Nice to go to an Italian restaurant and see Italians working there.
We love this family owned restaurant. The food is consistently good no matter what you order.
Da Pasquale Trattoria is the closest I have come to taste Real Italian food, and not the Americanized version!
I had spaghetti pescatore. The pasta was al dente, not hard not soft …just right. The mussels, clams, shrimp in it was delicious as was the sauce.
The Pastiera (dessert) was just like I tasted in Naples (Italy).
Our waitress spoke perfect English and Italian. The entire crew seemed to be family related and all worked well together.
It’s too bad we live far from there, or we would eat there every few days. It will certainly be “my place” whenever I am in Beverly Hills.
Fresh bread! Amazing- and the pasta olio was fabulous
Anna’s cooking is the best!! This is a menu that doesn’t dissapoint.
What an amazing little restaurant. Delicious food and wonderful service. I'll be back.
28 years and counting. Our favorite Italian restaurant in LA. Kudos to Pasquale and Anna.
They were closed.
There was no experience. The restaurant was closed and there was no warning of same prior to showing up for the reservation.
Great food! Can’t wait to go back again!
Always great service and outstanding homemade food!
This is a classic small family owned style Italian restaurant with an incredible menu and great service. I would go here time and time again if it was only closer to my home.
Delicious, authentic Italian food at a quaint spot in Beverly Hills. It reminded us of dinners we’ve enjoyed in Italy.
Excellent service and food. Many specials to choose from making it a little difficult to decide, but our waiter was very helpful with my decision. Highly recommend.
I have been eating here for years and the food is always very consistent. I brought a friend with me who had never dined here before. She had chicken Parmesan and she loved it. We shared a Tricolore Salad. She hasn't stopped talking about the salad and it's been 2 days! I always order the linguine vongole and it's always fantastic. One of these days I'll get my courage up and I'll try something different.
We have been going regularly for year. Food is always outstanding, ingredients always fresh, atmosphere always family.
LOVE THIS RESTAURANT
The food was amazing and it was matched by excellent service. The wine selection was fantasitc and complimented the wonderful meal.
Never disappoints! Love everyone there. Pasquale, his wife and staff are familia.
Ate outside. Not rushed at all. European service, no one is pushing you. Food is always good.
Made a reservation 3 months in advance for my son's 10th birthday and wrote the restaurant a note at the time that we were looking forward to a special evening for my son. Drove 6 hours from Northern California to stay in BH.
Got seated at a terrible looking 2-top right at the entrance and on the sidewalk with passing fast cars. I requested to be moved to a different table, to which I was told, "We are busy this evening and I need to save my bigger tables for my bigger reservations." The only other option was inside, so we complied. Took 25 minutes for server to greet us. We place our order and the food came out another 45 minutes later with no-check in from staff. My 1st glass of wine and my son's sprite sat empty for 30 minutes. My 2nd glass of wine was corked and since the server never came back to the table, I had to go to him behind the bar to request a fresh glass. That fresh glass took another 15 minutes to arrive at my table. My shrimp & calamari risotto was below average, the risotto was dry and tasted more like rice than a traditional risotto. My son's pasta bolognese was very good. We won't be coming back.
Excellent food, great service. Decor is dated and could use some sprucing up.
ACTUALLY I THINK MOST LA RESTAURANTS ARE HAVING A STRUGGLE AFTER THE PANDEMIC. DP 'S FOOD IS OUTSTANDING FRESH AND YUMMY!
Amazing!!! Excellent customer service and wonderful food.
As always: delicious!
So wonderful to be back here! The food is always so fresh and delicious. Locals like us love this place and never tire of it — which is why it’s always busy!
The restaurant is making great efforts to make the Covid restrictions workable with less patrons, fewer staff all with very pleasant responses to everything.
Can't wait to go back.
We had to sit inside next to equipment and booster chairs that were stuffed into a corner despite having a reservation for outdoor seating. They tried to seat us outdoor but it was awful. It was right next to the exit of a parking garage.
I asked if the carciofi salad was the dry shaved artichokes. The waitress said yes but it was the soft marinated artichokes and it had arugula salad with it that had too much dressing.
Quality has declined significantly in the last year. Salads in particular used to be the best and now are very poor quality. Hopefully the trend can be reversed
Quaint Italian restaurant. Food was delicious. Big portions, great taste, and charming atmosphere. Prices were reasonable. We will return.
The good and bad.
The sausage pizza was meh.
The beef carpaccio, the best I’ve ever had, exceptional quality. They don’t drench the beef with dressing. The beef was fresh, light and delicious, with fresh baby Arugula. Cut slightly thicker than normal. Very uncommon. All too often carpaccio, is swimming in lemon juice and olive oil.
The Cannoli, so good.
And the lemon sorbet, perfect, not too sour or sweet, straight out of Italy. Memories came flooding back from Italy.
Unfortunately, we had a heavy lunch earlier in the day, so it was a light dinner. Look forward to going back to try some of their signature dishes.
The service was excellent, with the owner standing watch. It’s becoming more and more rare to see family owned restaurants much less with them present.
This restaurant is such a great gem. the italian food is authentic with a good menu choice and everything is delicious. I have leftovers the next night and it was equally good heated up! the owner and servers are great as well!
Legitimate, authentic Italian. Well executed by professionals.
It was our first time at Da Pasquale and we are looking forward to many trips to come!
Always great food at reasonable prices!
Great food. Always consistent. Service disappeared after a while. Water not filled. Etc.
Good in a tough situation though
Great home style Italian food. Wonderful service and have adapted well to Covid ruled
Considering the small and limited space, they still made it a very nice experience
Been dining at Da Pasquale for over 26 years. Amazing restaurant. Food is delicious. Cozy, warm. Lovely staff. Hi FB my recommend the Caesar salad, shrimp and calamari sala. Their lamb is outrageous and pastas and pizzas are divine.
