Hubby and I had dinner in lounge so we could watch Stanley Cup game on a Saturday night. Lounge was about half full. Not noisy quiet “spa” music on speakers. We shared the Tuna appetizer. Excellent and they do mean spicy when they say spicy. Hubby had lamb shank and I had small filet with Oscar topping. Both entrees were excellent. We shared crème brûlée for dessert. Service was excellent. Thanks for a lovely evening.

First time at cut steakhouse. We went for our Wedding Anniversary. We had excellent service from Jen and the team. The presentation, food and drinks were all top notch. It’s definitely fine dining. Highly recommend. We will be back.

The place is a little loud. I must be getting old I could not hear my wife across from me at some points. The food was fantastic. Cooked perfectly. Fairly busy in the restaurant on the night we went. Could have been a bit faster service. I saw my waitress flying through it seemed she had more tables then the others!

Me and my niece went to Cut for girls night out. We were greeted and sat immediately even though we were about 10 minutes early for our reservation. Our server, Cade, attended on us right away and was very pleasant. We had drinks, appies and steak dinners. All the food was delicious. Top-notch ambience. A really great place for having a nice evening out!

Food was OK steak was great but appies were just OK. We had a new server who was nervous but was super friendly, she made a few rookie mistakes but management took care of it without us asking. I would ho back.

We attended with a larger group to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The Cut team was incredibly helpful in assisting planning - they allowed us to come in early to place some decorations, helped us secure a quieter area off to the side, and were instrumental in keeping everything a surprise for our guest of honour. Jen took incredible care of us that evening and everyone commented how lovely the evening was from service, ambiance, and of course food and drinks (everything was delicious). We all had a great time and will definitely be back!

My husband and I have been dining at The Cut every year for our Anniversary for several years, our most recent 20th Anniversary was no exception. We can't say enough good things about this place, EVERY single visit has been top tier from the time we enter the restaurant to the time we leave. All the wait staff are phenomenal! Everyone has been wonderful, very polite, friendly and super attentive to making our visits special and memorable. [Special mention goes our to our lovely waitress Jenn, who was absolutely delightful and fabulous!] The food is absolutely DEVINE! We ALWAYS seem to order the same thing every visit - because it's SO delicious! New York Striploin 10 oz. (1 Medium Rare & 1 Medium Well) Horseradish whipped potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables! They treated us to desert on the house as well! Absolute PERFECTION! *Chef's Kiss* To everyone at The Cut - THANK YOU SO MUCH! I can't wait until our next visit!
