    My wife and I had the opportunity to dine in for the Wine with Peaches Event. Chef Mark did an amazing job on each course, each one kept getting better! I highly recommend dining at Cut132 and feasting on Chef Mark’s creations! He educated each guest on how and why he created each dish. He is super knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about your culinary experience!

    Was an exceptional experience! Loved Chef Mark’s menu and presentation. He came out for each course and explained every detail of the entree! Our favorite sommelier, peaches, paired up all the wine perfectly. We loved every part of the evening!

    I made my first visit to CUT132 last night for a sommelier curated wine dinner and from the start, everything exceeded expectations. The service was outstanding and the food was beyond what I could have ever expected. We were fortunate to hear from the chef, Mark, as he described all of our dishes to us during the dinner, and his passion for his craft was evident. As it also was in our delicious meal! Every dish was better than the last, and my main course (lamb with a blueberry sauce) was a dish I would eat again and again and again, especially when it is expertly paired with one of the best wines I have had a in a very long time. Mark also took the time to introduce his sous chef and acknowledge his team for their hard work and contributions toward last night's event. This was my first visit but will definitely not be my last. The staff was fantastic and I just cannot say enough about the food, wine, and overall experience. Highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit very soon! Five stars all around!

    Dining with Chef Mark last night at the “Wine with Peaches” event was an absolute revelation! From the moment the first course arrived, it was clear we were in for a truly special experience. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect symphony of flavors, textures, and aromas, meticulously plated with an artist's touch. The quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite, and it was evident that Chef Mark possesses a profound understanding of culinary art. Beyond the exquisite food, his passion and professionalism were palpable, making the entire evening not just a meal, but a memorable event. I can't recommend Chef Mark highly enough; he truly delivers a five-star dining experience that will linger in your memory long after the last bite. Simply outstanding!"

    We had one of the best meals prepared by Chef Mark. Every course was done to perfection! The beef carpaccio was exceptional. Chef Mark was so friendly and came out and spoke with us about our different courses. Would highly recommend.

    🌟 An incredible dining experience at Cut 132! The Chef Mark truly outdid himself with a stunning array of dishes. The meal started with a delightful appetizer—a vibrant martini glass filled with a fresh medley of diced vegetables, topped with a crispy tuile and microgreens, paired perfectly with a glass of Chardonnay. Next, a beautifully presented carpaccio with thinly sliced beef, shaved Parmesan, arugula, and crusty bread…each bite was a flavor explosion! The main course featured a succulent Cut 132 short rib dish with creamy mashed potatoes and tender asparagus, drizzled with a rich sauce. And the lamb course? Absolutely divine, served with a luscious berry glaze and a side of perfectly cooked potatoes. The Chef Mark took the time to personally describe each dish with passion and enthusiasm, making the meal even more special. His warm, friendly nature added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend booking a table to experience this culinary artistry! 🍽️

    This was my third visit to CUT132 and like the other two times the food was ABSOLUTELY delicious! Chef Mark is 1 of 1. The meals he creates are simply masterful. But more importantly, meeting him and his calm, humble demeanor is the "chef's kiss". I will definitely come again. Thank you for such a great evening doing Wine with Peaches.
