Cured Tap & Table
From the list of exceptional craft beers, to the creative cocktails, to the satisfying menu, CURED is all about crafting a laid back experience while still elevating the pairing of comfort food and thirst quenching drinks. Our goal is for every guest who visits us to feel as relaxed as if they were at their grandmother’s house (assuming their grandmother makes amazing craft cocktails and delicious food).
So if you're looking for a great place to meet up with friends, heading to a concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion right next door, or looking for something uniquely different but still wonderfully familiar, we'll make sure to save you a seat.

The food was delicious; however it was extremely noisy and the tables were very close together. Every time a waiter walked by our table they bumped into me. Our table was also very close to the waiter station (where they were putting in orders). Just not the best place to seat people for dinner. Otherwise, the food and drinks were good.
So glad Columbia finally has a restaurant of this caliber!!!
The food was some of the best we've in the Baltimore area. Definitely recommend it.
Best go to spot for dining in Columbia. Chicken livers are fantastic.
Wonderful food and great service. Interesting menu selections
We had a small issue, that was quickly and graciously resolved. I'll be back
Love the ambience, interior design, friendly staff and great food!
First time there. We really enjoyed the brunch. We will go back regularly.
Love this place for brunch. Great tapas style of options are perfect for sharing with friends. Must have the duck confit sticky buns and the breakfast pizza. Also the buy one get one mimosas and bloody marys make for a relaxing way to start the day. Great service and fun atmosphere make this a Sunday go to for us.
Service was just okay, but the food was pretty good. They were out of the steak and cheese egg rolls, but the pulled pork tater tot appetizer was good. We had burgers, crab cake, pulled pork sandwich and meatloaf. All good. Dessert was nice too - bread pudding and creme brûlée, both nice. Would go here again.
Good casual place to go for dinner before or after a movie or concert. Friendly servers and great food.
The staff created an inviting atmosphere and seemed well versed on the menu options. This place offers a variety of small plates that are great for meal sharing. Our visit wasn’t during “happy hour” and I found the beverage prices a little high although if you’re looking for variety this place has every imaginable choice for wines and cocktails. Really appreciated the tour given after our meal.
This was our third visit to Cured, but the first time for brunch. It exceeded our expectations! Our table of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) had at least one of almost everything on the menu (it's small, shareable plates). Some items were so delicious that we ordered seconds of them. Can't wait to go back for brunch soon!
We always have a great time at Cured and tonight was no different. The food was delicious, the beer recommendations were perfect, and the service was fantastic. Jana is our favorite waitress and always has us leaving with smiles on our faces. Highly recommend!
Had a very nice birthday dinner here. We had no trouble making a reservation for 7 which was a huge relief after having trouble at other restaurants in the area. They were busy, but well equipped to serve large parties. The service was excellent and the food was very good. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. But my favorite part was dessert and the whiskey caramel ice cream. That ice cream reminded me of my travels to Ireland and the delicious creameries they have in Dublin.
charcuterie is outstanding
food is fresh
service is friendly and attentive
The first thing I notice about a restaurant is if it's clean. Cured gets an A+ for cleanliness, including the bathrooms. Rule of thumb is: if the restaurant and restrooms are clean-- the kitchen will also be clean-- then I can guarantee you that your food is going to be fresh and well-prepared. Cured did not miss the mark-- everything tasted fresh and made to order.
The second thing I notice is the staff. Cured has a welcoming , friendly staff . Our host, Ben was very polite and professional. Our waitress Janna was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was a little chilly, and she even lowered the air for me.
The food was excellent. I ordered the asparagus salad with grilled salmon. The greens were fresh, and there was a generous amount of perfectly cooked asparagus. The salmon was FRESH and grilled to perfection. Our waitress allowed me to switch out feta for blue cheese crumbles and opt for a different dressing also. My husband ordered the sloppy Joe grilled cheese, which was amazing. Their paprika fries are delicious too!! The dessert was an incredible chocolate pecan crumble tart concoction that came with ice cream. I asked for whipped cream also, and was given a generous dollop of it. We had not a single complaint.
Bottom Line-- If you are looking for an excellent meal, great ambience, and welcoming staff, check out Cured. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend reservations during dinner/peak hours.
*Bonus: Parking garage/short walk to entrance.
We had Matty as our server, he did an amazing job. He was so friendly and warm, and even toured us through 18th&21st telling us about the history of prohibition that inspired the restaurant. Cured is an absolute must try!
Very strange brunch experience - the restaurant is beautiful, and the service was very good, but the food was consistently mediocre at best. It was especially disappointing because the menu was so creative. The melon soup was tasteless, the dock confit sticky bun was nearly inedible, the asparagus salad was poorly prepared, the steak was too thin, and the egg benedict was bizarre. The kitchen did better with fried foods – the French toast was excellent, and the nutella donuts were very good. The short rib hash was also fairly good, although it was swamped with onions. I would probably give it another chance for dinner, but they have to approve their food or they won’t be successful.
Love the new menu. The Philly eggrolls are awesome, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was a perfect blend of spicy, creamy and crispy. Everytime we come it gets better.
Outstanding ambiance. Loved my full rack of rib and I didn't think I liked fried sweet potatos until tonight. What a beautiful Restaurant. Can't wait to go back!
Great place and atmosphere. Superb service and the food was very delicious. The picture below is one of their appetizers, fried green tomatoes. It tastes as great as it looks A must try place!
Visited Cured Saturday evening. When we arrived we were seated right away and most of the tables around us were not seated so it wasn't that busy yet. After a few minutes our waitress came over and greeted us and said I see you are waiting for the rest of your party and she left. We were planning on ordering a drink and she was gone before we could get a word out. So we sat our our table until the rest of our group arrived and only then did she return to take a drink order... we would have had at least one drink each, if not more, while waiting yet she vanished. Once we were all seated, she appeared again and we asked her about one of the custom draft cocktails on the menu. Her reply was, "I don't know." Not, let me check or I will look into it. Just, I don't know and then she stood there waiting for my friend to order (and the question wasn't difficult). When I asked for a gin and tonic, she asked what type of gin I wanted. I said what do you have and she said I don't know. I just picked a random common one that I figured you had but would have loved to try something from a local distillery, that I'm sure you had. When we asked about the food menu, someone asked her to describe the grilled cheese sloppy joe and she said, "Its like it says. Its a grilled cheese with sloppy joe meat." Okay...duh on us I guess?
Sometimes I wonder if these servers have ever been out to eat before? If I were at TGIFridays or On The Boarder, okay...these wouldn't be unreasonable responses. But at a place that is trying to attract the more upscale crowd, I think it is fair to expect the servers to at least find out the answer if they don't know it, or make an effort to appear helpful. Especially if they are working on a Saturday night. The food was all excellent. But the service was subpar. Hopefully some additional training will be offered and the servers will have a chance to try different things on the menu or be given a reference list for such questions.
Like the new menu items and better prices. We also enjoyed half priced wine Wed.....made a good excuse to come out on school night!!! LOL
Went to 18 and 21st after for a glass of wine and music....What a treat too on Wed. John has found some great musicians ...any night of the week what a treat. I really like this pianoist ....he is so good.
Staff and our servers were wonderful as always!! thx DB
The food, staff and ambiance are wonderful. Go for happy hour and any occasion.
You always get the best from Steve Wecker and Cured is another home run! I have been there twice now and it was exceptional both times.
Nice place. It was a business lunch. Enjoyed the meal and GREAT service.
We have been anxious to invite friends from DC to enjoy the restaurant since the first time we came there. It did not let down their expectations.
We ordered several brunch selections and each was fantastic. Our friend is a lover of oysters and the selection was to his liking and delivered to our table.
We will be returning to enjoy the dining on the other side of the restaurant soon. Thank you Kyle for coming over, Saying hello so we could introduce our dining companions.
Cool place, very good food. Nice setting, but loud.
Great food, great ambiance and service was good. I’ve been to both Cured and 18th and 21st and I enjoyed them both. Ambiance is more cozy and sophisticated in 18th and 21st.
Not very crowded, slow service
What wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere. Love every moment, and would recommend to all my friends!
The food was wonderful and service great. We had brunch which had some unique items. It was disappointing that it was not busier. This is a great fine.
Wonderful, tasteful, creative food in a fun atmosphere; friendly, attentive service. Meatloaf was great comfort food fabulous, and Salmon was nicely done and paired with flavorful, savory veggies. The donut bread pudding was warm, moist and delicious- -don’t pass it by.
Great food and service!
Great service and great food. Will be back again!
I had a wonderful time celebrating my 50th Birthday. The food and restaurants was amazing.
Great food and drink, Mike & Jillian at the bar outstanding!!
Birthday celebration. Burger night was great
Met a friend for brunch. We both enjoyed the chicken and waffles, ricotta pancakes, bacon and the fried dough donuts. What a delicious way to spend Sunday morning 😊. The mimosas are also buy one and get another one for free. Love me some Cured.
Went on a Sunday afternoon the restaurant was pretty empty. Service was wonderful and friendly. Waitress took time to go over menu and options since we were Newbes. We got 4 items between the 2 of us and two drinks (it was buy one get one) and we paid $65.00 w/tip.
Pricey but delicious!
