    We LOVE making it an overnight stay from Orange County to stay at The Beverly Wilshire just to have dinner at CUT. Our overall experience there is always exceptional! We always start our evening at CUT Lounge for the best pear martini in the whole world (Xiang Li), thank you Jeffrey for always making our visit to CUT Lounge a memorable one. Then we head to the main dining room across the foyer for another phenomenal experience with fabulous food and service. We are sad to see our favorite waiter David go as he moves on to bigger things within the Wolfgang Puck industry, but looking forward to many more delicious dinners ahead with some new faces. CUT is our special place to go, love it!

    I have dined at Spago quite a few times in Vegas and was really impressed. I was a little disappointed with Cut. Service was phenomenal food was good not outstanding like we were accustomed to though.

    Outrageous prices! $58 for chicken! $89 for four little lamb chops! $20 for two rolls and some crackers! No wonder when I looked up menu it showed no prices!

    Fantastic- good was great & innovative. Service was excellent. The restaurant was full but not loud. So we could actually talk to one another. It was our anniversary and they set out a dessert that said Happy 44th Anniversary because they heard us say how many years.

    This experience seen through the highly critical eyes informed by the amazing, greatly cherished experience I had 5 years ago. Many food items on the menu still some of the most devine I've eaten, and I think worthy of at least a second star. Staff vary in calibre from good to exemplary.

    The menu has been modified slightly since we last went to the restaurant in June of 2023. That being said, the change to the steak tartar was exquisite. The new changes resemble a well-manicured dish instead of raw steak with a selection of sauces to choose from. This is the perfect blend of raw steak and sauce that accent each other as well as the sun setting creating the perfect orange glow over a picturesque ocean view. The sauce is not overwhelming and provides a deep insight into the chiefs views on food and their idea of elegance. Another twist on the night was the final piece of the meal. When dessert was ordered, I never deviate from the plan. CUT's banana cream pie is by far their best dessert on the menu offering the sweet flavors of the fruit with light touch of the vanilla bean side making every morsal worth the world. However, when ordered this time the twist was designing the dessert in the shape of the banana instead of the traditional pie shape that I had come to know. This desert still delivers with each bit, but I do think the crust to filling ratio is something to be desired, as I felt there was less filling than before leaving me wanting more. Overall, this remains my favorite steakhouse in the United States, and I will continue to go back each and every chance I am in the Los Angeles area, as this is a must taste restaurant, but I warn you...once you have these delicious steaks cooked and prepared perfectly, you may not want to frequent your local "steakhouse" from home as it will simply be subpar on the palate.

    I left this dinner feeling completely Pucked. The service was fine, and the appetizer salad and pretzel bread were terrific. Then everything went south when the main course arrived. The $125 aged boneless ribeye was so tough and gristle-bound that ALL the pleasure had been cooked out of it -- even though it was prepared medium rare. The server insisted it was a prime cut, not choice, which I would have considered an overly generous rating. In short, it was a totally mediocre piece of meat and charging more.than $12.50 for it -- much less ten times that --.was highway robbery. My advice: save your.money and head to an Outback Steakhouse.

    I had the best time at cut. The food was incredible. The service was prompt and friendly. Chef Drew dropped off some of our food and he was awesome. They are doing everything right.     Unreal experience. We were 6 people, 4 of whom it was there first time there. The food was absolutely incredible. All my guests said they would be back again. Chef Drew and his staff have the best hospitality. Easily my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. Fantastic items: Burrata, Tuna Tartar, steak (we had a porterhouse which was insane), the Dover, and a personal favorite side, the mashed potatoes!

    What an amazing experience! Great Vibe, wonderful service and excellent food, what more to ask for? Our server David was exceptionally attentive and made sure that everything was perfect. Beau the sommelier took care of decanting our special wine and Chef Drew and Sous Chef Fredy styled us out with an amazing overindulgent experience. We could not have asked for more and would recommend eating at Cut as much as possible! Love this place! I am considering becoming a regular because they are so good!!!!!     Food was fabulous. The service is well below the food quality. Waitor disappeared often very difficult to get more wine poured. The poor service or lack of it took away what would have been a wonderful evening

    Cut by Wolfgang puck in the beverly Wilshire hotel is simply exquisite. The ambience added such a lovely touch to make a 7 star experience from start to finish. The restaurant had impeccable service, and had an extensive menu that was 0everything from delicacies to classic dishes with new innovative flavorful additions that made you want more. The food was hot and fresh when it came to the table with stunning plating which nowadays is very hard to come by. Cut in the Beverly, Wilshire Hotel is by far my new favorite restaurant in Beverly Hills. I highly recommend getting the the bone marrow flan appetizers, It was one of the best bone marrow appetizers I've ever had in my life and this restaurant is one of the best that Wolfgang has in his extensive repertoire of establishments. Every single thing on the menu is delicious whether it be the lamb chops steaks, even the Dover sole was phenomenal, I highly recommend going and trying this restaurant. It is simply lovely. The staff is lovely and you will not be disappointed. As far as far as price goes. It is a bit on the pricey side, but 100% worth every penny go check it out.     We had the most incredible dinning experience of our lives at CUT. Thank you to the staff and the head chef for making the evening so special. Don’t debate coming here, just do it.

    CUT continues to be consistently the best restaurant in LA. Service is incredible. Steak is always perfection and the mashed potatos are top notch.

    Extremely overpriced. I’ve dined at hundreds of Luxary restaurants, our bill was $1141.00 for TWO, with 3 total cocktails. We left there and had to ordered tacos at 11:30 PM to get full. Worst “fine dining” experience yet. Will not return or recommend.
