   I had such a wonderful experience here. I was running late for my reservation, and although I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, I’ll never forget the kindness I was shown. It was my birthday, and even though I arrived late, they still welcomed me and made it possible for me to enjoy a beautiful dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was just magical. I sat outside, surrounded by the charm of people strolling by and the energy of the city. It was busy in the best way—lively, vibrant, and full of life. Great food, great price, and truly lovely service. Thank you so much for ending my birthday on such a special note. I’ll remember this evening for a long time. 🫶🏼

   The truffle chips and ravioli tartufo were spectacular but you must save room for the Choux paste dessert. Joyful evening sitting outside on a small street near the Spanish steps.

   We booked Da Mariolino at the last minute having decided to try and find a restaurant near the Spanish steps that wasn’t the usual tourist trap and we weren’t disappointed. A wonderful little restaurant with a buzzy atmosphere, simple traditional Roman dishes but modernised and each one delicious. Stephano our waiter couldn’t have been more helpful and we were pleased he talked us into dessert which was fantastic- highly recommend

   Visiting from the US and we were looking for some good, fresh pasta and traditional Italian food and were were not disappointed. The service and food were both outstanding. Would recommend for sure!

   I was in Rome for 3 days with my 17 year old son and we mainly grabbed food on the go but decided to treat ourselves to something a bit special and this did not disappoint. We were greeted warmly and offered a table inside or out. As it was pretty hot and humid we sat inside where it was cooler and quieter. The staff were attentive and helpful without being overbearing and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Thoroughly recommend Da Mariolino

   Great experience — fabulous service and delicious food. Loved the zucchini carbonara and the grilled sea bass. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. We’ll be back again soon!

   Amazing way to spend our last night in Rome! Food was delicious, portions weren’t overwhelming and the attention we received from Stepheno was superb. Truffle burrata bruschetta was to die for and the zucchini pasta amazing. Your tastebuds will thank you for stopping here!
