   Mother's Day dinner here was excellent. Waitress was wonderful. Bar service was very good (even though he couldn't pronounce "mezcal"). Ambience was beautiful. Parking sucked, but the food was out of this world.

   I have been at this place four times since I moved to Arizona, June 2024. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The food is fantastic. The atmosphere has a nice mellow vibe. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is.

   I had a reservation for standard table. They were not able to seat me inside. They gave me the option for outside, when it was 106 degrees. Ruined Mother's Day for my family. Not even an apology, instead they blamed the Opentable app.

   Amazing experience! The food was excellent and the ambiance was unlike anywhere we have dined before, it was the perfect date night. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu and gave great recommendations! We definitely will be back soon

   I had occasionally seen Dahlia come up on several reviews. As a total foodie, I have to say that everything we tried was so well composed, flavored and presented. My friend a snob sommelier was entirely excited by every dish, something that rarely happens when we try new restaurants. The shrimp was so well seasoned. The lamb has a lovely herb crust and the potato was done to perfection with a pillowy inside, each accompanied with the best dipping sauces. Great drinks and delicious Spanish wines. The cheesecake fluffy and not too sweet is a nice finish. But as a chocolate fan, I had to have the flourless cake, a modest serving as it should be, but tremendous flavor that did not disappoint. This place needs to be experienced.

   Dahlia’s is my new favorite tapas place! From the cozy close quarters to the thoughtful menu- we were not disappointed but rather, inspired. Michaela & all of the staff cared for every want or need me or my grandparents could have requested. From drinks to each dish, we ooohhhed & ahhed at each masterpiece they served us like their potato croquettes or the Chilean Lamb Chops. The asparagus salad was life changing, none of us had experienced such a fun light/crisp yet savory salad. Cannot wait to return and try more of their seasonal items.
