Bistro
At Currant Bistro, we believe hotel food should do more than just satisfy your hunger. We believe food should be a vehicle used to help tell the story of Seattle/Belltown.

Our menu is fresh, regionally sourced and thoughtful. Best of all, we create food that can be enjoyed by everyone. Our simple and approachable dishes pair perfectly with friends and of course, Seattle’s best craft beer and Washington wines. For the early risers, our gourmet coffee is awaiting your arrival along with fresh baked goods, hot breakfast sandwiches, and much more.

We came during the lunch hour and it was not busy. Plenty of tables were available. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Our food however took awhile to come out; about 35 minutes. It was difficult to get the attention of the server and what we planned for an hour lunch turned into 1.5 hours due to waiting around. Additionally, I didn't notice 'til now but my boxed-up leftovers was definitely not mine so somehow boxes were switched and someone ended up with mine.
