Cyprianis (formerly known as Plaza Mediterranean Bar & Grill) was established in 1980 on a reputation of providing the best in authentic Mediterranean cuisine sourced from the finest, fresh ingredients from around the world.

Cyprianis Mediterranean Bar and grill has been created by Nick Constantine, a well known restaurateur around the Kent area. We offer 21 day dry aged steaks, we offer a fantastic set menu which is available Monday - Friday lunch time and Monday - Thursday dinner time.

Monday - Friday lunch: 2 courses £13.50, 3 courses £17.50
Monday - Thursday dinner: 2 courses £18.50, 3 courses £20.50
Always includes Black Angus aged rump steak.

Sundays are a family day at Cyprianis, we offer a set roast menu - 2 courses for £18.50, 3 courses £22.50 which includes our prime Black Angus rib of beef.

Great service/food and a lovey friendly atmosphere...no rush to make us leave, but attentive if we needed anything.

A regular for the family, so had a business meeting there and it was OK except the compulsory singing of Happy Birthday to two septogenerians

Excellent meal. Service was also excellent led by Kostas and Antonio, also Esme, Pia and Thai were friendly and efficient. I had seabass which was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and my partner's roast lamb was delicious. Will be back soon.

One of the best Mediterranean Restaurant. The food delicious and the service excellent. The cocktails delicious. Thank you for the Manager Antonio and his team, the night was fantastic. The wine 🍷 which he recommended was delicious.

My friend and I chose from the lunch time menu (midweek) which had good choices and was very good value for money; £27.50 for 2 courses and £35 for 3 courses. As a starter my friend had Duck Comfit ragu with pasta which she thoroughly enjoyed….very generous portion too. I had the watermelon with feta cheese and cucumber which was beautifully presented very fresh. We both had steak with mushrooms and french fries for our main course. The steak was cooked as requested ‘medium rare’ and was lovely and soft. I had a lemon tart with ice cream which had been decorated with some fresh fruit. My friend couldn’t find room for a desert! There is an extensive list of wines and other drinks to choose from. Our waitress was lovely, very efficient and made sure we had everything we wanted. This is the third time I’ve been to this restaurant this year and I would definitely recommend it.

Food was amazing with the 3 course meal deal we really enjoyed every course. But the restaurant had a bad smell and we sprayed some perfume to our clothes to get to enjoy the meals. Service was slow and not very attentive. We waited 15 mins to pay in the end.

Very nice lunch but unfortunately this restaurant doesn’t cater for Gluten free - Celiac. So no GF bread but some GF meals on the menu. Not sure about cross contamination. I like the ambiance and decor. When I went for lunch with friends it was fairly quiet. I would go more often if they offered GF bread.

Having been to the restaurant a good few times, we recommended it to some family members. We had a nice evening although unfortunately it did not live up to previous standards and our gushing reviews. We had heard that the management had changed and maybe this is the reason. The food was good but a couple of the main dishes were overpriced, in particular the skate wing which was so incredibly thin, the fish was practically transparent. Will need to study reviews before we venture back. Such a shame as I was a definite 5 star from us previously!
