Cut & Bourbon
This classic steakhouse will feature premium cuts that are locally-sourced,
inventive salads, roast chicken, burgers—your favorites are all here, along with
classic shareable options.
Complimentary Valet Parking provided
Wooden floors, natural stone and an artful mix of rustic lighting set the
tone for a delicious meal in our signature restaurant. Slide into a wooden
booth, take a seat in the main dining room, reserve a private dining room –
or perhaps you’re up for the unexpected at the chef’s table. No matter what
you choose, the vibe is warm; the menu straightforward and approachable.
The overall experience was good until the waiter forgot to enter an order for a person at the table. 7 out of 8 people got their food. He blamed it on the chef, the chef blamed it on the waiter. Although both were very apologetic and offered other options, this shouldn't have happened. It's a high end restaurant and we expected high end service. We will give it another try at some point.
Food preparation was severely lacking. Salads consisted of full Romaine heart leaves with a sprinkling of ingredients and dressings. The stacked tuna tartare deconstructed Cali roll was served without chop sticks, soy sauce, wasabi or ginger. When bread and butter service was requested, the table was informed that bread isn't served at lunch, so the waitress brought out an opened box of water crackers...that was a first for all of us, and probably a violation of the Arlington health code. It was an odd lunch experience all around. The best part was complimentary valet parking...but for only two hours. No problem there.
Super small portions and for the price, not worth it
Upscale in a comfortable way. Great for lunch but not a large menu choice. I have eaten there three times and everything was delicious! Have not had dinner there, mostly steaks and very pricy.
Great bar area for seating and mingling. Bar menu also for appetizers.
Free valet parking for two hours if eating there. Otherwise $28. Parking also across Randol Mill.
I was very disappointed. I set up a lunch meeting and marked on the reservation that it was for a birthday. Not ONE thing was mentioned about a birthday, no dessert was offered, etc. The food was all just bla. The ambience and decor was fantastic but the Caesar salad was not great
Went here for a work related dinner! Everyone had such a good time enjoying the food and wonderful cocktails!
It wasn't bad. The prices are similar to Capital Grille but the food was not as good and a tad over priced. Service started out good but then our waiter would be gone for long periods of time and it was not a busy night.
The place is great, love how it looks, the view, the ability to talk to people at the table without having to shout.
The steaks were okay. My steak was a little overcooked and the price was about $5-10 more than it should be. The sides were amazing and of course, the drinks were perfect, wish they had a few more beer selections.
Premium steakhouse prices and decent cuts, but my steak was served at the wrong temp AND I got a very smelly, bad tasting oyster. Sides were underwhelming. Service was fine, except for a lack of concern about the bad oyster. I would have expected some apology or manager involvement, but our server didn’t say another word about it.
Might try it again, but would likely rather spend the bucks at Del Frisco’s if I’m going for premium.
It was a late, last minute reservation for our first visit. . It was quiet and we were I think 1 of 3 tables. I guess due to the late dining time they had run out of a couple things we ordered but they had other options for us to try. Terrific bourbon selection and I loved my cocktail , My Resting Face. Service was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable seating and I like being able to see the kitchen.
The wait staff was extremely slow. It took quite some time between ordering appetizers, additional drinks to ordering Entrées to getting our bill. The food was good to OK for the price we paid. It is overpriced especially the wine list. We were very disappointed
This was our second visit and the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare! The sides are bigger than the waitress suggested and were delicious!
Beautiful place. Appreciate valet parking validation. Bar next to restaurant was especially noisy with football game and huge screen viewing. Awesome for bar. Noisy for restaurant. Adjacent fountain is cool with alternating spray height, colors and actual flames within the water spouts.
Food was very good only exceeded by Grace in FTW. Dinner bread hard, nothing special.
Waitress was great. Good personality. Very helpful. She should get parking validated instead of suggesting I get hostess to do it since the hostess was rarely present at station. I asked another waiter to get me validated and he agreed with no problem.
Cool place. I’d go back. Bar looked like fun.
Visited for NYE dinner because was able to snag a last minute reservation. Found the restaurant to be very well designed, and thought the location was great. Comp valet is a plus, given that it is the ever growing Arlington entertainment district. Another plus was the value of the prix fixe menu, which gave you a lot for your dollar. All of the items we tried were delicious, but both of our steaks left something to be desired. My wife had the filet, which was a little tough and my strip was just OK. Overall, however, the food was good. Where it all fell short was the service. Our server was very un-attentive and absent throughout the dinner. We either had to flag her down or ask another server to locate her. Noticed the table next to us was having similar issues. Maybe this is attributed to the newness of the restaurant, but for the price point expect a higher level of service. We will likely come back, and hope service is better next go around.
Food was great! Service was excellent! Beautiful restaurant!
Staff is very friendly but other than that is a little over priced for the quality. The steak compared to an outback steakhouse steak and was way over done. Several other issues with service as well. I actually recommend to a friend and was embarrassed that I did after dinner was over.
Bowl game dinner.
We had a large party of 19 and staff, service and food was excellent! I’ll definitely dine here again!!
Excellent pregame breakfast buffet with great service
Excellent place. Service very very good. Food top shelf
I was really expecting something special for the price, but the food was only fair and the service was terrible.
Incompetent kitchen. Nearly 90 minutes from time of order to service. And the order was cooked incorrectly.
It was disappointing. They advertised set meal for $56.00 Christmas cocktail, appetizers, seafood bar, entrees and desserts.
They said the Christmas cocktails was a misprint, how can that be? So nothing there.
My appetizer, Raviolis were under cooked a chewy.
My steak was under cooked, more rare than medium. My Mom did enjoy the scallops. The dessert bar had no plates or silverware.
I went there on Christmas day and everything was excellent except the valet, no service with a smile and only 1 was working. Maybe because he had to work on Christmas, it's the only negative.
We had never been there and booked on Christmas Day. Everything was superb. It is such a beautiful restaurant and bar. The food was outstanding as was the service. We will certainly spread the word and will be back.
We had an amazing dinner. Everything was beautiful, food was decadent and amazing. Service was superb.
Good food, small but economical wine list..decent ambiance in the hotel area..,slow service with wait staff not well trained with beverages..
Not on a par with other DFW Steak Houses
Attentive service. Incredible fare. Amazing drinks. All in a beautiful modern space with sweeping views of the ballpark and stadium. Beautiful.
Everything was wonderful!!
Cut and Bourbon offers great food and nice ambiance. I will definitely be back!
Up in Dallas for the Cowboy game
Best view of AT&T Stadium, right next to Texas Live and the New Rangers Stadium (opening soon). Whether your going to see the Cowboys play or just people watch... this is the place to be. When we went (12/19) Cut & Bourbon in the Loew's Hotel offered (only on event days) a Breakfast Buffet till 10:30am and a Tailgate Buffet starting at 11am. We had such a great time.
This was our second time here, the atmosphere is perfect and our server was fantastic.
We enjoy our steaks the asparagus was perfect.
The Mac and cheese had decent flavor but was to runny
It was good. Nice that we now have a genuine high ends steak place in Arlington.
I will definitely be going back. Perfect for a fun night out!
This restaurant needs to focus on their service. The server was inattentive and the food was over cooked and just okay. Would not recommend it.
This was our first time here but definitely will not be our last. Everything from the food to the ambience was exquisite. We really enjoyed ourselves and even made it over to the bar for drinks and the game. An excellent time had by all of us.
Great spot for thanksgiving and cowboys game!
