Chef Tim has put together a dining experience that is without a doubt among the greatest you can ever have.
Front of the house staff is as polished as the kitchen.
This has to be on every dining bucket list.

This was our first time to Cuvee. We had early dinner reservations for a New Years Eve celebration. We arrived early and stopped by the bar for a drink. Both bartenders were uninspired, not friendly, and didn't seem to be interested in serving the clientele (unless you were a "regular"). Service was slow and felt unwelcome. We moved to our high top table in the bar area for dinner. Our server had one table and it took 40 minutes to get our food. The table next to us ordered 10 minutes after us and got their food 10 minutes before us. Seeing our displeasure, the waitress tried to explain that because one of us had ordered chicken that there was extra time for preparation...huh (we think this was code for "we forgot or screwed up your meal"). Further killing the ambience was a couple of "regulars" who appeared to have started their celebration way earlier in the day, walking in and out of the bar area on to the patio (no less than 6 times each) slamming the door on each occasion. The staff at the restaurant was unfazed and more likely just oblivious. While our food was very good, excellent in fact, we won't be back.

Disappointing. Overpriced & small portions. Restaurant looks ten times nicer in pictures. For some famous chef, the plate presentations were underwhelming. Our waiter was great though. He salvaged the experience.

While I would recommend restaurant, we did have some issues with seating. My profile always asks for as quiet a table as possible due to hearing deficit but when we arrived for a birthday dinner we were first shown a table in the middle of the restaurant. I refused and asked for a different table only to be shown one with one side exposed to hall/walkway and a full view of the kitchen!! Not wanting to make a scene we sat down and had a good meal. The restaurant was not full and later seated a party of 2 very casually dressed guests and other couples along the windows where it would have been much quieter.

We went here on our honeymoon, and it was the best meal I’ve had in this area. Everything was delicious, and we could actually hold a conversation. There is a bar in back that we would have never known was there unless we passed it from the outside. Great service and great food.

We enjoyed a special Anniversary dinner at Cuvée 30A. We had never been there, and we will go back on all of our beach trips. Chef’s special soup, oyster & artichoke,may be the best I have ever eaten. Caesar salad with eggplant, Parmesan croutons is divine. We had a wonderful tuna entree, and an equally good Chilean Sea Bass dish. Fried green tomato appetizer lived up to it’s billing, and the sauce was the best part. Service was excellent. Love this place.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Cuvee. We had a couple of little hiccups, but nothing major! The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and the service we received from Jacob was 1st class. We dine out a good bit in all sorts of restaurants... I’m telling you, this guy was possibly the best server to have ever helped us. I would even go as far as to say that he was defensive of us, like we were family! It was a great experience overall, and we look forward to going back.

This is always one of our go to restaurants when we are in town! The menu and the quality of food is exactly what we want. However I am not going to wait for a table for dinner so we always only dine in restaurants that offer reservations. We want to enjoy a full day at the beach so prefer a later time. I don’t know who makes the decision of which times are available on open table but the last few times we were forced to select an earlier time only to see the dining room half full with multiple tables that would accommodate us at the time we are finished up that would have been the time we would have preferred to begin our evening. We have always had excellent service before that would be expected at a restaurant of this price point unfortunately this trip we had a server that was very knowledgeable in his rehearsed spill on specials and recommendations but very condescending and put out by any requests or questions that we had. The SA must have had her first night on our table because she brought out our entree with all of our previous courses still on the table and was totally confused about how to navigate the situation. We waited awkwardly while others tried to clear our table and replace proper utensils. Lastly they have changed the lighting in the dining room and it has lost some of its ambience.

Ordered a steak twice the person that brought my steak out argued about the steak temperature! Do not go here... how does a chef mistake the temp twice! Please take your free desert and go somewhere else!!!

The food and service was outstanding. However, there was a bachelorette party in the private room and they were loud and obnoxious. Oftentimes, their waiters left the door open and those of us in the dining room had to put up with the noise. Even when the door was closed, the noise came thru. Management needs to do a better job of sound proofing that room so guests in the dining room aren’t disturbed.

Overall we enjoyed everything about our dinner. My only complaint was the choice of cooking options with my grouper dish. I would have preferred a ‘blackened’ option and not the crusted fish. The croutons on your salad were the best I’ve ever had and your choices in wine are amazing. We will visit again!

Coming from the restaurant business, I heard good things about Cuvée and wanted to try it. Beautiful place. Very pleasant hostess but that was the highlight. Our waiter seemed as annoyed as can be to be working. Very uninterested in anything, especially the menu that they are featuring. My appetizer was the fried green tomatoes and was just so-so. The biggest disappointment was the tuna. Extremely over-salted. As I mentioned, our waiter was so out of it, he failed to even come by our table to see how everything was. Problem with that is it was on a Tuesday night and they only had 4 tables. To be positive, my wife’s grouper was very good but for those prices, there is absolutely no wow-factor. Live and learn...Cuvée is a no go on my list.

The wait service, the food, and value were outstanding. When we are visiting 30A in the future we will make Cuvée 30A one of our go-to dining spots. Unlike many of the restaurants on the beach, Cuvée was truly dining rather getting a meal. I had the Chilean sea bass and my wife had the grouper Vince. I would highly recommend.

I have mixed feelings about Cuvee 30A. Our food was definitely good but it was not our favorite restaurant from our week at Seaside. The fresh baked whole wheat bread was amazing. The venison was very good, fork tender almost and flavorful. The tuna was well prepared but the sauce overwhelmed it a bit. My daughter really liked the grouper special. The margarita was not spicy and was average. I was most disappointed in the dessert my husband and I chose but I pretty much knew I wouldn't like it as I detest while chocolate but I let him pick. Still, the banana cream pie had a large, almost whole banana in it which was off putting and it had a fake banana taste, maybe from the banana liquor. It was their signature dessert but I wish I had one of the chocolate desserts the other two couple chose. The service was great, our waiter was friendly and very helpful.

great food, we had excellent waiter who is also a somm. We go there often for the bar happy hour where its great food and wine at a great price. Had a dining room dinner for our 37th anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed. Jamie is a great waiter.
