Our dining experience is the newest development by the hip founders of The Modern Restaurant Group, Brandon Belluscio & Brian Albe. Cut 432 presents an avant-garde modern steakhouse dining experience with a primal focus on beef sourced from the world’s top ranchers and artisanal producers. Decorated executive chef, Anthony Pizzo, invented dishes that will heighten and delight each one of the senses.

Had not been at Cut for a long time. I am not sure why. Really enjoyed the meal. Mushrooms and Brussels Sprouts for sides were outstanding. Wish they had brewed ice tea instead of the stuff in bottle (expensive and not very good). Booth for six people is a little tight. a little hard to hear conversation, but alas it is Atlantic Avenue. Will definitely be back with a smaller party
Cut 432 can compete with any steakhouse in the country. The steaks are beautifully prepared and are delicious, no matter the cut you choose. Sides and appetizers such as the huge shrimp are great accompaniments. The service is first rate and attentive. This is a never fail, top notch restaurant.

This was our fourth time to the restaurant since moving over a year ago.
We have had wonderful dining before but this time it was a bit different with the food.
My husband ordered his steak medium well and it came well done. It was tasty so he didn’t want to send it back.and wait for another one to be cooked.
Also, we ordered the onion rings and they weren’t crispy or have a lot of flavor.
Finally, the lobster bisque was good.but not great like I remembered it to be. (Seemed to have a little “kick” to it too.
We would not order those items again.

Service and food were excellent.
Although our steaks were very good, the side dishes (potatoes au gratin and Brussels sprouts) lacked in flavor and the potatoes I felt were under cooked. It was very noisy, the lady at the table next to us was almost screaming to be be heard. I would think it is a better place for 4 or more people, we were 2 the night we went and were crammed in to a small table next to a booth. All said and done, I would go to Capital grill or Abe and Louie’s.
I do believe they own El Camino, which has great food and drinks.

It was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars on food is because they over cooked my steak but they did take it off check!!! Otherwise we will definitely be back!!!

The food is very good, but everything else about the space is sub par, considering the price point.
The space is in serious need of a complete renovation. It is extremely noisy, not at all attractive and definitely not comfortable.
If it were anyplace but Atlantic Avenue, it would have been gone long ago.

Food and service excellent. Had to be reseated because of a very noisy group at next table-was done quickly-no complaint. Owner picked up cost of appetizer and added dessert.
The food was delicious and the ambiance was very good. But, the best part of our experience was the staff, in particular our server, Michael. He was very considerate and attentive and made our dining experience more memorable than usual. A very pleasant surprise and big factor in how we rate this experience.
Excellent service. Some sides were lukewarm. One steak 🥩 was more medium when ordered medium rare. Noise level (outside) was loud, impeding conversation. Steaks were very tasty. Veal Chop was quite fatty.

The food was delicious and the service was great - but I really feel that a $45 veal chop should have more than a roasted garlic bulb on the plate.
Food was “good” service was outstanding! We had a server named Jimmy Wong- let me tell you, this gentleman was the apex of server standards! His wealth of information, his knowledge and more importantly his passion of food and spirits, just made for such a memorable experience- his attitude, his friendly smile and his engaging personality made up for any other issues with the quality and taste of the food- if you go to Cut 432, which I highly recommend you do, make sure you request Jimmy Wong as your server. I guarantee he will provide you with an unparalleled dining experience-

Wonderful BUT if you want to go for Happy Hour you need to get there right when they open or earlier to get a spot at the bar. Delicious dinner with great service. Quite noisy so if you are looking for quiet conversation this is not the place. First time here and we will be back !!! Especially to check out their Happy Hour. Small bites looked great.

Great food and great service. Very loud, but that’s always the case this time of year. Tight fit with 6 people in a booth, as there were no large tables for bigger groups.
Too loud. Too cold blasting air. Too expensive.
Restaurant located on a bustling in downtown Delray. Table behind us was filled with very loud and rather inappropriate people. We were cramped in betweeen other tables. Food was just ok. If you want to go to a trendy place then this is good. If you want the best steak for your money spend it elsewhere.

Jimmy Wong was our waiter. He was amazing. He took his time not only going over the menu, but educating us about the wine selections and the cuts of beef. He was great!
