Had a reservation. Hostess walked us past 2 very nice empty booths to seat us at a table by the bathroom.
I politely declined that table
My husbands steak came out cold!!! Not cooked. Ordered med rare.
Potatoes just warm
They remade steak brought it out after the other diners were done. Still raw!
They gave us a gift certificate.
My hubby grabbed a Philly cheesesteak from place next door

A wonderful culinary experience! Charred octopus was super supple and uniquely prepared. The Chilean Sea Bass was absolutely phenomenal, especially in conjunction with the black coconut rice. It was the most delicious fish I have ever eaten! Service was very attentive. Ambiance was lovely. Great decor.

I went there for Valentine's day in February 2018 with my husband. We sat in the main dining room. It was too loud. You can hear all the talking from your fellow diners and the ruckus from the kitchen. Definitely not a quiet romantic dinner. We sat in the middle of the restaurant but about two rows back from the kitchen. This is definitely a hustle and bustle steakhouse and not quiet and sedate. Sometimes, my husband could not hear me when I talked.

In addition, the bus boys need to learn to ask the restaurant patrons for permission before they clear the plates especially when there is still food left on the plates. Please management make this change!! The bus boys attempted to clear our table too quickly. They just grab your dish on the table and run with it without even asking if you were done with it. I know they probably were trained that way by management to be efficient but that is rude in my book and definitely not my type of fine dining style. I must have told five different bus boys not to take our bread basket away. It got annoying. I felt like I needed a sign on my dish that said "Do not take away." I made a joke to the waiter about that. My husband and I go out to dinner a few times a week in the Delray/Boca Raton area and never have experienced this to this level before. Maybe if they had specific bus boys for each table you wouldn't have to tell five different ones the same thing.

Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The food was good but these other factors ruined it for me.

Needless to say I will never go back there again to eat in the main dining room especially at their higher steakhouse prices. My husband and I both agreed next time for a special occasion we would go to a steakhouse restaurant which was more quiet like Abe and Louie's or Capital Grille in Boca Raton. I will go back to Cut 432 for happy hour by the bar where you don't have to worry about your food being taken away by an eager busboy who doesn't ask permission to do so.

We had a great time and will definitely return! My steak came out overdone and they immediately redid it with another one! Delicious! My husbands veal chop was superb! Salads are so huge and tasty! It was a great time!

Second time on my birthday. Relatively expensive, but the quality of the steaks, service, wine and ambiance make this a special place. We had wonderful service with Dominick who took terrific care of my wife and myself.
I would come here again possibly for happy hour or early bird which is a better deal. Otherwise, it is reserved for special occasions for my wallet although the place is always crowded. Keep up the good work!
