way they want it!
The salads were very good, as was my chicken roulade, but the Moroccan Chicken was not nearly as good as it used to be.
We were seated exactly at our reservation time. Service was very good and food was delicious. We find it to be a nice place to go before attending PAC shows and have been happy that we can get in and out of there on time after enjoying our meal.
Service was great. They even met my special requests and it was a beautiful evening. The waitress was also excellent and kind and attentive and helpful!
Extremely slow service. Our server would disappear for long periods of time when there were only 2 tables occupied.
The booths next to the windows were extremely COLD. When I received my meal the rice and vegetables were cold. And the wait staff ( waitress ) was inattentive and over charged me on my bill. I had to show her the price on the menu. Over all it was less than stellar. Gorman Ramsey would be throwing one of his HELL'S KITCHENS fit
The food was very good and the service on point. We’ll be back again.
Waitress was very slow! Food came out cold but the plate was hot.
The food was very good. The service was awful. We waited in line for 10 minutes just to get to the hostess and we had a reservation. Thirty minutes after we ordered we were told that the meal one of us had ordered was sold out. We rushed to finish our meal to get to the theater on time. We thought an hour and a half would be plenty of time for dinner but it wasn't. To be fair, it was a night when the PAC was active. We may give this another try when it's quieter.
Food and service are consistently very good. Wait staff was friendly and unobtrusive.
I was not aware they were serving breakfast at the time our reservation was booked, therefore it was quite a disappointment to have breakfast instead of lunch.
PERFECT FOR AN EVENING OF DINNER & A SHOW (PERFORMING ART CENTER IS ACROSS THE COURT YARD). WAIT STAFF COULD USE A LITTLE MORE POLISH.FOR THR MOST PART IT WAS FINE.
I really love the new vibe at the downtown Crowne Plaza. Big city ambience with small town friendliness is in store for you at the new Daily Grille.
Loved the happy hour vibrancy of the new bar. Looking forward to a lot of upcoming celebrations there!
