Need a better moderate wine list. Selection went from what I would guess ~ 83 then jumped about 10 points with little selection in between.
For the cost of this place you shouldn’t be rushed in and out like a fast food restaurant.

We arrived at 5:30 for a reservation for 4 that was for 5:45. We asked for a booth in a restaurant that had many booths open. We were denied that request. Hostess said they were all reserved. However when you make a reservation on Open Table I did not notice that you could request a booth only that you could request indoor or outdoor and they also say that they can do what they can to accommodate your request but it is not guaranteed. We were seated in the middle of the restaurant at a table for 4. The waiter came over and when my husband asked for iced tea...the waiter explained that they only have bottled iced tea....they do not brew it in house because of sanitary reasons. We both thought that explanation was extremely odd given that the waiter was pouring us tap water into our water glasses and could offer us brewed coffee. So to brew iced tea in the establishment is a health concern but tap water and brewed coffee is not? I expect that the true explanation is that the establishment makes more profit on bottled iced tea and soda then the alternative. My husband had coffee and I had the house red. The four of us ordered. Petite filet and Rib Eye as well as Lamb. The meal was good. It was very loud. We couldn't hear the waiter at all so we completely missed the specials. We ate and left to another establishment so we could have drinks and talk without straining to hear each other. Otherwise it was fine. But very pricey.
Very nice dinner for 5 tonight. The Delmonico and filets were perfectly cooked and delicious. The octopus and crab aps were equally delicious. Service by Angel was perfect, professional and friendly. Very nice evening, we will return!!!
We made a last minute reservation for a Saturday night. We couldn't get anything indoors so we had outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is comfortable, and there are ceiling fans to help with the heat. Typical pricing for a high end steakhouse. Our waiter, Thomas Baitis, was supreme. A seasoned, professional, waiter is always one step ahead of his customer, and he was. All of our steaks were cooked perfectly. We did like that the sides could be ordered as full or half portions. Even the half portions were large enough for multiple people. We will return on a future trip to Delray Beach.
Overall excellent. A very trendy restaurant with an understated but trendy flair. Food was great. Steaks were cooked perfect and the king crab was the freshest and least salty I’ve had in years. Drinks were great. Our waiter took the time to discuss in great detail the cuts of steak and the preparation.
The evening was almost tarnished by our first impression. When walking up to the restaurant my wife noticed the two young hostesses whisper to each other with a smirk in our direction. It was unclear if it was meant for us or not. We came to the restaurant as a family with three kids of different ages and two elderly family members so it appeared they were pre-judging our patronage.
Living in Washington DC and traveling around the country I take my family to many restaurants and learn to never judge a first impression but a bad hostess can be a mood killer. I would advise the manager to discuss this with them as they are the first impression for the restaurant and it almost turned us off to what ended up being a great dining experience. Overall I highly recommend this place and would return when back in town.

Great food and great service ! We had a party of 12 and we never waited to get service. My only issue was that it was a little warm inside because it was summer time and the front door was left open and we sat near the windows but other then that the food was delicious and for a party of 12 it was very reasonably priced
Gift card My opinion is that it is extremely overpriced. 12.00 for a potato?? Ridiculous.

Very nice experience at Cut 432. Few members of the group ordered Cosmopolitans and said they were the best they’ve ever had! I ordered the pork chop special of the day and it was delicious to say the least. The offered biscuits with fig jam, honey, butter was a great starter as well. Owner/manager was around and checked on us a few times. No complaints here!

Birthday - solid restaurant - all food was excellent - valet was not directly near restaurant but not too far away - food service. A little loud.

Everything from the food to the service was perfect! My only complaint would be the noise level. I wish these top restaurants would invest in whatever is needed to work on that. It would help make the restaurants more conducive to romance and good conversation. Regardless as long as I wasn’t meeting business clients or people I haven’t seen in a while to catch up I would no doubt be back for the great food and service!
