Flavourful and rich pastas, starter salad was yummy. Good portions and average prices. Nice outdoor patio with views of Public Gardens.

Food was exceptionally good. Not many places make their own pasta and this was really worth the effort. Service was quick and friendly. I am a fairly big eater so found the portions a little small.

We had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive. They have a very good tomato sauce which is so important in an Italian restaurant. I had the gnocchi which was slightly toasted making it especially tasty. Our guests were pleased with their dishes and dessert. We'll be back.

There were things about this restaurant that I liked, including the ambience and decor , I think they did a really nice job of re doing this space given it was formally a family breakfast restaurant. The service was also pretty good. We were there on a Sunday night with reservations but they were not require there was a lot of empty seats. It's a pretty big space which might leave it a bit cold. We had a pizza appetizer which I thought was quite good, we also had the meatballs , which we ok fennell forward , came with 3 and a salad which was also ok, not outstanding. We had a couple of mocktails, again ok, not outstanding but not bad. For mains we had the mushroom risotto which I did not enjoy but others did, it was mushroom forward which is to be expected but not my preference. The tagliatelle pollo which was really enjoyed although the pasta was over cooked. The spaghetti scoglio which was enjoyed, and I had the bolognese which was just ok, again pasta was over cooked. Overall I thought there were some hits and some misses. I probably would not return because I think there are better options out there for properly cooked pasta for similar price with larger menus and just better food overall.
