Absolutely love this place. Everything was excellent!!
Outstanding quality of food. Service was top notch. We had the 5 course meal and the waiter did a wonderful job of wine pairing. Pasta was so good.
Fantastic food and excellent service, really took me by surprise. Definitely returning
This was our second time at Da Vinci - and both experiences were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, while allowing us to enjoy our meals.
The arancini as a starter was a favorite, and the Indian fusion ravioli had some unexpected and delicious flavors. Looking forward to our next visit
Tried the Boston Restaurant Week Tasting Menu. The food was all delicious, and some great fusion dishes too!
I normally love DaVinci's but this time I was disappointed in my main course. My friend and I went for Dining Out Bosto. Both got the appetizer of Watermelon Salad with Goat Cheese and Balsamic reduction and it was wonderful,. My friend had the Rigatoni Bolognese which I have had before and it was great. I got the Chicken Milamese (hold the mozzerella please). Well it was painfully dry. On the good side the homade rigatoni was great. We both finished with the strawberry mousse and it was heavenly.
Absolutely lovely! We went for Boston restaurant week and we're not disappointed at all! Beautiful area with the chance to eat outside. LOVED IT!
By far one of the best meals we've had. My boyfriend and I went for restaurant week and the food/service was fantastic. HIGHLY recommend the gnocchi and gelato. Will definitely go back
The only downside was how dark it was inside. Food and service were excellent though!
We had a fantastic experience at Da Vinci. Service was out of this world. Attentive without being overbearing. I wish I remember his name. Food was great and everything was very well timed. Our water glasses were never close to empty (and we drink quite a bit of water). Desserts were also great and our waiter treated us to some extras which made us very happy.
The meal is tasted better, but we wait much more time. The waiter was too busy to care everyone.
Tried their Dine Out Boston menu and it was fabulous. Great food stressing that all pastas are handmade and you can really taste the difference. Friendly and helpful service, attentive as well.
Good good, especially appetizers and enters.. strawberry mouss for desert was dissapointoing.. too sweet.
The staff made a special occasion even more special. They were attentive and friendly.
Food was amazing !!!
Looking forward to returning!!!
One of the best meals I have had. The veal was amazing!
DaVinci is always terrific. One of our two favorite Boston restaurants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Da Vinci. As a gluten free eater, it was wonderful to have so many options and have the wait staff and chefs be so knowledgeable about allergies and gluten free eating. The ambiance and environment of the restaurant is great. The menus are back-lit with LED lights which, if you're easily entertained like myself, is a fun little quirk to make the experience unique. The food was plentiful, rich, and delicious! The chocolate souffle is what dreams are made of (especially gfree-ers!) Overall, would go again and have already recommended to several friends!
Brought the family back to Boston and stopped by for a meal. As delicious as we remember. Mid week, dog days of summer and dining room still mostly filled. Goes to show you that attention to detail and great food is a good combination. Only wish we could have seen the EC Peppino. When/if we make it back to Boston we will return.
Good food, good service, mediocre bread, good bar, nice ambiance, would go back for sure.
Very good Italian food. You cant go wrong eating here. We would love to return.
It was great !!! Loved it
Loved the dinner. We ordered fried calamari, gnocchi and pappardelle. Everything was delicious!! 100% recommended
Amazing food service n atmosphere. The lighting is perfect. The design and intemesy. Has one of the best Italian pasta dishes.
We had a fabulous dining experience at Da Vinci! It was our first time there and we went to celebrate a special occasion. We had the vegetarian tasting menu which was innovative and tasty. We were impressed by the attentive service and the care that went into making our dinner a memorable one. Thank you Da Vinci staff!
The food here is wonderful. the service is outstanding.
Although the food can be very filling and the prices a little high me and my wife find Da Vinci to be very reliable and very very delicious. We especially appreciated the bartender helping my wife find a before meal drink and the waiter finding us a salad that worked for us.
The food was outstanding. My wife and I shared a fried calamari plate as a starter, which was delicious. I had the beef tenderloin, which was tender and perfectly done. My wife had a pasta course with tomato sauce, which was exceptional. The service was there when needed, but not obtrusive.
Overall good pre-theater meal. Friendly but not super attentive service. Burrata app was delicious. Scallops excellent. Signature ravioli was a little boring but still good. Did not have a real entree so likely missed out. Veal chop looked good. Gelato was tasty.
As frequent diners at Soul of India in Sudbury, we were eager to try DaVinci Bistro (both restaurants are managed by Peppino's brother Jay) when it opened in Sudbury several months ago. While the food and service there are wonderful, it's very crowded and noisy any day of the week. We tried DaVinci/Boston for the first time 6/17 - what an entirely different and delightful experience! Plenty of room and reasonable noise level, even on a Saturday evening. The food was fantastic and innovative, and our server (Erlind) was delightful, knowledgeable and highly professional. Prices are on the high side, but competitive by Boston standards. Basically the same menu as Sudbury, but an infinitely more pleasurable experience.
Not going back. Martinis prices are ridiculous $51 for three Kettle One Martini’s. Servers are obnoxiously rigid. The food is OK. The place is for fools. We will never go back
Delicious. Outstanding preparation. Fine ingredients. Clean and quiet . Impeccable service.
Another outstanding meal at Da Vinci. We have here multiple times and every single meal is fantastic. I recognized our waiter as one we've had before but I was impressed he remembered us! Service is spot on. We asked for the meal to be spread out and it was timed perfectly. Food was outstanding as usual. Will never stop going here!
The Da Vinci is my new favorite restaurant! Excellent food and terrific service in a beautiful space, conveniently located. What more could you want? The food is beautifully prepared and elegantly presented. We had the baby kale salad (great!) the seasonal fish, the scallops on risotto cakes (delicious!), and shared the dessert tasting menu. That included a chocolate souffle, panna cotta with berries, peach crostata, and gelato. Everything was terrific!
Five course tasting menu was an absolute delight! Great place for celebrations. Really attentive staff. Very fancy!
Excellent meal. My family and I particularly enjoyed the arancini and calamari appetizers, the Indian ravioli main dish, and the chocolate souffle and mango crème brûlée desserts. The service was very good and the ambiance appealing. We were there on a weeknight when the place was half empty, so it's hard for me to judge the noise or service on a more crowded evening.
Delicious gluten free gnocchi and scrumptious desserts!
Great staff. One of the best service I have gitten around Boston.
Excellent dinner and service. The arancini were amazing! As was everything else.
Celebrate my graduation with my family at there. The food is within expectation. But we were treated warm and welcomed. We had a desert plate with "congratulations" written in Chinese as they gave us best wishes.
Food was great. Service not so much. We had a 8:30 reservation but didn't get seated til 8:45. Four large parties dominated the restaurant especially the servers and the kitchen. We didn't order until 9:15 and didn't get our food until 10. Server never apologized for long wait. she was too busy serving table of 20 and table of 8. Manager finally came over and apologized and offered us free round of drinks which we refused. Food was excellent. I got special pasta with Shrimp, scallops and a full lobster tail in a spicy marinara sauce. It was delicious. Rest of party got the scallops which they all enjoyed. Desert came after 11 and was on the house because it was birthday and a long wait. We didn't leave restaurant until after 11:30. 3 Hours for a party of 4. Restaurant clearly wasn't prepared for 4 large tables. Needed more servers and should have staggered the reservation times so the kitchen wasn't overwhelmed. I would give it another chance but not right away.
