Review – De la Rosa Restaurant Last night at De la Rosa was absolutely incredible. We enjoyed a beautiful evening filled with an amazing variety of Spanish dishes and cocktails. The margaritas were a highlight—finally, a place that gets them just right! What makes this restaurant truly special is the authenticity. The chef is from Spain, and so is the warm and welcoming team. The paella tasted just like the one you’d find in its place of origin—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Special mention to our waiter Álvaro—he made the experience even better with his friendly service and expert margarita-making skills. The ambiance was vibrant yet cozy, and the whole evening felt like a quick trip to Spain. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine Spanish cuisine and a great night out.

Not the authentic Spanish food we were expecting, the Paella was more like Risotto, the steak was lukewarm & very fatty. Quite a confusing night out. !

Love the menu here if you like tapas and sharing Where else in Mermaid Beach is there as good as this Excellent choice of food and good amount along with friendly welcoming staff. Start with the Tapas board and then Nachos and croquettes. A few of our favourites 3rd visit and def will be back again

There is always a warm welcome at D'La Rosa. Parham, the host, is super friendly and engaging. The food is delicious, with a varied tapas menu that leaves you wanting to come back and try what you haven't had the chance to try next time. The cocktails are fun and tasty. They do one of the best Red Sangrias you can find. Highly recommend!

Great little restaurant in a central location. Best suited for a casual night out rather than a romantic one but was lovely nonetheless. We had the banquet which was delicious and very filling indeed and the head waiter was excellent.
