   Dahlia’s is my new favorite tapas place! From the cozy close quarters to the thoughtful menu- we were not disappointed but rather, inspired. Michaela & all of the staff cared for every want or need me or my grandparents could have requested. From drinks to each dish, we ooohhhed & ahhed at each masterpiece they served us like their potato croquettes or the Chilean Lamb Chops. The asparagus salad was life changing, none of us had experienced such a fun light/crisp yet savory salad. Cannot wait to return and try more of their seasonal items.

   Lovely place! I have been here three times now and I consistently enjoy. Keep asking myself why I don’t come more often. Melanie was our server. Very attentive and sweet. She greeted us warmly, introduced herself, shared suggestions and answered all of our questions on items in the menu. Thank you for the recommendations! Great drinks!! Pretty AND tasty! Our tapas were THE BOMB—Potato Croquettes, Portabella Mushrooms, and Lamb Lollipops. Awesome dessert crème Catalana (like Crème Brûlée) Yum 😋 Beautiful night on the patio. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and they made her feel so special. he owner stopped by and checked on us. Very cool people working there, great ambiance, and great food. We both agreed that this would be an awesome date place. I’ll be back!!

   Everything at Dahlia’s was absolutely amazing! Our server Mel was the sweetest, most attentive and educated server we have ever had here in Phoenix! Everything she recommended was amazing!!! You truly feel like you are part of the family eating here, and will be going back for sure!! Biggest recommendation, get one of everything!!! You won’t be disappointed!

   I don’t normally bother to post reviews, but the quality of the food at Dahlia’s was so exceptional I felt I needed to take the time to do so. I don’t live in Phoenix, but found myself there for the second time in 6 weeks. We ate at Dahlia’s in late February and had a great meal. Brought different people with me this time and again really enjoyed ourselves. Every bite was delicious and the drinks were wonderful too. Highly recommend!

    Started with the Pan con Tomate, and it was to die for!!! The music was so in point that I asked for the playlist and they shared it was their own Spotify playlist so I immediately added it to my playlist! The whole vibe made “date night” perfect!!! Thank you!!
