Dinner last night could not have been better. Service was impeccable as was the food. Always nice when the Chef comes out to chat and check to see how everything is. Bar far the best restaurant on the Cape. The inn is also exceptional.

This was hands down the best meal and restaurant my husband and I have ever been to. They created a 7 course meal specific to us, and it was spectacular. The sommelier was fantastic as well pairing each course with a wine to compliment the flavors of the dish. The staff was so nice and attentive and the chef even came out so we had an opportunity to meet him. 10/10 and a must visit while at the cape.

Overall an absolutely wonderful experience. Very pricey, but if you really want an exceptional culinary experience, this is it. Our many thanks to Luiz and Sebastian who made sure we were treated like royalty. The French champagne recommended by Sebastian was incredible and paired perfectly with each course. Executive Chef Issac Olivo and his team produced absolutely 5-star plates. Each course was very complex with wonderful taste profiles and beautiful plating - all pieces of art. We did have some minor hiccups worth addressing in the future: the rather small dining room was very warm (say 76-78 degrees) when we arrived. We had to ask to the AC to be turned on, as we were both melting; we found bits of shell in the crab amuse bouche, which was unfortunate; the Chatham clams in the Spaghetti and Clam second course were completely over-cooked and had turned to rubber. However, the house made pasta was incredible. To their credit, the staff did offer to re-make the dish, but we decided to just move to the next course. The New England Lobster entree with mushrooms and lobster cream sauce was award winning. Well done. The Carrot Cake dessert was wonderful. Overall, one of the best top-end restaurant experiences we’ve found - and we travel quite a bit…our thanks to the staff at Cuvée.

A 25th wedding anniversary is special and Cuvee was the PERFECT place to celebrate. Antonio, Rafael, the Sommelier and the charming Restaurant Manager born in Normandy, whose name I shamefully forget, provided flawless service. The food & pastry were sublime. We won't ever forget our night!!

Beyond excellent food and service. Our dining experience was such a delight! The staff were so friendly, professional and efficient. The Chathams Inn owner, Jeff, was overseeing the guests dining experience and he worked right along with his staff which is wonderful to see. We have never had a dining experience as wonderful as this one!

Overall was a pleasant experience. Decor of the dining room really detracts from the dining and should be changed, especially the artwork. Staff was professional and attentive. The sommelier was informative and lively…rest of staff had an end of season vibe. Food preparation and plating was all very good. Wine pairings were appropriate however the cost of the pairing option seemed relatively high. Would go back and try again.

With a restaurant at this high level, one wonders if it will live up to the sumptuous memories of last year. Indeed, if anything, we loved Cuvee even more this year. Table linens are ironed perfectly. Each diner at the table is served at precisely the same moment. Oh but the food!! Bursting with flavor. The amuse bouche were exceptional. Everything so creative. When you are still talking about each dish the next day, you know it's exceptional. Yes, the price is high but not compared to similar experiences in Boston, NY or DC.

GENERAL: Minimal quantity, tasteless food with colossal price tag. Too much ado for nothing. A MUSE BOUCHE: Small portions do not make a muse bouche. They did not tantalize my taste buds to prepare for the maim meal. Fruit juice should no be a part of a muse bouche. HEN: A smal piece of salty chicken (perhaps over brined} with soggy skin. OYSTERS: Devoid of any taste what so ever. No briny taste no mouth feel. FOIE GRAS: A piece of something of the size of a butter pad, usually served at the diners with a roll, dipped in some sweet stuff. See the plates picture on their web site. It did not taste anything like foie gras. AGED RIB EYE: I never thought the aging process will take the umami taste out of rib eye. It tasted nothing lake a rib eye. It tasted like top round cut in the shape of rib eye.The sauce was just a watered down stock. OCTOPUS: It tasted good but it was too mushy for my taste. The minuscule amount eggplant garnish had a skin like a leather. Sauce was tasteless. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE: It was not light and airy. It had a texture of a heavy pudding. CARROT CAKE: No carrot taste at all. All I could taste was sugar and butter.

We really enjoyed the seven course meal recently and look forward to returning. The chef(s) created truly delicious and amazing dishes and pastries and the sommelier was informative and very knowledgable. This was our third visit and the overall experience only gets better. It was a dining experience for anyone who enjoys the creative labors of very professional culinary experts and servers.

I took my brother here for his birthday and it couldn’t have turned out better: very thankful for Elena our server for being very attentive of my brother’s allergy. Food outstanding, I totally recommend this restaurant if you like fresh ingredients prepared in a creative way. With the 4 courses menu you leave satisfied and the right amount of full. Thank you everybody for the wonderful evening.

Expérience gastronomique à partir de produits locaux préparés a la perfection. L’accompagnement des vins est présenté avec expertise et complète l’expérience. We love Cuvee and come for our yearly date night when down Chatham. The food is amazing, the chef takes great care to pair things together beautifully and so tasty. The presentation is outstanding and the servers and staff are next level, they are knowledgeable and friendly.

The chef and owner here are both pushing hard for a Mchelin Star, which this restaurant deserves. This is the best fine dining experince in this part of Cape Cod. Luz, our server, remembered us from last year, and even remembered which table we sat at on our last visit.

Food, VERY good. Service was excellent…once seated. My wife and I were told they were 15 minutes behind schedule on arrival. Over 30 minutes later we were seated. Yet they still needed to charge my wife for the diet coke she had while waiting. I found that an odd choice.

The food was spectacular! We've eaten at many restaurants in the US and beyond, and this was one of the very best - worth every penny. On top of that, Luz was great and the rest of the team were so gracious and seemed so happy that we were having such a good time. We loved our entire experience.

I consider the meal we had last night an experience of a lifetime. The culinary art is taken ten levels above anything around. Honestly after going here, it’s inspired me to become a better cook. The staff were friendly and everything was explained so well. It’s a vacation in its own right. The owner came over to say hello. It just can’t be any better.

We are self-proclaimed foodies and have dined at Cuvée every year for the last 4 years while visiting Chatham. If there was a Michelin rated restaurant in MA, this would be one for sure! The food and service are always top notch. The food is always fresh and creative with local ingredients. The wait staff and sommeliers are friendly and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience this time with Antonio, Rafael, Anastasija, Catherine, the bartenders, the front desk staff, and the rest of the crew. Chef also came to our table during our dinner for an introduction. Cuvée is exactly what you would expect of white glove service and you will not be disappointed!

One of the best meals we have ever had. Would absolutely return and might consider going to the Cape just to eat here again! The food was amazing, wine pairings were fantastic, and the staff was delightful! They take wonderful care of you and the whole experience is magic…. And so is the wagyu!

We have never experienced a higher service at a tasting menu. The quality of the dinner was absolutely excellent. A outstanding value for what you get and a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure and recommend going here to anyone who likes excellent food and service - while still enjoying a very relatable dinner. The service is so good, that you barely notice it.
