   Great place, good food, good service. My only complaint is that a "happy hour" was mentioned when we first sat down. We did not see anything on the menus that described what that entailed. Only at the end of our meal did the server explain that it is previously opened bottles sold at a discount. Well I certainly would have loved to take advantage of that! But there was no where that showed a list or how you would know which wines were on special and which were not. Very perplexing.

   The spinach dip special was awesome! Also enjoyed calamari, provaleta, Ahi tuna, the chicken special, and a chicken schnitzel - all paired with delicious wines from the award winning wine list! Took home a skillet chocolate chip cookie and poured a glass of Madeira that Master Sommelier Scott Harper recommended to and sources for us.

   Relaxed evening focused on exploring the wine tasting options. Food is casual but excellent. Service very friendly if you like it that way or unobtrusive if that’s your style. We like it friendly & waiter Alex was just that. Mgr Stephen & owner Scott were visible & watching out for us.

   Our first choice was not available and the food took forever to come. The manager brought over a taste of some wine to compensate us for the wait. The food was very good but not remarkable.

   The food was absolutely awful. We went for Valentine’s Day and they had a very limited menu of only lobster bisque for a starter, and a choice of two options for dinner, either a cioppino or a prime rib. This was not a prix fix menu, just an extremely limited menu without the ability to order from their regular menu. I ordered the cioppino and my husband ordered the prime rib medium rare. Our waiter returned after our order and told us “at this time of the night, we are unable to serve the prime rib at medium rare and it will be medium instead.” Our reservation was for 8pm and we were exactly on time. Maybe the prime rib sat under a warmer for hours? The prime rib came out completely well done, not even close to medium. My cioppino was much worse. It was a small bowl of thick tomato sauce mixed with a tiny amount of minced fish. There were no chunks of fish, calamari, shrimp, or anything else to speak of. There were only three stringy mussels and one stringy clam in the entire dish. It was the most underwhelming and worst cioppino I’ve ever had. It was a tiny amount in a small bowl that was billed as an entree. On the bright side, perhaps a small amount of terrible food is better than a large amount of terrible food? My small and awful cioppino was $36 and my husband’s well done prime rib was around $50 I think? We ordered a good bottle of Bordeaux was this was the only bright spot of the night. Our evening at Cuvee reminded me why we so rarely go out on Valentine’s Day.

    I like Cuvée. You should go. But they handled Valentine’s Day very poorly. They grossly overcooked the Prime Rib. We asked for medium rare. We saw other guests’ plates coming out medium well. So we requested to get the rarest pieces back in the kitchen and asked our server to be sure they could accommodate. Our server spoke with the Chef and told us the Chef would make it happen. He didn’t. The cut was medium well. The server acted with incredulity when we stated this did not meet any reasonably acceptable standard for prime rib. Also, no ajus and no horseradish. Odd and could have perhaps made a difference if only a small one. They knew they had miscooked the roasts. Nothing was coming out pink in the entire restaurant. I’m not certain what they could have done. But they should have owned it. And the beef should never have been plated. No one offered to take the plate back so we could order the other dish, the Cioppino. We’ll be back. But it’s going to take a while. We were comped a dessert. It was meager recompense. The cocktails and wine and pairings were excellent. They always are. But botching of the main dish was unrecoverable to make for a special evening. It brings me no pleasure to write this review.

    Great value on wines - Happy Hour is a must! 1/2 price wines by the glass on a "diminishing" wine list from opening to 6:30 PM. We ordered one of the tasty flatbread pizzas for an appetizer, cheeseburger, ahi tuna with fried kale (absolutely awesome), and garlic shrimp...all very delicious!

    For this dinner we started with Lobster Bisque - it's not often Chef Berry has this dish, but when it IS on the specials menu, it is a must-have! Followed up with the Mediterranean flat bread (always delicious), and both of the large-plate specials: Bolognese-Fettucine with ground beef and pork, and the "Smokey" Braised Black Angus beef short ribs - chef has short ribs on the regular menu, these are a kicked up version with a slightly different braise and different sides...both large plates were very tasty, and the servings were generous - both made great lunches the day after! As always, serving staff was very attentive, and we always tap Master Sommelier Scott Harper's vast knowledge of everything wine for information on great values, and tasty (wine) treats!

    If you enjoy trying wines from around the world, this is the place to go. We enjoyed several 2 ounce selections before settling on our dinner wine. The food is delicious, but unpretentious and the servers strive to make the dining experience pleasant.

    It was great to see a big crowd at the restaurant! As usual, Chef Berry's specials were very tasty - the Wagyu flatbread was delicious, and the large plate special, Chicken Parmesan, was really good. The wine pairings were also on point, as usual. Also had fried calamari for additional appetizer (always very good), and chicken schnitzel (also very tasty). A++ for another great meal and wine experience!

    Cuvee Wine Table is our favorite go-to for end-of-week date nights, or like yesterday, didn't feel like cooking after a long day of meetings at work. My spouse texted me with "burger night at Cuvee?" And I responded with my usual "do you even have to ask?" The regular burger on the menu is great, but Chef Arthur's special burgers are always a treat. Coupled with a flatbread offering that was also on the specials last night, and paired with some delicious wines, a great meal was had by all. P.S. the fries with the burger are always consistently crisp, hot, well-seasoned, and delicious!

    Our first visit to Cuvee’. What a gem! Our server, Ron, was very helpful on all fronts! Introduced us to new wines, as well as the owner. Couldn’t believe the place wasn’t packed. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
