   We had reservations for 6:00. It was a busy night because it was a Broadway show night. We ordered our wine and food at the same time because we knew it was busy. After about 20 min our server told us they did not have Pinot Grigio. So we ordered Chardonnay. Our food came at 6:55, show starts at 7:30. I had ordered the trout. They served me my side and had a sandwich for me which of course I did not order. The waitress came to the table to tell me they did not have the trout. Why did she not tell me this when I ordered? I ordered the clam chowder knowing that could be served quickly. They were totally understaffed. This happened to us several months ago. That time our food did not come in time and we had to take it to go and eat it the next day. The Daily Grill has been our go to restaurant for several years. However it is too stressful wondering if we will receive our food before the show starts.

   No hostess on duty when we arrived, slow table service, stained table clothe and hostess knocked over pepper as she seated us and didn’t clean it up. Food took over 40 minutes to arrive. Our server told us it was due to lack of staff and that he couldn’t wait to be off work. Pretty unprofessional. Overall underwhelmed and won’t likely return. The watermelon mojito was delicious though!

   Daily Grill always has delicious food, and normally great service. However, on our visit this week they must have been running short on staff. Without exaggeration, our drink order took over an hour, and our food longer than that. Our poor waiter was trying his best to make everyone happy, but it was obvious that the folks at the bar and the kitchen were just not on their A game. If this had been my first time at the restaurant, I would probably not return. But knowing that this was an aberration, I will definitely give it another try and hope for a better experience.

   Good food and service. Our server stayed on top of our needs. One small complaint… our bread had not been baked or warmed. Since we eat at the Daily Grill often, we know the bread is usually right out of the oven. Overall, we had a lovely dinner and will definitely return.

   Our group ordered the cheeseburger sliders and the fish and chips. The sliders were raw in the middle and the fish was nothing except breading. We didn’t send anything back or tell the waiter. We were there on the night of a concert and they were extremely busy. Should have been more servers.

   We visited the Daily Grill before the Eagles concert at BOK. It was a very busy evening but we had good survice. Our drinks arrived before dinner and the manager was helping with refills. Food was quality and tasty, but the basalmic vinegrette was very thick and strong. It was okay so we didn’t request a different dressing. Not sure if they were trying to use a reduction in the dressing but it was thick and green, just different. If you order that, you might request a sample first.

   Wonderful service. Good food. Well priced. On a great location if going out for the night and seeing a show at the Tulsa PAC.

   You would think when a play is at the PAC (right next door to the Hyatt hotel where the restaurant is) that the restaurant would put more staff on! We only saw/had 1 waitress in that whole restaurant! We saw the host taking orders, the chef delivering food, the bartender delivering drinks and the bus-person refilling waters! We’ve had this waitress before (Sunshine is her name) and she was awesome, so I know it’s just that she was overwhelmed with the amount of tables she had to care for. We will be back, BUT, management!!! PLEASE pay attention to the PAC schedule and staff ur restaurant accordingly! PY

   Hi PjAjY, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Yes, our PAC guests have always been loyal to us, so on a performance night we are always busy. Even when due to circumstances beyond our control, we are not staffed properly, I am happy to hear that every other position in the restaurant pitched in to make sure that our guests are taken care of. We will do everything possible to remove the staffing issues, so we are prepared next time you are visiting our restaurant.
