The Curfew is a beautiful spot in the downtown area. The ambiance, food, drinks were really good. I had the pancakes and my date had the chicken wings and brisket sandwich. The cosmopolitan was a little too sweet for me , but still good . Our server was attentive and the food wait was not long .

Was disappointed in no coffee drinks other regular black coffee. Ordered the biscuits and gravy; Everything was fine, food was hot and tasted fine, but the dish amounted more to soup or soup and dumplings because the gravy consistency was not thick enough. Service was great Always love the atmosphere here

Previous reviews prepped me for pretty good food and really bad service. Maybe all the reviews I read were from one bad weekend or something because my wife and I had a great server and an even better meal. Good is a gross understatement as it pertains to the food because we thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely be back. To all those who had that one bad night, please go back. It is worthy of another chance.

Service was lackluster. Seems to only be one waiter for the entire night. It’s inside a restaurant and we weren’t impressed by it after wanting to try it for a while. We both had the shrimp and grits which were really good. Overall, just an ok experience. We probably won’t be back.

Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and advised to grab drinks at the bar then we would be seated took 20 minutes to get a drink which put us 10 minutes past being seated. Food was decent but when we asked for water they told us they were short clean glasses. My second old fashion was delivered in a coffee cup.

Poor service. Ironically told to wait 20min since we did not have a reservation. Went on OT and made a reservation for 5min later and was seated. I believe our waitress visited our table a total of 4 times. I ate my pasta with a knife, as she took my fork and then didn’t check our table until 20min someone else delivered our food. Frankly wish I could be refunded my 18% included gratuity. Wine from the bar was flat. Several hours of not days left open to air.

The restaurant had only one server and our table was left unattended for our entire meal. We asked for additional items and they did not come, water stayed empty and it took a long time to get attention so that we could get our check. The other complaint was on the cocktail ordered. The menu had the ingredients which is why it was chosen and when the drink came, different ingredients were in the drink. The server did not say anything when ordering and once it came and we asked about it, the answer was they were out of some ingredients but did not offer to replace the drink or refund it.

Just awful. It’s basically hotel food cooked by a staff that doesn’t know what they are doing. Red fish was over cooked. Steak was too. The pastas were bland. Service was just ok. Extremely disappointed overall.

The food and drinks were wonderfully good! The chicken wings were the best we have eaten in a long time and the bolognese was also great! Although in general the service was good there were glitches in service that we think were more training issues than anything else! Examples would be no plates arrived with the chicken wings and the bread arrived after the bolognese was eaten!

The restaurant was pretty much empty. No host in sight upon our arrival. We say ourselves at a table. Once we sat ourselves drinks were offered. We waited for our server and when she finally came, she acted as if she didn’t want to be there. I ordered catfish and my friend order a salad. My fish was undercooked and fries were burned. They must of had a limited menu (huge disappointment) because our choices were few. This place was on my bucket list for Memphis, but I will not recommend after my visit.

This is not a restaurant, it is a bar with a limited food menu. We were seated right near the bar and the front door while others coming in after us were led to tables in a more secluded section. There where questionable characters at the bar near the door way drinking out of blue dolor cups and pouring drinks from flasks they had brought in. Our wait person was nice but the rest of the staff appeared to have not cared less if we were there. Menu was limited, our appetizer was a tiny sausage and cheese plate that cost $26. Not for me, and not recommended.

Such a nice surprise. I love how spacious and is is a beautifully designed the restaurant with very comfortable seating. The food and drinks were perfect. The menu offers great choices, it was very hard to decide what to order. The staff went way beyond the ordinary in excellent service and friendliness. It’s a new favorite!
