Convenient location, close by parking, and great food. But service seems to be hit and miss, which is a real shame. Went twice this week and both times our server just disappeared. Entrees came out before our drinks on a Wednesday afternoon and no one ever came by to check in us (did we want a second round, refill water glasses, ask if we needed boxes or dessert) after entrees were dropped off on early Saturday evening. We even got a slightly wrong entree (asked for a medium burger, no cheese, with fries and got a well done cheeseburger with brussel sprouts - although fries then mysteriously arrived shortly after). We were sitting in a back corner, but it became a game to see how many folks were deliberately not making eye contact. The food is really good - just a shame service isn't quite a match.

We arrived at the opening to be greeted warmly by the host and brought to a quiet table. Service was on point, offering specials, guidance and recommendations. Food sensitivities were understood and avoided. Iced tea is very fresh. The sausage egg sliders, pastrami, and egg sandwich were amazing. We took a bread course home for later and the blueberry cornbread was absolutely delicious. Excellent brunch for Saturday morning, highly recommend.

My party of 2 had a 3:45 reservation indoors. We arrived and there were plenty of tables available. Three hostesses spent 5 minutes not actually talking to us about our table, but discussing amongst themselves which server could handle us since there was apparently a party booked? When they finally found a table/server for us, they said the table was dirty. This was our first visit there, we were really excited about the menu, and it was a terribly awkward first impression. We decided to sit at the bar. The bartenders didn't acknowledge us when we sat down, and we got water after a few minutes. But after around 7 minutes the bartender was across the restaurant socializing and we couldn't even place a drink order. We left and went to the tequila and taco bar across from Merrieweather. Terrible first experience, they weren't even that busy. We felt very unwelcome.

We’ve come to cured multiple times. The first times was great but unfortunately since then the food has not been worth the money. It’s gone downhill recently

Now granted it was a concert night however they should be more prepared for that. Took awhile to have someone take our drink order. She was very attentive after that delay. My salad though came out well before my husbands steak. That was my main meal. The waiter had to go find his steak. Then he did not get a steak knife with it so had to ask for that. Overall it was decent but the service needs improvements. I like how some restaurants have food runners so that things keep moving even if your own server is busy.

Mary Pat, Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Regardless of whether or not it was a concert night your service absolutely should have been better. We are never ones to make excuses for a poor performance and we won't start now. What we can offer is our sincere apology for missing the mark during your time with us. We do hope that in the future you might give us another opportunity to serve you in a manner that lives up to ours standards and your expectations. Best, Vince Culotta, Managing Partner Cured / 18th & 21st

Some of the best bar tenders around. ALL the drinks are excellent and they take special requests which is cool.
