Cut 432 A Modern Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
Food was outstanding. Service was good, but almost too friendly at times. Servers appeared to be in a hurry to provide the drinks, appetizers, entrees, etc. to perhaps "turn the tables" for the next party. On a sad note, the state of the bathrooms was rather disappointing. One of the bathrooms was out of order, while the other one (although clean) did not have a door with a lock on it. I had to stand outside "on guard" while my wife was in.
When w arrived we were seated quickly. The first thing we noticed however was the noise. Not a great place for a date night to get to know each other. We had to talk pretty loud. The food howev r was delicious and the service was good. We would recommend to our friends!
Fabulous experience!! The service was outstanding. This place can be quite noisy and we were able to change our table several times before ordering, always with a smile from the staff. Glasses refilled, table cleaned after every course. And the food!!!!! The biscuits were fantastic, as were the toppings that accompanied them(butter, jam, honey). Crisp, fresh salads. Loved the signature salad and appreciate that you can order large or small portions. The steaks were outstanding. Each one was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The waiter heard us mention that we were celebrating a special occasion and brought a piece of cheesecake. Lovely, thoughtful and professional touch. Go and enjoy. You'll be glad you did.
Greatly disappointed in our meal. We travel to Delray several times a year and always plan on having dinner there. Although it's pricey we have always walked away feeling good about the $$$$ bill. Well not this time. Brussels sprouts where burnt, the cream spinach was watery and the baked potato was so overcooked that even the waiter had a difficult time cutting thru the skin. Now for the steaks.. flavorless.. all this for $187.09.
What a major disappointment. There are so many other restaurants in Delray to enjoy than to waste that amount if money at cut 432
Had Thanksgiving dinner at cut 432, my steak was perfect as always, the white meat turkey was dry, but the rest of the meal was excellent. Only giving 3 stars for ambience because the restaurant was severely, and uncomfortably , COLD. We complained to our server and he told us there was nothing he could do. We have been here before, and it is always freezing. Because of that we will think twice about going again, Thirty Two East does not freeze you out and the food is just as good.
Immediately greeted and seated. NYC style restaurant layout . Server was Steve and he graciously attended to all our needs. Ordered wedge full size salad and small Caesar salad. Great not good but great salads. Order small as full is too big. Filet and prime rib for entrees. Both cooked to perfection, tender and tasty. Split a baked potato which was huge and creamed spinach. Steve brought cheesecake to compliment our celebration. We had a large doggy bag and really enjoyed the next day. Price is equal to the quality of food and service.
Let me start by saying the food is exceptional. Best steak I have ever had. Service was top notch. This restaurant is far from quiet, but a nice fun laid back atmosphere. The crowd was a nice mix, not too young not too old. I was celebrating an anniversary and rather enjoyed the loud ambiance as I was able to talk loud and dirty without notice.
Two elements stand out after having dined at Cut432. The first is service - it was exceptional. Our head waiter was great, and delighted us with in depth explanations of their dry aged steaks as well as extensive wine selection. There were probably 2-3 other waiters assigned to our table....water refilled quickly, and plates removed when complete. As for the food, the steak was THE BEST steak I've ever tasted. It was better than you can imagine. From the taste, to the chew, melt, etc. - basically, the mouth feel of a premier steak. Hard to describe what made their steak such a standout! Side dishes of lobster mac and cheese were also amazing, full of chunks of lobster. Buttermilk mash potatoes were amazing, and piping hot. Oh, and the fresh baked biscuits- crispy crust, with soft, steaming hot center, That could've been dessert - it's that good! I couldn't end the meal without trying their chocolate peanut butter pie...one of the best desserts I've ever had. Had a great time and I look forward to enjoying this delicious experience again!
We come here almost once or twice a month because the steaks and the cut 432 sauce are honestly the best around but this visit not so much. Given the place is a big box, usually it's somewhat loud but Saturday felt like it was a stadium had to yell to talk across the table. Some sound damping squares on the ceilings would take care of that. But the $60 x2 Rib Eye steaks we got were so plain I had to ask for sea salt and two extra cut 432 sauces just to get some flavor. This is the FIRST time i ever had an issue while coming here but I think the next time our steak craving comes up, we'll def reconsider other options first. Inconsistency is expected at a place where you pay $60 for a total check for 2 but not over $200.
Food as usual was delicious. Had to send the Brussel sprouts back because they were burned but understand that happens on occasion. Sadly we felt like we were rushed. Never experienced this before at Cut & was disappointed having brought an out-of-Towner for their first time.
Dinner was delicious, as usual, but what really made the meal was the fantastic service! Our server, Domenick, was outstanding! It is so frustrating when you are paying a lot of money for a nice restaurant but the service level is not up to par. That was not the case at Cut 432. Domenick went over and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and it really made our evening.
