   Every person we encountered at the restaurant was very pleasant. Our salads were bright and fresh and the food came out hot and delicious, I was surprised at how much flavor my chicken dish had, Dinner was pricy but worth the experience.

   The steaks were good but certainly overpriced. It seems you are paying for the ambiance which wasn't anything that special. Very limited menu. Wouldn't go back.

   My husband and I have lived in the DC are for over 25 years. We have eaten out at many different restaurants from quick take out all the way up to fine steakhouses. We can tell you this was one of the worst meals we have ever had. My pork chop arrived raw in the middle and had to be sent back, we needed to ask the waiter to come over and refill our drinks multiple times. I am allergic to shellfish and when I told the waiter he assured me there was no shellfish in the food. Usually, the chef is alerted to make sure there is no cross contamination as well as there are no ingredients in the sauces that are shellfish based. The manager did come over to offer an apology, but one would have expected at least an offer of dessert on the house? For the same money, there are much better options. It's shame because we've enjoyed Wolfgang Puck restaurants before including, The Source.

   Our first time at CUT for brunch. Wonderful brunch. The service was great, as usual. The staff were attentive and friendly and helpful. The Wagyu beef and egg siu mai was delicious. We’ve been meaning to try the CUT burger for ages, but because we usually go to CUT for dinner to enjoy their steaks, we’ve never gotten around to it. Finally, today, I had the CUT burger, and it was AMAZING! The burger was juicy and tasty, and the mortadella on it was actually very taste-enhancing. Of course, they have a nice wine list and some good drink options to try (the lychee Bellini comes to mind). There are other items on the menu we will have to return to try…. Definitely recommend CUT for brunch!

    This was one of the best brunches I’ve had in DC in a LONG time! We had the Crab Fried Omelette and DC Benedict (maple glazed pork belly) and it was AMAZING! I will be back soon and will bring our kids.

    Celebrated my wife’s birthday this weekend and had a wonderful experience at CUT! The food was amazing and the service was impeccable! We had the Bone-in Ribeye “Tomahawk” Butter salad and our fair share of cocktails! Although it was on the pricey side, the ribeye was worth the price!

    This restaurant was amazing dinning experience. The service was good, their recommendations was on point. The tuna tartare and maine lobster were very tasty. The Wagyu steak was juicy and flavorful. Best experience we had.

    Wolfgang Puck had Good and Great service. Frances provide great services on our anniversary. The staff let us watch the Super Bowl and provide us with dessert to celebrate a great day.

    The food is absolutely spectacular. The service was equally as bad. We waited a long time to even get a menu. It took over half an hour to get a drink. What should have been a simple brunch was very lengthy. The restaurant needs new front of house management.

    $25 omelette became $37 after adding bacon as a component. Charged us the side dish rate for adding a few crumbles of bacon. Chef with beard and glasses was eating from his hand while making food with those same ungloved hands. Very friendly staff doing their best

    Our second time here and we love it. The service and food are exemplary and wonderful. The tuna tartare on crunchy rice and crab fried rice are a must. The wine list and service are excellent. Love Luke the manager he’s hands on and truly engaged. We shared the 40oz tomahawk for three of us. It was awesome but will order it rare next time because it is served on a hot plate that continues to cook it and was well done by the third serving. The chocolate soufflé was the best I have ever had. Will certainly be back.

    The tuna tartar and pumpkin tortellini was amazing. The blue crab fried rice was bland and disappointing. The rib eye was a bit over charred, had a huge tendon running through and wasn't worth $93. The mac and cheese was fabulous. And the pavlova was delicious.

    My wife and I have been to many Steakhouses and we have found the best one! Great and interpersonal bartenders/waitstaff. Great management. Great overall dining (and bar) experience
