Cuts Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
Great experience as always! The food and drinks were amazing and Jay, gave us the best service we have ever had! He is absolutely phenomenal and will be our preference when dining here again. The only thing I will say is that the hostess who walked us to our table, walked SO fast that we almost felt that we had to run to keep up with her. She was leaving us behind without looking back to ensure we were still with her given that we were being seated on the other side of the restaurant.
We went to this restaurant for business meal on Dec. 9th, Saturday. The taste was a quite good. But the person who took order was terrible. He could not remember the order and we were served some different dishes we did not order. In addition to this, he spilled the water on my colleagues’ foot and he only laghed at it without expressing apology. Next time we go to the downtown in Atlanta, we will never use this restaurant for the business meal as well as private meal.
Reuniting of 3 best friends/brothers and a sister! Celebrating a birthday for one in the group. I would HIGHLY recommend Cuts the ambiance was AMAZING, food AMAZING, service AMAZING...but the REAL HIGHLIGHT was Brandon our server he was SUPERB did not MISS a beat! You can tell he was passionate about his job and been in the serving industry for while! GENERAL MANAGER GIVE THIS MAN A HUGE RAISE PLEASE! We already said when we return we want NOBODY but Brandon!!
Made reservations several days before on open table and received confirmation right away. Mentioned in the special instructions box it was for a birthday celebration. That night we got there, we were seated earlier than our 6:00pm appointment. It was a full house of people at the bar and the restaurant. Such a happening spot! Got seated in a comfortable booth and was quickly served by Kathleen who was an exceptional waitress who tended to us with such energy. The wine list need some work, but the sommelier explained that he was recently hired to work on it(nice guy and he really knows his wines) Ordered a bottle of Malbec also recommended by him and he was spot on! We ended ordering the 16 oz, vanilla crusted prime rib and the 13 oz classic rib eye. The quality of the steaks were amazing! The aged meat was tasty and flavorful! The classic was so good as you can taste more of the meat flavor. Both are based on preference. Sides ordered, Backed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts were so tender and delish! For dessert we were so full that we were going to pass but she surprised us with a piece of cake with a candle! How special as this place pays attention to their customers and really are highly customer service based! The only thing was this place is loud, feels like you are at a party. But, that was the fun of it!
I would highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were all so friendly and professional. In entering and on our way to the table, we were greeted and thanked by all staff we came in contact with. We had 2 servers for our table of two. The main server was very knowledgable about the menu. We ordered the vanilla salt encrusted prime rib, medium rare. Cooked to perfection. It was some of the best prime rib I have ever tasted. We also had the wedge blue cheese salad and cilantro fries. The blue cheese dressing was delicious and the fries were great. The ambiance of the restaurant was quiet and softly lit. Fresh warm bread with a truffled butter was also served and most delicious. It was a wonderful experience.
Reserved a table for my fathers birthday dinner after a show on a Sunday evening. It was a great meal, steaks and lamb cooked as ordered, so tasty no sauce was needed. Service was prompt and friendly, even put a candle on the creme brulee that my father ordered as his dessert! It was pretty empty of other diners (didn't need a reservation as there would have been no trouble getting a table), but it was the Sunday before Thanksgiving and most other restaurants were empty also. The wedge salad was particularly excellent and its one of the few places I have found a classic shrimp cocktail on the menu.
Amazing experience from A to Z!! Not a single complaint from me. Service was impeccable, ambiance was beautiful and cozy, food was to die for. Every person in our party of 8 ate every morsel of their most perfectly cooked steaks. Side dishes served family style was perfect for us as well.
Everything we tried was great. The drinks were served right, the meat was amazing in flavor and cooked / grilled just right. Even the desserts were very good. My congratulations to the Chef and seriously would strongly recommend this place to anyone doing business in the area. Amazing for business dinners!
We came here after the Falcons game and this place was packed in a Sunday!!
Honestly, I would give them more stars if they had more!
First and foremost, the host that welcomed us was great. Made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. And I have no words for the waitress. She was AMAZING! She was great, gave us a little tour of the place. She was on point the entire time.
My fiancé and I had the Cowboy steak( since we had just crashed Dallas lol!!) and for the sides, we had mashed potatoes and the spinach. Everything was sooooo good. The steak was so tender and delicious. I have nothing negative to say at all.
I will definitely be back!
I visited this place for lunch on a weekday. felt the decor and ambiance was really good. However, I ordered the cowboy steak / bone in rib-eye and I clearly remember ordering it Medium. However, when I began eating it, realized about 20% through that it was RARE and when I say that, I mean it was literally RED on the inside and raw. I informed my server but nothing was done. He simply thought I was done with my plate and offered to clear it. I was so put off but this experience that I do not think I will go again or recommend it to anyone I know.
I really enjoyed Cuts. I had the shrimp and grits and my date had the steak. Both were amazing. The only complaint I have is that the music was a little too loud for it to be a sit down dining restaurant. At times, it was hard to hear the waiter. Would definitely go here again and GET THE STEAK
Hav eaten here before and it is excellent. My only reason for the 4 starts instead of 5 is based on issues with the food. The steak was as awesome as always, the sides were not up to their usual quality. Baked potato's overcooked badly and the others were lukewarm at best. Oh, well you cannot hit a home run everytime and will definitely return!
I was in Atlanta and looking for a steakhouse near the downtown hotels. Cuts is a pleasant environment and service was okay. It was a Saturday evening and the restaurant was very slow. I had a difficult time getting the waiter's attention because he could not break away from a conversation with another customer. I ordered the shrimp cocktail which was 5 medium/small shrimp and the New York Strip. I was not impressed with anything about Cuts. There are other options in the same area.
Good steaks but nothing you couldn't get just as well for a quarter of the price from any other casual dining chain. A la carte sides left a lot to be desired. Great environment and service, but you can go to any chain steakhouse and get just as good of a steak for half the price. If you're okay paying for atmosphere and vibe, then go ahead.
We were in town for business and wanted a nice dinner to finish a busy day. It did not disappoint! Upscale atmosphere, friendly and professional waitstaff (especially Ty) and delicious steaks. Good for relax dining by sitting outside, fun and social environment at bar or fine dining in main dining room. You won’t be disappointed.
