We went back a second night for dinner in the 4 nights we were in Delray. One of the best and most consistent values for terrific food & wine!

Veal chop overdone and too salty. Steak rare...asked for medium.
Very good service. Steaks were great but sea bass was fishy tasting for two of our guests....they were disappointed because they had eaten great sea bass here previously.
An all around fantastic experience.
I gave it a low rating for value as I have had equal or better beef at less price than what was charged. My wife had swordfish that was average at best. Most likely we will not be back.

A fantastic filet tasty and tender
Overall a very nice dining experience. Food was very good, although we both agreed the asparagus could have used some improvement (spears were too large and under seasoned). My first drink was quite bitter (wasn’t expecting that), second was great. The steak I had was very good, but I’ve had phenomenal steaks at another local steakhouse for a bit less money. If i want a phenomenal steak I’ll make the drive and go elsewhere, but if I just want a really good place to eat I’ll be back at Cut432.
The food was mediocre but the service was good. Spoke with the manager when the restaurant followed up and requested a review. They have promised a gift card and have invited us back so they can show us that it must have been an off night/fluke. We will go back for Scene II and allow them to redeem themselves.
Phenomenal meal, my waiter was okay but the busser was amazing. Great conversation and concern over our meal! Will eat there again!!

Great meal and great service. Water glasses were never empty and staff was very attentive. Food was hot, of great quality and well plated. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was a nice addition to the filet. Look forward to next time!

Asked for a medium rare Delmonico steak which was overcooked. At that price ( $69) I should have returned it.
Food and service was excellent. Was there to celebrate a special occasion. I got the bone-in ribeye and my girlfriend got the shrimp scampi. Both were cooked perfectly.

We keep going back to Cut. Never had anything but excellent meals here. The steaks are expensive but outstanding as well. This is a go to place.
Great meal - great food - pretty lively place with a lot of action in the open kitchen, in the restaurant, and outside the restaurant. Food was worth the high prices, but our server, JOHNNY, made all the difference.
Have been many times in the past, food and service always very good. Service was terrible this time. Asked to be accommodated with a larger table and was told no. Was given a story which turned out to be untrue. Manager was not helpful in situation. Server was not attentive and barely came by the table. Will not be returning.
This is the best of the steak houses in Delray Beach. It is pricey but Cut 432 excels in all categories- quality, preparation and taste of food, great service and appearance.
We eat at steakhouses frequently. My wife and I are willing to spend a good buck for this type of cuisine and ambiance. Cut 432 served us a very expensive Waygu steak for two. The steak was not cooked properly and the side dishes were served cold. The manger replaced the sides and our waiter told us that dessert was on them. We could have ordered 2 desserts and one for our granddaughter, We ordered one for us and ice cream for her. They charged us $5 bucks for her ice cream. WIne, dinner & tip was $300. A mediocre meal and not a restaurant we will go back to on our next visit to Delray Beach.

Cut 432 is our favorite! The food is consistently good. Love sitting outside and getting both the restaurant vibe and the avenue scene. Thomas is our favorite server and he always takes superb care of us. Big thumbs up and 5 stars for Cut!

In my 30 years of living, never have I truly understood what a 5 star experience was until I dined here. This amazing place has "raised the bar," so to speak and I can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable dining experiences I have had.
The service here is impeccable and the cuisine is to die for! My fiancé and I came here for our anniversary and walked away with no regrets, or disappointments. It is a staple restaurant on the Ave and the ambiance of this place has all the feels of a new, hip place for all its customers. Our server's name was Steven and he took great care of us throughout our whole experience.
Boy, do they pay attention to detail or what! Even their signature salad could not compare to any other salad in the world for flavor and texture. The way they marry the flavors with each menu item we received was phenomenal. They even served us complimentary fresh biscuits with fig, honey and butter. We started off with a few appetizers included steak tartar, crab legs, and large prawns everything was bursting with flavor. We both ended up going with the steaks, I ordered the filet while my fiancé ordered the 28 day aged Delmonico and where do I begin on the sides: sautéed mushrooms, creamed spinach, and creamed corn!!
Then, as if that wasn't enough, we finished off our dining experience with their banana pie. First off, holy crap is that a NICE slice but it was hands down the best banana pie I have ever eaten and it is made from SCRATCH! Everything was seasoned to perfection and the execution was impressive. WELL DONE CHEF!!
Needless to say, you get your money's worth here. We weren't even able to finish it all, so we definitely took it back to the house for a late-night treat. If you are looking for a place to splurge, or impress someone, or spoil the one you love, this is it! It was one of the most romantic and excellent dining experiences I have ever had!
I know it's a steak place, but "mature" fish in Peruvian ceviche? Not so good. Same with my senior salmon. I understand that Delray Beach caters to the elderly, I just don't want to be consuming fish that old. They used to be big on FRESH. The place is nice, wait staff is good. Don't ask the bartender to deviate from the way that she makes drinks. She will just not do it, and then the waiter or the manager will come out and apologize, and get it fixed, but they never get rid of her, which I don't understand. She courts regulars at the bar, but if you're a less frequent customer it's like Siberia there.
This was our first time at Cut 432 and we were very impressed by the service at the bar and at our dinner table. Our waiter, Johnnie was very informative and offered great service. The quality of the food is exceptional.
We had 8 ounce filet mignon that were perfectly prepared and delicious. Side dishes were ample enough for two to share. A great steak dinner!
If you are in the mood for a great steak, this is the place to go in Delray. A selection of accompaniments for your entree are offered ala carte. Asparagus and truffled macaroni and cheese turned out to be good choices! Even if you are not a red meat lover, there are alternatives that are just as good, such as fresh sushi grade tuna prepared to taste and accompanied by a small salad of greens and ancient grains. There was a nice selection of wines by the glass and craft cocktails to choose among. We were much too full for dessert, so that will have to wait for another time. As with most fine steak houses, prices are high, but the quality justifies the cost in our view.
