LOVE THIS PLACE! One of our new faves! Great location, great atmosphere, awesome staff!
Just doing a staycation with the wife. Loved the food and the service was great. They really did a good job of giving people space and we could really tell they were doing their part to ensure the utmost of safety. We will come back!
Waiter was good and attentive, lobster pot pie is impressive visually!! My steak was warm not hot the entire hotel needs customer service training. The food was good not great! Not one that I have to run back too. Carrot cake I might run back for.
I went there last weekend just for a good time with my friend and we loved it!! Sarapio was our server and he was just a delight. He knew the menu well and made great suggestions. I will definitely be going back!
Nikkia, our server was fantastic and helpful, the food was amazing and we had a great time. Thnaks!
Great view and beautiful restaurant. Salmon was over cooked and there was barely any food considering the huge price tags! Also the steak was subpar and not worth the money. Mash potatoes looked instant.
The atmosphere is calm and wait staff is friendly. Food is delicious but would be great if there was some kind of bread product while waiting on appetizers or entree
Cut and Bourbon in The LIVE by Loews Hotel in Arlington, Texas is terrific! Personable service, excellent steak selection...the bacon appetizer with port wine reduction is a must order.
Food was good but over priced for what was served.
There was hardly anyone there. It took them way too long to get our food out and we didn’t get our food at once. It took over 30 mins just to get our drinks. The chef did comp our whole meal which was nice. But our server wasn’t ever around and they kinda pushed us out as soon as we finished our food. Which was on the rise side since no one was there.
We went for our anniversary. Understand things are a little off due to COVID, but the waitress never officially greeted us. The hostess took our order and one of the managers filled our water. The food was good, not great, but willing to go try some different items on the menu. It was $100 for one steak and a couple sides and a salad split between my wife and I.
We sat for almost 45 minutes with no drinks. Although the food was good, and the server was not to blame; the lack of service overrides the positives.
Our family was staying at Lowe’s and we went and ate at Cut and Bourbon three different times we have to say the service food and just the friendship was top notch and they went above and beyond to make us all comfortable and happy!
Thank you Chef Moose
This was a very expensive, lousy dinner. I had surf and turf: over done filet and half of a very small lobster tail. It was worth about $10 but charged $88. I guess they figure a captive audience in the hotel will keep the tables full but we will never try it for dinner again.
Pretty nice restaurant with views of ATT. It's in the hotel which was ok. Food quality was ok but was not worth the very expensive charges for it - a wedge salad with chicken was $18. Service was average at best - It took over 20 min to get our drinks from the bar which was a bottle of wine and a glass of whiskey. So although it is a nice place to sit and eat, be ready to shell out a ton of $$$ (should be listed as 3 $$$ on Open table) because you will not get out of there under $100.
Service was great. The food has great flavor and it was well presented. The ONLY downfall is the cook of the steaks. We ordered Rare plus and it was cooked Medium... it was sent back and came back Medium rare... to avoid the hassle we kept it. I just feel if you make steaks in Texas ya gotta know how to cook those temps. But seriously other than that it was a great experience it will not keep us from coming back for their amazing Old Fashions.
The steak was overly salted; however, the sides were excellent. The tables were too close together. We could have eaten off the other tables plates and entered into their conversations. There was a lot of noise from the bar. Service was passable. For a high end restaurant, i expected much better.
Service was terrible.
Food was very good and staff were friendly, but not necessarily as attentive as expected given the pricing on the menu.
We had lunch on a Saturday. Not many customers eating there but lots of people checking into the hotel. My lunch was not as good as I have had there previously. Waiter was very attentive.
Valet parking was very chaotic that day... my car was visible right in front of the hotel but a young man was sent to another lot with my keys so I waited about 20 minutes before I could leave.
Beautiful space and seating options. Not too busy. Terrific service from our waitress Melanie. She offer some great menu options, friendly smile, took some time to get to know us. Food presentation was very nice and tasted amazing.
Ordered a 48$ filet steak medium. The steak was supposed to be cooked medium, but it was burnt on outer layer, burning off any seasonings that may have been there. The flavor was so-so. For two people, the total bill was 175.00, and the food was not but a quarter of that in value of taste. Definitely will NOT be back to eat there. Had a better steak for 14$.
2 of us...$400 which is fine if the experience was good but nope. First, there were several items on the menu that were not available when we ordered them - but not told in advance. We ordered crab legs ($70) which were watery, a filet (ordered M) and tomahawk (ordered MR) and both were overcooked. Mac n Cheese was cold. Server was not educated on wine. Experience felt very "small townish" but with big city prices and expectations.
On a good note steaks were well seasoned and support staff (bread, water) was attentive. Definitely will not be back.
Good steaks and sides. A nice wine selection a little overpriced. Very nice atmosphere and view with excellent service.
Coming from NY, My husband, myself, & 2 daughters were staying at Live! by Leows for the Supercross Race. We came downstairs to Cut & Bourbon for dinner. This is a stunning place, service was fantastic, & food was done to absolute perfection!!!
The filet was amazing and the bar pours their drinks strong (which is a good thing).
I took my elderly mom and my sister for a fun lunch after church (this was before COVID). What a fun time we had. The restaurant is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and most importantly, the service was wonderful! I wish I remembered our server’s name, as she was a delight...she was so attentive, yet never intrusive, and gave such sweet attention to us. Great views from all that glass overlooking the new stadium area. Don’t hesitate to enjoy a great time here!
At 7pm the restaurant was out of a lot the choices on the menu.
At 9am the following morning same issue.
Recognize this is a fairly new restaurant and all the kinks are out.
Drinks require waiters to go the bar and her it. Should eliminate that step and hire 1-2 people that just do bar service for all tables.
Way too much salt used in side dishes. Food was good but chef needs to back off the salt! The desserts were really good!
The overall experience was good until the waiter forgot to enter an order for a person at the table. 7 out of 8 people got their food. He blamed it on the chef, the chef blamed it on the waiter. Although both were very apologetic and offered other options, this shouldn't have happened. It's a high end restaurant and we expected high end service. We will give it another try at some point.
Food preparation was severely lacking. Salads consisted of full Romaine heart leaves with a sprinkling of ingredients and dressings. The stacked tuna tartare deconstructed Cali roll was served without chop sticks, soy sauce, wasabi or ginger. When bread and butter service was requested, the table was informed that bread isn't served at lunch, so the waitress brought out an opened box of water crackers...that was a first for all of us, and probably a violation of the Arlington health code. It was an odd lunch experience all around. The best part was complimentary valet parking...but for only two hours. No problem there.
Super small portions and for the price, not worth it
Upscale in a comfortable way. Great for lunch but not a large menu choice. I have eaten there three times and everything was delicious! Have not had dinner there, mostly steaks and very pricy.
Great bar area for seating and mingling. Bar menu also for appetizers.
Free valet parking for two hours if eating there. Otherwise $28. Parking also across Randol Mill.
I was very disappointed. I set up a lunch meeting and marked on the reservation that it was for a birthday. Not ONE thing was mentioned about a birthday, no dessert was offered, etc. The food was all just bla. The ambience and decor was fantastic but the Caesar salad was not great
Went here for a work related dinner! Everyone had such a good time enjoying the food and wonderful cocktails!
It wasn't bad. The prices are similar to Capital Grille but the food was not as good and a tad over priced. Service started out good but then our waiter would be gone for long periods of time and it was not a busy night.
The place is great, love how it looks, the view, the ability to talk to people at the table without having to shout.
The steaks were okay. My steak was a little overcooked and the price was about $5-10 more than it should be. The sides were amazing and of course, the drinks were perfect, wish they had a few more beer selections.
Premium steakhouse prices and decent cuts, but my steak was served at the wrong temp AND I got a very smelly, bad tasting oyster. Sides were underwhelming. Service was fine, except for a lack of concern about the bad oyster. I would have expected some apology or manager involvement, but our server didn’t say another word about it.
Might try it again, but would likely rather spend the bucks at Del Frisco’s if I’m going for premium.
It was a late, last minute reservation for our first visit. . It was quiet and we were I think 1 of 3 tables. I guess due to the late dining time they had run out of a couple things we ordered but they had other options for us to try. Terrific bourbon selection and I loved my cocktail , My Resting Face. Service was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable seating and I like being able to see the kitchen.
The wait staff was extremely slow. It took quite some time between ordering appetizers, additional drinks to ordering Entrées to getting our bill. The food was good to OK for the price we paid. It is overpriced especially the wine list. We were very disappointed
