   We sat at the bar and had dinner and drinks and it was a great experience! Brayden was super friendly and many of the bartenders had great recommendations. The birria short ribs and street corn are so good. We will definitely be back!

   I visited Dahlia’s this evening with a reservation specifically for an outdoor table. Unfortunately, after a noticeable wait, we were seated indoors. After pointing this out, the hostess did accommodate us quickly with an outdoor table, which was appreciated. However, the service from that point on was disappointing. It took about 10 minutes to even get a server’s attention, and once we did, the service continued to be inattentive. We waited over 35 minutes for a simple order—a draft Corona, a house margarita, and an appetizer—which never arrived. Ultimately, it was a frustrating experience that left a lot to be desired.

   Last night was our first visit. We started off with a few delicious drinks, which wonderfully complimented the chips and salsa. Our entrees were the Chile Relleno and the Vegetable Enchiladas with chicken. Both arrived at the same time, we're perfectly warm, and so very delicious. The entire staff, including the Manager, were welcoming and attentive through our entire experience. We shall definitely return soon!!!

   Food was fantastic! We had a large party and everyone loved their food and drinks! Our server was knowledgeable and fun. Only complaint was that there were multiple managers eyeing up down waiting for us to leave. Even asked the waitress to ask us when we’ll be done. NOT COOL

   I found the enchiladas to be far too spicy and didn't care at all for the flavor. It’s also very loud in the dining room and difficult to converse. On the plus side, it’s an attractive room, but I can’t recommend the food at all, I must say.

   Went for my Dad’s birthday asked about the baked Alaska special as soon as seated.. it was the reason for choosing Dahlia and driving an hour.. we never got it.. took an hour and twenty minutes to get a chimichanga and tacos had to cancel my dessert order after telling multiple people I wanted it and hearing it’s coming.. hopefully Dad gets cake at his next birthday .. you have to be able to deliver results you had an hour and 20 minutes to make a dessert and failed

    Great atmosphere, drinks, and food. The manager was great as well, along with the rest of the staff but he seemed like he really cared about the whole operation and giving people a great experience. Our server was great I was I had asked her name but I was too busy chatting with friends.
