At Daddy's Burger, culinary tradition and innovation blend to offer a unique gastronomic experience. The story begins with our father, who opened the first food truck on the Sorrentine Peninsula in 1983. Today, the three of us siblings continue his legacy, and in 2022, we decided to bring Daddy's Burger to Florence.

In our restaurant, you can savor authentic Sorrentine cuisine, thanks to recipes passed down through generations and concentrated in flavorful sandwiches. Try the 'Nerano,' a reinterpretation of the famous pasta alla Nerano, or the 'Vesuvio,' a modern take on eggplant Parmesan. Don't miss out on the 'Panino dal 1983' featuring the renowned 'melanzane a funghetto,' a delight that keeps alive the tradition created by our father over 40 years ago.

We welcome you to a family-friendly atmosphere, with a characteristic outdoor seating area on Piazza Beccaria. Come visit us to immerse yourself in Sorrentine hospitality, where tradition meets innovation.

I was with my wife at Daddy's Burger, a restaurant in the center of Florence. We had dinner in the beautiful outdoor seating area in Piazza Beccaria. Opted for the sandwich tasting, and it felt like a trip back to Sorrento. We discovered genuine products and traditional flavors from Campania (a region we are very fond of). The tasting allowed us to try three different and exceptional sandwiches. Highly recommended place. Special thanks to Marco, the owner, who was super kind and helpful.
