Cut 432 presents an avant-garde modern steakhouse dining experience with a primal focus on beef sourced from the world’s top ranchers and artisanal producers. Let me start by saying the food is exceptional. Best steak I have ever had. Service was top notch. This restaurant is far from quiet, but a nice fun laid back atmosphere. The crowd was a nice mix, not too young not too old. I was celebrating an anniversary and rather enjoyed the loud ambiance as I was able to talk loud and dirty without notice.
We come here almost once or twice a month because the steaks and the cut 432 sauce are honestly the best around but this visit not so much. Given the place is a big box, usually it's somewhat loud but Saturday felt like it was a stadium had to yell to talk across the table. Some sound damping squares on the ceilings would take care of that. But the $60 x2 Rib Eye steaks we got were so plain I had to ask for sea salt and two extra cut 432 sauces just to get some flavor. This is the FIRST time i ever had an issue while coming here but I think the next time our steak craving comes up, we'll def reconsider other options first. Inconsistency is expected at a place where you pay $60 for a total check for 2 but not over $200.
Food as usual was delicious. Had to send the Brussel sprouts back because they were burned but understand that happens on occasion. Sadly we felt like we were rushed. Never experienced this before at Cut & was disappointed having brought an out-of-Towner for their first time.
Dinner was delicious, as usual, but what really made the meal was the fantastic service! Our server, Domenick, was outstanding! It is so frustrating when you are paying a lot of money for a nice restaurant but the service level is not up to par. That was not the case at Cut 432. Domenick went over and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and it really made our evening.
I took my husband here for our 4th Anniversary and he elated to know the served Kobe steak! We tried the jumbo shrimp, Brussel sprouts and lobster Mac n cheese in addition to the Kobe steak. Kobe steak melted like butter in your mouth... it was phenomenal!!! Coming to an end our perfect dinner service the staff bring out a complimentary cheesecake for the two of us, one of the most delicious I’ve ever had, all-in-all one of my favorite date night memories with the man I love
The food was overpriced for the quality. The steaks were dry, the brussel sprouts were burnt. The party next to us on the inside of the restaurant was loud and obnoxious, with the "F" word loudly thrown around for hours. We said something to the staff, but nothing was done to change it. I had a party of 5 there to celebrate a co-worker's promotion and we couldn't even hear ourselves over the noise. I was very disappointed with the food and atmosphere. Will never go back.
You can keep Abe and Louie's and Ruth Chris. Cut 432 is wonderful and we had a delicious meal. Service and food were the best! Only one hitch. We use Open Table often and so we chose Cut 432 for our $100 certificate. Our waiter was not familiar with the cert He approached the manager with the certificate but he was so busy chatting with another couple that he kept our waiter standing there. We saw the whole situation. Money is money . We live here and not tourists! I still love the restaurant but hope I would get treated with more respect
The entire dining experience at Cut 432 was wonderful, from the ambiance to the food. We started with the seafood platter with oysters, king crab, & ceviche. Then we shared the aged porterhouse with brussel sprouts, mushrooms, & potato gratin. Everything was delicious!
