CVLTVRA’s cuisine is inspired in Latin markets and ingredients, that merge with the flavors of the Mediterranean, using the best ingredients from local artisanal vendors and farmers, which supports and promotes the regional economy.
CVLTVRA dishes are serve in small portions (tapas style). The thought behind is that each customer will order between 2-3 dishes per person to be shared among themselves which is a part of the Mediterranean Meze.
Delicious! We went for a quick bite before attending the opening of Art Miami across the street. The hummus was outstanding! Service was very good. There was no real vibe because it was so early.
I would definitely return.
The food was great and it is a cool place to hang out with a big group of people. The service was a little slow but we did have a very large group and they seemed to maybe be a little understaffed.
Beautiful restaurant so the ambiance is great! The food is delicious- different flavor profiles so there’s a twist on familiar dishes and some other options that you don’t see everywhere. The dishes are made for sharing so we ordered a number of small plates (their plates are not as small as most places so ended up with a lot of food but it was fun to try different things). The short rib with mashed butternut squash was the shining star of what we ordered. And, I was pleasantly surprised by the king crab in lettuce soup - very refreshing and eclectic way to enjoy king crab.
Beautiful space , very nice service and flavorful food
Overall the food was really good. Very tasty and lovely presentation but the service was terrible. They were understaffed so it took us a little over 30 min just to get the first round of drinks and dinner overall took nearly 2.5hrs for 4 people. The place itself though nicely decorated feels like a hotel lobby, a bit to much light and no atmosphere but I will go back to have a meal there is service gets better. They were nice abt it and upon our complaint they give us a discount over the meal but it was a mixed bag in terms of experience.
The food overall was okay but nothing extraordinary we had high expectation for the restaurant there was no soul on the food even though we had to wait 20 min to get our entrée
great food and service....just needs little more ambiance mood....maybe music
Amazing service and the food was fantastic! Would highly recommend!
Great time, lovely restaurant, good tasting food!
Very beautiful design and great ambiance to go for Happy Hour or just dinner with friends. Food was delicious but a bit pricey.
Friendly staff with a vibrant bar scene and a wonderful location! Good food and good service as well.
Excellent experience! The food was delicious, including the dessert. Erica was our server and she is super nice and attentive. Recommended!!
Over priced for small portions and not great food
Can't understand why this restaurant is always empty when we visit, I hope it's the time. Both food and service are great and cocktails always on point! The menu is diverse and we try something different every time we visit. We are fans!
This place is super cute for happy hour or dinner to celebrate something special with your family, friends or co-workers. I will definitely be back.
Nice variety of tapas style small plates, average priced, a nice place if you are close by or before going to the AAA or the Arts center. Service was nice but spotty, the server was by herself.
I would not go back for the food
We went to dinner before seeing a show at the Adrienne Arscht Center. The restaurant is close enough that we were able to park near the Arscht and walk. The dinners were delicious, our server was very attentive and the view of Biscayne Blvd. was very nice. We will go back again before a show and would recommend the restaurant to friends.
Wanted to try something new before a show at the arsht. Great food, lively ambience and great service.
Food was great. Service was ok. Room felt empty and loud. But the food was well worth it.
The food was not to quality. The short rib and burger were both uncooked. The sleeper dish was the shrimp tacos. Not worth going here. Stk was better. I don't know how they are going to survive
Ambiance was phenomenal and service was outstanding. The tapas style dinner is a cool concept but it gets pricey. The food, in my opinion, was over salted and the dishes were very small.
The food was Latin American Mediterranean fusion. It is tapas style and the food was very tasty except for the nachos which were deconstructed and just ok. The avocado humus with mini arepas, the short rib, and the salmon were delicious. So was the dulcet de leche ice cream. Drinks were interesting. As one of the few restaurants near the Arsht Center, I really hope it makes it.
Looking for a spot near Arsht Center. Cvltvra, via Trip Advisor, caught my attention. Just a few blocks away, walking distance. We were there at 6 when it opened in order to make a 7:30 perfromance on a Saturday evening. Consequently, the place was quiet. The hospitality and wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Indoor tables, high tops as well as seating at the bar; outdoor tables. An Old Fashioned with Bulleit Rye and a House Special, La Mula Brava, were well made and partnered nicely with the 5 tapas that we ordered: Avocado Hummus, Caribean Rice and Beans Arancinis, Fried Yucca Croquettes. Tuna Tiradito, Street Style Skirt Steak Tacos. I'm the plant eater and loved the first three. Next time either Arancinis or Croquettes, the flavor profiles are similar and a lot of carbs on the plate. Avocado Hummus a must! He's the meat eater and ordered the last two. Liked both, if he had to pick a favorite, it would be the Tuna Tiradito. No time for dessert but there will definitely be a next time, with time for dessert!
We are always looking for a new place near the Arsht center. Cvltvra is just 2 blocks away and was a great choice! The space is beautiful, the service was excellent. The menu is limited but has a great variety for all tastes. Food is served tapas style and most dishes ate sharable. Don’t miss the “Mula Brava” cocktail. The house-brewed ginger beer is to die for! Another winner was the avocado hummus with mini arepas...delish!! My only complaint is that we were given a choice of “still or sparkling “ water. We chose “regular water”, but were served and charged $7 for a bottle of still water. We will definitely return!
What a great find in a wonderful location. The food was wonderful, the service impeccable and the drinks were very creative.
Loved the atmosphere and service was on point! Everything we ordered that was seafood was amazing with a great savory twist. The meat dishes were ok (beef tacos or guava ribs). The cocktails took a bit too long to get to us but loved the presentation and taste. Will definitely go back!
Interesting menu, excellent service, tasty cocktails, nice ambience and music. It was a wonderful place for our Valentine's / pre-show dinner.
Pretty nice environment the food small portion but amazing
The house drinks are very good, make sure you try El Tico or Matador. But the food is overpriced, which is the trick behind most of the tapas style restaurants. Appetizers around $14-18 but veeery small. The service was good but I just don't like when they charge 20% directly in the check for a party of 2.
Muy buen ambiente y comida
Food was good, not spectacular.
We ordered the "Chicharrones" and were extremely disappointed, they were literally packaged Pork Rinds like the ones you buy at the supermarket.
Service needs improvement, we had to look for our waitress several times during the evening. Menu was not explained clearly.
It was OK... Not sure I would go back.
Excellent albeit moderate size menu. Everything, including the salad, was wonderful. Only problem was somewhat slow service. I would definitely dine there again, especially since it's near the Arscht Center.
after only a month of being opened, the restaurant is empty for dinner. The food was cold, we returned it and when the replacement came, still cold. Too many ingredients together to try to make something WOW and it doesn't work.
Expensive and really not worth the money or the time
Will not recommend this place.
It wont survive for sure.
The issue is primarily Management, there is no one overseeing Quality at the kitchen.
Miami offers much better choices
Muy buena comida
My husband and I, along with another couple decided to visit CVLTVRA for NYE. It was convenient as we live next door. Not to mention, the reviews were promising. Sadly, it wasn't the turn out that we expected. Our reservation was for 9:15 but we did not get seated till 9:45. Not the greatest start to the evening. As the night continued, it led to more disappointment. Our server was sarcastic and unprofessional. The food was delicious but lack of service truly ruined the experience. We ordered salmon but when it didn't come out for 40 minutes, we inquired with the server. His nonchalant attitude was simply that it'll come out when it's ready. We gave it another 20 minutes then requested the check. The server never checked in nor realized the salmon never came. Great ambiance, great food, but extremely poor service.
Has potential but somewhat disappointing. Restaurant was not crowded at all yet our dishes (supposedly served tapas style) took nearly 30 minutes to come out. The octopus was delicious but the salmon was overcooked and bland; everyone I know cooks tastier salmon than this one and at $25 for about 6-8 ounces I found this ridiculous. Steak tacos were okay but lacking in flavor. Heirloom tomato salad did not have heirloom tomatoes, just basic cherry tomatoes. The waitress was nice but lacked follow up. The ambience however is very impressive. I would love to see this place succeed and believe with some small changes it would be possible.
New year’s eve dinner
Absolutely wonderful. Food service atmosphere everything was perfect. A new gem in town.
Service need improvement
