Outside seating cannot be booked online, but you can ask at the door. Music got loud. Fortunately, volume was adjusted. Food is good, staff is friendly, margaritas are good. Service slow at times even though only outside tables were being served. Good experience for 6-8 people.

Good brunch, food, view and atmosphere were great. Only thing that let it down was by serving the cheapest wine possible. You would expect more from the Four Seasons tbh. Even if that added an extra 50qtr on to upscale the wine rolls wouldn’t mind.

We like everything except for the drinks; the bartenders need to learn how to make Margaritas from the bartenders at Elements! All the cocktails were missing key ingredients making the non-drinkable! You can’t make margaritas without putting a bit of Syrup or Caiprinhinas without sugar! The band was very loud for the tables close to them, better to have speakers with ambience music.

This restaurant is my favourite; I love the food, the decor and ambience. Staff always make you feel so at home and it feels like such a welcome but also a special treat. We had the Andes menu which was delicious! Also on urban point, which is a bonus. There was live music on a Thursday night which was a great vibe. We had a wonderful time for my friends birthday Just wish there were more drinks deals.

The venue is incredible, we sat outside overlooking the ocean. The service was wonderful and worked hard to ensure a great experience. Some of the smaller dishes were pretty good - I highly recommend the guacamole and asking for extra chips. Beautiful and flavorsome cocktails. I was super excited by the roasted cauliflower main dish, it sounded so good from the description, but the flavors just didn't come together as the taste sensation I had hoped. A lovely evening overall, but the food just didn't wow.

Easy to book,they hold the table for us even we were late 30mins All staff is very nice and trying to be there but not to present or pushy Food is tasty,we took appertizers only but it was enough to go with drinks Space looks like a high end place in Latin country For ones who are looking for fine dinning i highly recommend

Second time at this restaurant and having the “Taste of Curiosa” menu, food is delicious and a substantial amount of food, so come hungry if you’re doing this set menu! Staff have been great on both occasions, will definitely return!

The food quality and taste not is not what you would get from such an high end restaurant. Tuna tartare was more of a nuts tartare full of nuts and friend pine nuts. Spicy beef empanadas were not available out of stock. Lamb chops came cold and not as tender and juicy as before despite medium rare order. Music not matching the atmosphere and extremely high volume. Service very bad and had to wait too long between courses. Despite giving direct feedback about all this, no compensatory action to offer a desert after the meal. Nothing done to except smiling and listening. Told the waiter in charge we will be taking our desert at Cipriani, their famous chocolate cake waits for us and the waiter said what is Cipriani and haven’t heard of it before. This tells me staff employed is either not trained well enough or not qualified for a Jean George restaurant. Normally the Waite should have offered us a free dessert and not let us go to Cipriani but he didn’t he even know about Cipriani surprisingly

Really good brunch. Food and service were both excellent and at 299 per person, the value was great. Incredible amount of food served and very attentive service. I would say it is far superior to the brunch served next door at Elements. Definitely one I will come back.

Great outdoor setting with live music. Love the vibe, the food and the cocktails are delicious! Waiter Kaeline is also amazing and super attentive. Would definitely go back again!

Maybe be the best meal plan have ever had. Wonderful service by friendly and attentive staff. Great flavours in all the dishes. We went for the special Cinco de Mayo dinner!

As always an amazing brunch. Food was delicious and the service by Caelan and the team was attentive and of the highest standard. The service did slip a little when Caelan's shift ended part way through brunch and we found ourselves a bit forgotten about. My advice to ensure continuity of service, don't have staff shifts finish mid brunch!

The terrace seat was wonderful, beautiful view and interior decorations, staff were friendly and attentive. Food was perfectly cooked and delicious. The business lunch was perfect selection / amount of food and it was definitely a value for money experience.

The most amazing experience. There is really nothing that could have made our brunch better. The food and service from Kuchan and the team was spot on. The ambience and the music were just perfect. We can't wait to come again!

Food was good and portions average size. Waiters were attentive but did not explain the food until half way through. Went for my mum's birthday which was explained at the beginning and the only thing that they did was write happy birthday on a side garnish on the dessert that I was charged for. I would of expected a little more. Happy hour is only available in the side lounge and has to be taken as a whole package. Wine bottle prices not displayed so have a huge mark up in price.

Food, chef and service was all perfect. Chef and service were both incredibly helpful with my pregnancy related food requests. It was quite quiet but I suspect this was the day of the week and time of year we picked. Our food was so good and felt good value for money.

Just bad! Lighting in restaurant is horrible, feels like in a laboratory! Waiters are impatient because restaurant is sooo empty (understandably) and they have nothing to do. Uniforms are ugly as well, no thought behind it. Music is too loud. Not even blankets available for the outside area in a supposedly fine dining restaurant at the four seasons hotel! Just a lot of question-marks??? Food was mediocre, okay but would expect a lot more from jean George branded kitchen! We do not recommend! No wonder the restaurant is not busy!

The whole experience was amazing we enjoyed the food it’s was so delicious the service was on spot too. The ambience was great one small note the live music was too loud could have been a lower volume. This was our first time visiting and for sure were coming back for some more !!

We had an amazing lunch at Curiosa. The food was outstanding. Executive Chef Edgar was attentive as his team. His creations are simply intoxicating. The food was simple yet delicious. The service was impeccable. We sat outside and watched the sunset. It was the perfect meal. Ideal for a business lunch or something more special.
