Superb!!!!

The food was bland and overpriced. The service was fine.

Cuvee Ray is a must for wine and food lovers. Chef Joey Churchman is a star. We have followed him from his own restaurant, Bramble & Brine to the Buttery in Lewes and now Cuvee Ray. Every dish is beautifully presented. The deckle is a stand-out. We also had the charred Brussels sprouts, warm kale salad and Tagliolini pasta with asparagus and mushrooms. I appreciated options as a vegan. The back room features a private dining room for large groups. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights in the front room/bar. The service is also top notch so don’t delay!

This was our first time visiting Cuvee. The food was wonderful, the service was excellent and the wine selection was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great small plates and interesting drinks!

Michael was our server and did an amazing job of explaining the wine flights and the different selections available. MICHAEL also was knowledgeable with regard to food prep and menu choices, attentive to our needs without being overbearing. Cuvèe Ray has an extensive wine list and menu to which the chef does not disappoint! Our meal with me at all that much better by the entertainment of Joey Fulkerson! We can’t wait to go back and bring our friends! Thank you Ray For the tour of the wine tasting room... perfect for a small dinner party.

Cuvee Ray’s is know on our “must go” list when we visit Rehoboth! Service is stellar - food AMAZING - especially the Deckel - and the wine pairings Ray suggested PERFECT!!! Over 170 bottles of wine available by the glass!!! We look forward to returning again and again and again!

The food was outstanding. Great wine list. Excellent ambience there is a good vibe here. Our server was present but not obtrusive. Great night highly recommend will definitely go back

Amazing food and wine.

First time at Cuvee Ray, look at the reviews and decided to give it a try. Was not disappointed. We each had the Duckhorn sampler which consisted of 3 of their wines. My husband had the broccoli soup and scallops which he said were very good. I had the Beef cheeks (I know it sounds gross) it was exceptional, tender and favorable. Definitely have to try. Service was very good, nice friendly server. We will be back

It was a Sunday night and we were excited to enjoy some wine and good food. The live jazz music was a bonus. The bar dining area was crowded and when we were escorted to a corner high top, I was worried that we would be uncomfortable. Our server Michael took awesome care of us, including allowing us to take our time between appetizers and our meal. My husband had the pork chop which he claims was the best he’s ever had. I enjoyed a flavorful red snapper. The owner Ray visited everyone in the dining area and was visible all night...very proud and welcoming! May folks had their dinner at the bar, too! If you are visiting Rehoboth, make this a must-stop!

Over-the-top fantastic experience. The wine, the food the service was first class and yet still relaxed. This is a must when in Rehoboth

Highly recommend this place as a great escape from the noise and children of many of the Beach restaurants. Excellent range of properly stored and served wines. Many price points, so would fit all budgets. Shirt bit food list of well done plates. The duck was surprisingly good.

Fabulous addition to the Rehoboth Beach restaurant scene. Lovely, interesting dishes, well conceived & beautifully prepared. Great wines, of course, and friendly upscale atmosphere. A must if you stay anywhere within driving distance of Rehoboth Beach.

Absolutely the best wine selection and food in Rehoboth!

The meat and cheese board was delicious and so unique tasting paired with the flight of pinot noir wines I had. I really enjoy wine and cheese and Cuvee Ray was top notch in providing a wonderful and new experience for me while on vacation. I will definitely be coming back if I am in town and will have to try a new set of wines and cheeses. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys this type of atmosphere with a lovely staff and eloquent chef.

Very disappointed tonight in the experience as there were big fails in service and the kitchen. Have been here several times before and been very happy with food, service and kitchen but not so tonight. The food was generally excellent. Disappointed that the pasta substituted the advertised pancetta with a tasteless sausage and more disappointed that that was not explained in advance or upon delivery. Also surprised that after a long wait for what was explained as newly printed dessert menus, and a wait after ordering we were told the strawberry shortcake (2 of our 4 orders) was unavailable. Water service was difficult to get even though we asked frequently and service just seemed very slow. It was a quiet night and probably too lightly staffed. Our waiter was pleasant and seemed to be trying.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in quite a while! Food excellent, knowledgeable server, charcuterie board and rib eye spectacular. One small complaint and partially our fault, we were surprised to see the 2nd bottle of wine recommended by our waiter was more the twice the price of the bottle that we selected. This was minor in light of our fabulous experience. Loved meeting Ray!!

Delicious. Will return for sure.

I know it's a wine bar/restaurant. However, the wines are too expensive. You should offer a larger selection of lower priced ($50 - $80) bottles (of Cabernet Sauvignon).
Service was fine but could use improvement, especially with plate clearing. With both the first course and main, one plate was cleared while the others remained on the table for a while ... but could/should have been cleared at the same time as we were all (four) finished.
While we didn't ask, there were (what seemed to be) bread plates on the table. However, we were not offered bread.
We will be back as the food was excellent.

We had a very enjoyable dinner at Cuvee Ray. The food was EXCELLENT! Great wine selection. Staff was excellent! Got to talk to the owner for a couple of minutes. Will definitely be returning! Wine was priced fair. Wished we could have stayed longer - musicians were setting up when we left. Nice comfortable (not stuffy or pretentious) environment!

The food was tasty, several delicious options that we shared as a group of 7, including 2 young children. The staff was very accommodating and we were seated in the informal contemporary section of the restaurant, that worked well for us but the entrance to the restroom in full view of the table detracted from the ambiance

We had a nice dinner with a few glitches, which were quickly remedied by the staff. Our party of five had a nice round table in the front near the bay window. We ordered wine and cocktails from the extensive menu. One diner received the wrong cocktail, but our server took care of the mistake immediately. We tried and shared from the small plate menu: the scallops and fried oysters, and the kale salad. We also shared entrees: the duck and the pork chop. All were delicious. The second glitch was that one diner did not get her flat bread. There were profuse apologies from our server, the manager who delivered the late arrival, and finally the owner. That portion of the meal was also comped, which we appreciated very much. Finally, we shared a couple of the desserts: lemon bar -- very tart and delicious. and We liked the many reasonably priced choices from the wind list and tried two bottles that we enjoyed. The night we were there was also the night of a jazz event in the back room, so live music is evidently sometimes available. One note, there are only two unisex bathrooms and the one in the back was inaccessible because of the crowd.

Fantastic food and great service. We arrived in time for Happy Hour. Great choices for both food and drink. Sat down for dinner and had a great meal. I had the Pork chop and mom had the barrel steak. Both were great. Dessert was spectacular too.

Toothsome wines, Lucullan food, pert and knowledgeable service—what more could any diner ask?

Absolutely fantastic! We got the private room for my sister's Bachelorette party! Michael, our server, was excellent!!!

We loved the wine flight selection. There was also a large selection of wines by the glass. We tried multiple things from the menu and they were all good. I particularly liked the short rib sliders. The almond and Olive small plate was also excellent. You have the choice of small plates, appetizers and traditional entrees. We set in the rear dining room it was very quiet. When we arrived happy hour was ending in the front room was a bit loud due to the bar crowd. Both the owner and the manager checked with us to see how our meal was going over the course of the night. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you happen to be looking for dinner at the beach.

Another visit where both service and food were outstanding. First prize goes to the panna cotta dessert. Evidently, the chef at Cuvee Ray knows his/her business. Highly recommend for quiet dinners or groups.

We loved the concept and the wait staff but waited for over an hour for our food. Still the food was delicious. Difficult spot for people with small children but would try again without them and in hopes of more kitchen staff.
