Cuts Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
I ordered a Filet and a side of Truffle Asparagus, it turned out that the Filet was presented with Asparagus so no need for the Side of Asparagus. The order of Asparagus with Truffle Oil had not taste of Truffle at all, The server did not inform me of this when ordering and when I asked the service staff about this, they were very dismissive.
We have been returning here normally when we are in Atlanta
We were seated promptly and our server was very pleasant. We ordered salad and main courses. Our salad was crisp, but the dressing was lackluster
The chicken breast was chewy and the Bistro steak, which was cut up pieces of Sirloin was very tough. Sadly the grits I substituted were cold
Their deserts were the best part of the meal
Definitely was not the usual experience- since the table next to us was having issues also and were talking to management, we paid and left
The overall experience was alright. The restaurant decor was absolutely amazing and had a good environment. Our waiter couldn’t have been better with helping us pick our meals and helping us with any problems we experienced which were a good amount. We first ordered two of their $40 Ribeyes and when they came out it looked great but after further inspection, my girlfriends steak was 1/2 fat with most of it being well done with an inch being mid rare like she asked. On my steak I ordered it with a blue cheese crust which it did not come with and also the mashed patatoes were so dry . At that moment our waiter took them both back and came back out with our new steaks and mine turned out great and my girlfriends was basically rubber with it being almost impossible to cut through. Walmart has better steaks than what she got. Thankgod the manager took her steak off the check or I would’ve lost it paying $40 for that quality of meat. The front of the house was great but the kitchen needs some serious work between better meat quality inspection and quality control for cooking. Be careful if you’re using this restaurant as a special occasion dinner because of the inconsistency of cooking
From the second you come in you are greeted by what seems to be the whole restaurant. The restaurant its self has a a unique design, it has a modern and romantic feel to it. Now when it comes to the food, I ordered the cowboy ribeye and man was i blown away. The best steak i have had in a very long time. Definitely recommend to put on your bucket list of restaurants.
(I hate typing but this place is too good not to pass the word)...
New years eve was my first time visiting and I was amazed. It was date night and I wanted to impress the Mrs but not break the bank. We walked in and from the door they made us feel like a million dollars. All smiles from the staff as the hostess walked us to a booth in back for a more intimate conversation. The lights were slightly dim in this section matching the ambiance of the room.
The waitress took drink orders and recommended a few items on the menu. Once she left with our drink orders another waitress came and set the table, put the napkins in the lap etc. I ordered the New York strip with blue cheese crumbles and she ordered the Ribeye with mushrooms. Our Steaks comes out with no long wait and cooked to perfection. We had a main waitress but nobody just idily stood around. If waiter, waitress, hostess, the cook (well maybe not the cook but you get the picture) saw you needed ANYTHING they would make it happen. To me that made the experience feel more special because it was like I rented the restaurant out and the staff were only catering to my night. Im sure the other patrons there felt the same.
Throughout the date I kept trying to drink water fast and see how long it took them to refill my glass. I had to tap out because they were too quick on the draw. After paying for the meal I asked for the restroom (water overload) and it was clean and well maintained. While walking out the restaurant everyone gave big smiles and waves I almost didnt want to leave I felt so at home. I looked to the right and totally missed the huge bar area. The whole night didnt hear loud noises or anything indicating its a bar here.
All in all I had a great night i would recommend to anyone. I hope your experience would be the same if not better. Time out with friends or time out with that special someone you gotta stop by.
Since we were downtown for the night we decided to have dinner here.. started out with a wedge salad and a Caesar salad, both salads were very good.. I had the salmon over mashed potatoes, it just needed some extra flavor so I squeezed the lemon over the top.. made the salmon much better.. My boyfriend had the rib eye. He ordered it medium rare, the temperature was fine but the cut of meat was extremely fatty. The waiter suggested that we get a side so we ordered the asparagus... don’t order the asparagus. It was super bland and undercooked.. Overall the service was good, but I think next time I would order something else..
Great experience as always! The food and drinks were amazing and Jay, gave us the best service we have ever had! He is absolutely phenomenal and will be our preference when dining here again. The only thing I will say is that the hostess who walked us to our table, walked SO fast that we almost felt that we had to run to keep up with her. She was leaving us behind without looking back to ensure we were still with her given that we were being seated on the other side of the restaurant.
We went to this restaurant for business meal on Dec. 9th, Saturday. The taste was a quite good. But the person who took order was terrible. He could not remember the order and we were served some different dishes we did not order. In addition to this, he spilled the water on my colleagues’ foot and he only laghed at it without expressing apology. Next time we go to the downtown in Atlanta, we will never use this restaurant for the business meal as well as private meal.
Reuniting of 3 best friends/brothers and a sister! Celebrating a birthday for one in the group. I would HIGHLY recommend Cuts the ambiance was AMAZING, food AMAZING, service AMAZING...but the REAL HIGHLIGHT was Brandon our server he was SUPERB did not MISS a beat! You can tell he was passionate about his job and been in the serving industry for while! GENERAL MANAGER GIVE THIS MAN A HUGE RAISE PLEASE! We already said when we return we want NOBODY but Brandon!!
Made reservations several days before on open table and received confirmation right away. Mentioned in the special instructions box it was for a birthday celebration. That night we got there, we were seated earlier than our 6:00pm appointment. It was a full house of people at the bar and the restaurant. Such a happening spot! Got seated in a comfortable booth and was quickly served by Kathleen who was an exceptional waitress who tended to us with such energy. The wine list need some work, but the sommelier explained that he was recently hired to work on it(nice guy and he really knows his wines) Ordered a bottle of Malbec also recommended by him and he was spot on! We ended ordering the 16 oz, vanilla crusted prime rib and the 13 oz classic rib eye. The quality of the steaks were amazing! The aged meat was tasty and flavorful! The classic was so good as you can taste more of the meat flavor. Both are based on preference. Sides ordered, Backed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts were so tender and delish! For dessert we were so full that we were going to pass but she surprised us with a piece of cake with a candle! How special as this place pays attention to their customers and really are highly customer service based! The only thing was this place is loud, feels like you are at a party. But, that was the fun of it!
