    Quite literally the best meal and experience we’ve ever had. We came for our anniversary while also on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing. The food was even better.

    The food was generally of a high standard and enjoyable, however we felt that the service left something to be desired and spoilt the experience. It very much feels like an establishment that is aimed at the top 1% of society (it is in St Moritz after all) but should your income bracket not fall in that category then you will not receive the same treatment. By that, I mean that you will feel rushed between courses and nothing on the menu will be explained to you. For example, we were given some chocolates and sweets to enjoy as a pre-dessert, but no one took the time to explain the differences between the different sweets. This dinner was for my partner’s 50th birthday and I had stipulated this fact when I booked but there was no acknowledgment of the special occasion. The general impression we received was that the staff were keen for us to leave as soon as possible. We have dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants over the years as well as some of the world’s most famous hotels, including Claridges and the Ritz in London, and have never been rushed and have always been made to feel very welcome. We note that Da Adriano has not received a Michelin star yet. We have also stayed at a Kempinski hotel in Jordan and received excellent service so it was disappointing to not receive the same level of service at Les Grands Bains.

    Wir hatten frühzeitig einen Zweiertisch gebucht. Entsprechend hatte ich eine gewisse "Privacy" bei so einem Restaurantlevel erwartet. Dafür hat man uns einen Zweiertisch neben einer Grossgesellschaft mit zahlreichen Kinder zugeteilt !?! Weiter war der Service unangenehm ungeduldig. Kaum der Teller weg, drängten sie schon mit dem nächsten Bestellwunsch als müssten sie den Tisch so schnell wie möglich nochmals verkaufen. Insgesamt deshalb eine Erfahrung, die nicht einem Restaurant mit solchen Preisen würdig ist.
