We were very disappointed in the food. We love steak and this place was a huge let down. Way overpriced. My husband ordered the delmonico and I ordered the filet. We also lobster bisque and lobster Mac n cheese. It was all just ok.
Capital Grille is still the best by far.

Delicious food! I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or if you want a real classy meal.
Everything was great, the only thing that was slightly not as delicious as the other items we had was the lobster. I think it was overcooked and lacked flavor.
Everything else, the sea bass, crab, steaks, were all great. Octopus is the best item on the menu!

They sat us at table squeezed between two other close parties. I couldn’t even hear myself think it was so loud. I Really wanted to have a great steak and order an excellent bottle of wine, but not in that setting. Unfortunately they missed the note on the reservation for a booth... which we would’ve waited for.

Dinner was excellent. The service was good. All of the food was really nice. From the salad to the dessert. The steak was just as good as any New York City top steakhouse. Definitely recommend it. And the reservation process was a breeze too. Everyone was very accommodating.
Being in the food industry I found it average , I thought it would be more over-the-top . We ordered a filet and 22 oz cowboy- no taste either 1. Which is bizarre for three fact a rib eye bone in and fatty should have some flavor pop- was anticipating a wow factor with the food . I go out every week in fort Lauderdale for a filet and was not that impressed i actually was a little disappointed . Not the worst meal I had but not worth the ride to Delray.

On a good note, we ended the night with the cheesecake and was the best thing I had.
This is a neighborhood gem which I’ve been to a hundred times. Cut 432 never disappoints, always a fun energetic atmosphere. I’ve takin customers here and they’re always Wow’d and date night with my wife are always fun. They wait staff has been here for a long time and always make the experience. Most recently Tim took very good care of my group and made them feel VIP. Just go and experience.
Portions are rather small with sides charged a la carte, so the bill goes up fast. Servers are very attentive and friendly without being intrusive or fake.
Service was fantastic and food was delicious
The food was very very good. Parking is a bit difficult on a weekend night. Staff was attentive, but the restaurant was very noisy inside. Better to pick a cool night and sit outside.
Cut 432 is a truly righteous steak experience! I had the 16 oz Prime dry aged NY strip blackened and it was a 10. No fat tender as can be and my wife had the 12 Oz prime NY strip not dry aged. We thought the dry aged was much better. It is big and you pay for it but worth it. Maybe a smaller version for the ladies that want that would be a recommendation. The oysters was enjoyed as well as interesting salads. Great service!!

The food is wonderful! I had filet mignon, it was done exactly as I like it, and the horseradish sauce was divine with it. Also creamy, cheesy and succulent creamed spinach!
Everything was good except the food. Tasteless!!! New York Prime could teach them how to season a steak
Whenever we go with four people we get a table that barely fits 2. We ask for a booth and they say it’s reserved. Then we see 2 people at a booth for 6. Well I thought having a reservation would reserve a table. Other than that everything was fine.
Have dined here previously and always enjoyed. Wanted to bring another girlfriend, she enjoyed as well. Service is great and food was delicious.
Was very unimpressed with our entree. Had the porterhouse steak for two, lacked taste and pretty much was just placed on a grill and served. The restroom was absolutely unexceptable, notified a server by the front door that I had almost slipped on the “mess” on the floor . The waiter was exceptional and very professional.
Honestly, I was disappointed with the food preparation. Both my grandson and I were craving meat and ordered steak. I know how to order steak ( rare, medium, well) especially in a fine dining establishment and my grandson's steak, ordered medium , came out really undercooked, almost raw. My bone in filet was just okay. I expected a much more favorful filet as I ordered it medium rare. I have had excellent food and service on previous occasions and am willing to pay for a fine dining experience but doubt I’ll return to Cut 432 when there are so many other choices in our area.
My husband and I had a great experience from the start. We were greeted with a smile and seated promptly. Our server was friendly, knowledge and made us feel very comfortable, never rushed. The food was fabulous, some of the best brussel sprouts!! And the cheesecake, Wow! Highly recommend it.
Tile fish special was not good. Not much flavor and cooked poorly. Thinner ends were overlooked and centered was undercooked.
The ribeye was the toughest I’ve ever had in a restaurant of this caliber.

Love Delray Beach. Every time we visit Cut 432 is the dining highlight. Friendly and outstanding service. The food is just.. AMAZING!!!!!! Had the Ceviche and Charred Octopus for starters and the presentation and flavors were outstanding !Finished with a Bone in Ribeye cooked to my desired temperature perfectly and loaded with flavor.. Congratulations to the chef,kitchen, staff and management. Exquisito!!!!👏 Till next time!!
Reservation process and attempt for earlier reservation on day of, all excellent! Great food but beware it's pricey. Unfortunately, our server was not attentive at all for such a high end eatery. Could never find him, no 2nd round of drinks, no suggestions, no helpfulness given we had 8 in party. Other wait staff/bus people though were always around and helpful when asked. Shrimp app very underwhelming. When you pay $9/shrimp, one would expect a stellar presentation including sauces, horseradish, limes/lemons, etc. 3 small thimbles of cocktail sauce for 12 shrimp was it. Spoke to Manager afterwards and he seemed sympathetic but only offered to speak to waiter at closing. Probably won't go back. We were pleased an auto-gratuity was NOT added to bill despite large party.
the food was delicious and the service was great, just wish the lobster mac and cheese had more lobster in it.
