CURED Table & Tap is an exciting new restaurant in Columbia, Maryland that brings back fond memories of the neighborhood corner bar and the relaxing atmosphere that is created when good friends, great drinks, and classic comfort foods come together.
From the list of exceptional craft beers, to the creative cocktails, to the satisfying menu, CURED is all about crafting a laid back experience while still elevating the pairing of comfort food and thirst quenching drinks. Our goal is for every guest who visits us to feel as relaxed as if they were at their grandmother’s house (assuming their grandmother makes amazing craft cocktails and delicious food).
So if you're looking for a great place to meet up with friends, heading to a concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion right next door, or looking for something uniquely different but still wonderfully familiar, we'll make sure to save you a seat.

Overall, I enjoyed my brunch at Cured. The music selection was nostalgic and fresh for a Sunday morning/afternoon. Khari was a super friendly server who was ready to answer questions, and guide me through the menu. He was attentive & always there with a smile. Donut holes - bacon & chocolate - surprisingly yummy! A bit heavy & filling but perfect to be shared. Will not reheat Bistro steak & eggs was really tasty. Steak was lean and cooked to perfection - chimichurri sauce was on point. The eggs were loaded with butter and potatoes were cold, but the meal was tasty. Beware - there are NO non-dairy milk options & many foods are loaded with dairy - gotta work around that if it is an issue for you. Overall, I'd recommend and would come back again!

Our server, Brie, was outstanding. Very attentive. We had a slight glitch in our evening because our daughter was not feeling well when she got to the restaurant and had to leave right after ordering food. Bree was very accommodating with our request to box up her and our son-in -law’s dinners so we could drop it off to them later. The two lovely women at the front greeting stand were also very helpful and attentive with our situation.

Daphne, our server, was polite, poised, and friendly. All the staff we encountered on May 18, 2023, were professional and friendly. The hostess took the time to tell our party about the jazz nights in the nightclub. The food was excellent. Our only complaint is that there is no safe passage from the parking garage to the restaurant. Cars entering the parking garage and patrons heading to the restaurant must jostle to share the same roadway. Very dangerous, considering a person in our party is elderly and uses a walker.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful, especially our server Tezeta who was outstanding. Food was excellent and parking was plentiful and easily found. Entrance to parking via Granchester was a little confusing due to "Do Not Enter" street sign, which was for only one lane.

The staff (hostess, waiter Brandon P) and manager, Steven, were friendly and inviting. The overall ambience was great, casual and not too noisy. They have a fabulous and wide selection of whiskey. The manager was knowledgeable and helpful with providing suggestions on various whiskeys depending on what one preferred. The food was great too! My sister and I would definitely come back and bring our friends!

I will not recommend this establishment anymore. I was profiled about the amount of drinks I was ordering. The service was very poor. The masher came and did not rectify the issue. Poor management as well. Do not recommend.

Service experience was excellent from greeting by hostesses through prompt seating (we were offered a choice of tables), dinner service, dessert, and check. Our server, Jenny, gave superb service as well as being polite, patient, energetic and knowledgeable about the dinner and drink menu. I especially appreciate that my coffee and dessert arrived together. Food was top-notch. Parking was a breeze as well.

Food we stopped in for Easter brunch and while, overall, it was great, there were two things that could have used some improvement. Our waiter kind of forgot us in the beginning, but was much better as the aft went on. The second was the French Toast. It wasn’t very crispy, which makes me miss the french toast sticks you used to do. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Bring those back! Having the option of different fruit juices for the bottomless mimosas was appreciated and a great surprise.

This was our first visit to Cured. Overall, while not perfect, we had a good experience and would definitely go back. The service was good, starting with our very helpful and pleasant hostess. The waiter tried his best, but I think he was in the weeds for most of our visit. Drinks took a bit, appetizers came without app plates (although, when asked, another server helped us without hesitation), and one of the items we ordered never came. The apps were very good. The brussel sprouts were very tasty but the app portion was small (smaller than when served as an entree side). The chacuterie portions were also small and served on a board that was undersized making it awkward to pass around the table. The mains were very good and portions were comfortably generous. The salmon and chicken sandwich were excellent. The draft beer selection was great and prices very fair.

Our appointment was 5:45 we did not get seated till about 6:00. We sat down we ordered appetizers They came out right away which made me think therefore somebody else. My wife and I ordered our food I did not get mine with hers mine came out extremely late so they ended up giving me my meal for free. It was very pricey and the food wasn't that great.

Service was excellent, the food wasn’t great especially for the price. Plus I was disappointed they didn’t have a working expresso machine. Hopefully, for the future they will do better.

1st time. Had an awesome server. Her name was Ava. Very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The food was excellent. Very fresh. It was easy to tell everything was made from scratch. Portions were excellent. The ambience was high energy, but not overwhelmingly, loud or disruptive. We left with three desserts to go, and they were outstanding. Okay, we opened the bread pudding and ice cream and ate 1/2 of it there:). We will definitely be returning!

The food was amazing. Eric was our server. He was nice and funny. I didn't want chili aioli on my sandwich so Eric recommended truffle aioli. I usually don't like truffle sauces but it was perfection. Would definitely visit again.

The food and drinks seem to be consistently good. This is my 3rd time visiting this restaurant and the only things that are not consistent are the service and the noise level. Our waitress at this visit was slow and disappeared for long periods at a time. So slow that we didn't even ask for dessert, cause we knew our check was going to take forever to get back to us. On other visits the waitstaff has been great, so I guess it depends on who you get. Noise... my first 2 times visiting were on a Monday and a Thursday. Both visits the noise level was acceptable, except for a group of 5 at a table that insisted on yelling during the entire meal. We asked to be moved. We went on a Saturday at 3pm, right when Brunch ended. Never again, never ever again. We were seated, but everyone else there were Brunch people who just didn't feel like leaving. You could see the paid checks on the tables, just people straggling. And the noise! I mean I've never heard such noise in my life. During Brunch it looks like they close off part of the restaurant and the noise bounces off the walls in a horrible echo. I can't emphasize how loud this place was. but the funny thing was at 3:36pm the last of the Brunch people finally left and they removed the partition to widen the room. instant quiet, beautifully quiet. Now that my mini rant is over! Pro Tip: if you make reservations on a Saturday but do not want to eat from the Brunch menu, WAIT until 3:30pm or after to arrive, you can thank me later. All in all, the restaurant is nice and I love the food and drinks. I will definitely return.
