I've been here several times but the service was exceptionally poor this last time. It took 15 minutes for our server, Bobby, to come to our table initially and it devolved from there. The exception was Kim, who was hustling and friendly all evening. The sides were cold, the drink order was wrong, it wasn't up to par...

Fantastic!! Best steak I’ve ever tasted. Great service and atmosphere. We were short on time because of a show reservation but the staff came through to complete the dining experience just in time.

We had eaten here on another visit several years ago. We took customers on this trip before going to a show. The server was arrogant and unfriendly. The salads and the wine were the only good items. The steak was cold and this after we were told over and over to order bc it takes 25-30 minutes for them to prepare with their special cooking process. We waited 50 minutes and it was cold and tasted of freezer burn. Because we were with customers we did not complain. Terrible experience and we spend just under $1000.

So good! I frequent this restaurant when I Vegas and there’s a reason why, the food and the service is amazing! They are truly there to make sure you have a great experience!

Great energy and upbeat staff with a very relaxed vibe but remained focused on efficient service. Food was just fantastic. Save room for dessert. The banana cream Pie presentation was extremely unique.

I have been to CUT a few times and this was the best. Food was outstanding and the service even better. Jenny was our waitress and along with the people she had helping were phenomenal

Better steaks than STK but I wouldn’t say they were top of the line. It’s good but not 5 stars for what you are going to pay.

This is my favorite restaurant in Vegas. The food is amazing especially the steak. Drinks are wonderful. Service is impeccable. Pricey but worth it.
