From start to finish, The Cut delivered!
We started with cocktails and appetizers in the bar. The cocktails were perfectly balanced and delicious.
We had shared a giant Porter house steak for dinner and had the most beautiful greens that could only be described as “Spring on a Plate” and puréed potatoes. Everything was perfect!

Our Baked Alaska for dessert was fantastic!

The best part of the night was our wine guy David.
He graciously took the time to help us pick the perfect wine for our meal.

I can’t wait to go back again!

Fantastic wait staff from top to bottom. They are well coordinated and are impressive. The food is fantastic. Excellent steaks, fish and the side dishes are outstanding. Solid wine and drink menus as well.

We celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary in New York thought might try out this amazing venue.
Thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Definitely recommend the Pork Chop perfectly seared and seasoning and cooked to perfection.

This meal was fine by high quality steak house standards. They are obviously trying to bring a little different twist to the standard fare, however, I wanted an outstanding steak and it wasn’t. Shared the tomahawk ribeye which they claimed could feed 3-4 and it was okay for two. Taste without sauces was pedestrian. Side of creamed spinach and fries were underwhelming. With so many choices for a great steak why not go for a great steak, not here.

The food was terrific. We shared the Tomahawk and the Porterhouse between six people, and it was perfectly cooked and the quality was great. Our side orders were also very good. I would recommend the Mac and Cheese and the Potatoes.
Service was very good.
The wine liste is very well curated.

We all thought the food was spectacular. From appetizers to porterhouse to chocolate souffle, all was excellent. The only ding that I would give them that, while the wait staff was kind and attentive, they did flake out when we were wrapping up diner and took a while to take care of the bill. Other than that, the evening was fantastic.

Eaten here twice now, both special occasions. Food and wine have been excellent both times. Service was great last year but poor this year. Would definitely go back to see if they turn it around.

Went on a Saturday night with my wife.
Atmosphere was great, busy, but they didn’t shove you into tight tables.

David the wine Director was extremely good providing great insight into the wine selections. He listened to what we liked in wines and gave us an array of price points, not overselling.

Food was amazing as well. It isn’t cheap but you are going to a NYC steakhouse.

Service STELLAR, atmosphere STELLAR, food OMG STELLAR. Celebrating my wife’s birthday we started with a table for 6 and it grew to 12. (We all squeezed in a huge round table for 6. The Cut was overly accommodating at all times. Our server treated our party with upmost professionalism and courtesy. Imagine people showing up one by one and your server still smiling !!
I can go on and on about the experience; Simply Stellar !! 5 stars. !!

The four of us totally loved the experience. It was the best food and service we have ever experienced. Absolutely delicious tasting and impecable service. Still a bit overpriced for overall value, but outstanding nonetheless. The ambiance and decor is also splendid. I recommend it for a great dinner experience.

I picked this restaurant for my husbands birthday because I love Wolfgang Puck and figured his restaurant would perfect. Our food was excellent. Ribeye and Mac and cheese. The wine list was good also. Not of the service was top notch. The ambiance was romantic and just perfect for the occasion. Staff. Paid attention to all of my special requests. I was very pleased.

Excellent steakhouse. Yes it’s a bit on the pricey side but the room is beautiful and the service is very good. I personally thought the sides were very small portioned. Cocktails were very good. Sommelier was outstanding.

It was an incredible dining experience, the food was really delicious and our waiter was very helpful and personable. And special treat Mr Puck came out to meet everyone. We keep talking about the amazing steak!

We had a wonderful meal. It was the best steak I have ever had along with the special mustards and sauces. The beet salad was amazing. Unfortunately when we were all full, happy and relaxed the person beside us couldn’t stop complaining. Too much alcohol maybe but she would not shut up. They bent over backwards for her but I think they should have moved us so we wouldn’t have to hear her. It’s not CUT’s fault but it certainly put a damper on the evening.

Wonderful experience. Chef Puck came around to each table to introduce himself. Save room for desert, it’s amazing! Steak is wonderful here and so are the specialty drinks.
