Love this place. Finally, something other than (with a few exceptions) "same ol', same ol'" mediocrity on the UWS. While all the small plates are all excellent, the chicken mousse is epic. Grazing among a dozen or delicious dishes alfresco is the way I want to eat today -- and throughout the summer. Already been twice in two weeks; looking forward to going back!
Excellent service and food. The outside tenting kept us dry in rain.
Food is amazing, place ok (I know they are a good thing, but plastic dividers are not charming!). Actually, I think this is the perfect place to eat outside. Service was excellent until dessert when it slowed down but when dessert - silwan - arrived, it was well worth the wait and the extra moments probably worked to our advantage!
Great great Middle Eastern food! Great and safe and warm outdoor set up. Beautiful design inside - and out. Great service. It’s a gem - not just in the neighborhood, but for the city. I am so grateful to have a high quality, beautiful restaurant on the Upper West Side. We were in desperate need. I go all the time now.
Food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Outdoor dining set up was well ventilated and nicely decorated. Already booked another reservation!
Fantastic service and food. Large main portions for sharing. Had the lamb and dumplings plus I had the waiter pick out the mezze. Excellent choices.
The only bummer is they where out of goldstar beer. First world problems.
Thanks for a great evening
Wonderful relaxed modern aesthetic makes for an easy feeling room. Menu was very thoughtfully curated for interested dishes all with a great presentation and little interpretation. Such a welcome new comer to the Weatside - can’t wait to go back
Delicious food, though the portions were a bit small for the price. The space is beautiful and the staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. We had a lovely time and will be back.
Awesome meal and dessert to celebrate a birthday! So many wonderful food and wine choices! We will definitely go back.
so good. hard to get a reservation but SO worth it. great food, great vibe.
This was my fifth meal in 8 days and every one has been outstanding.
A phenomenal meal!
Would return to try everything on the menu
Music toooooo loud, but everything else was fantastic
I wanted to be wowed. I wasn't. Deafening loud music indoors. Crispy lamb was small amounts of fatty lamb on big bones. Small plates were better.
Very interesting but somewhat limited menu, well.prepared and well served, but slightly expensive for what they served and the music was really too loud.
Delicious food, with interesting takes on traditional dishes. A great addition to the neighborhood.
Music was too loud! Food was delicious and plentiful.
The Tunisian Cigar is a must do treat. The hummus is very good. Any entree will be good. The lemon sherbet is a gem.
As enjoyable a dining experience as I've had a on a NYC sidewalk!
Top notch new spot on UWS.
Phenomenal food, the kubaneh and the sabich were amazing!
The food is delicious. Unfortunately there is no kids option at brunch. They did make our child a special dish, but it was too sophisticated for her. So we paid adult prices for a dish our kid refused to eat. Otherwise I think we would become regulars - especially for the delicious bread.
We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere and will definitely return.
The best addition to the neighborhood! Fantastic food, lovely service.
The dinner was amazing! Especially tasty were the three mezzes with which we started. My only pet peeve was that we did not have enough bread for the dips, and were charged for the extra bread we requested. Considering how much we were already spending I thought that was inappropriate.
We shared a few sides and apps - and everything was incredible! Their only mis-step was the chocolate cake dessert. Dry and bland (and $14.00!). But overall a wonderful dining experience.
Fabulous new restaurant. Service impeccable. food great.
Ok. Typical uws
Delicious new addition to UWS- terrific server- sat outside- we're going back!
A wonderful blend of mediterranean foods, spices, textures, and preparations.
Their crispy roasted lamb is the best!
Food Was interesting and excellent. Can’t wait to go back
Just fantastic - from the food to the service to the attention to details - highly recommended!
A very surprising and exciting discovery in UWS. We traveled to Mediterranean countries through the food and the atmosphere.
Food was delicious!!
mezze selections were terrific; for entrees we had the chicken with Harissa, and the lamb shank. both were incredibly delicious. Cheese cake dessert was outstanding. We were very happy with bottle of wine we selected. Our server Stephanie was very helpful in selecting our choices. only negative was that background music gets a bit loud at timers. We will definitely return for another dinner, and also for brunch.
Brunch was delicious- took a little while for waiter to come over to us at first, but after he finally came over service was good.
Dinner was delicious
I felt like I was in Tell Aviv. Can't wait to go back. Yummy
Fantastic food that was creative, beautiful and delicious. Great service.
Delicious food and fantastic service. First visit and will definitely eat there again.
Terrific food, great service. Good value and an all around nice experience.
