   Our steaks were cooked absolutely perfectly and the sides were excellent.

   My husband and I have been dining at The Cut every year for our Anniversary for several years, our most recent 20th Anniversary was no exception. We can't say enough good things about this place, EVERY single visit has been top tier from the time we enter the restaurant to the time we leave. All the wait staff are phenomenal! Everyone has been wonderful, very polite, friendly and super attentive to making our visits special and memorable. [Special mention goes our to our lovely waitress Jenn, who was absolutely delightful and fabulous!] The food is absolutely DEVINE! We ALWAYS seem to order the same thing every visit - because it's SO delicious! New York Striploin 10 oz. (1 Medium Rare & 1 Medium Well) Horseradish whipped potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables! They treated us to desert on the house as well! Absolute PERFECTION! *Chef's Kiss* To everyone at The Cut - THANK YOU SO MUCH! I can't wait until our next visit!

   Food was very good. Service was a little bland. Our server Jake did not add much to the experience.

   the food was awesome! they forgot our apps and the drinks were crazy slow to get to our table but the food was awesome! way over priced.

   An outstanding meal from start to finish. We enjoyed every bit of our experience and look forward to dining at CUT again soon. Highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms and the crème brûlée. The steaks were exactly as promised. The staff are efficient and friendly and made the experience exceptional.

   They ask if you're celebrating anything special you say yes, a birthday. But at the end of the dinner, didn't even receive a happy birthday or mint when paying. So why even ask if your celebrating anything special?

   Hello I wanted to take the time to explain why there was nothing done or mentioned to your table for a birthday celebration. Our records indicate that you had previously made a reservation that included a birthday designation. That reservation was then canceled and a new reservation was made without a birthday designation. We took that to mean that you didn’t not want anything said or any gesture made with regards to a birthday celebration. I’m sorry that nothing was done however we were just following the instructions on the final reservation that was made that did not have a birthday designation. Once again our apologies had we known it would have been mentioned and a gesture would have been given.

    Cut’s atmosphere is great and the service is probably some of the best in the city.
