   I have been to this restaurant several times and have always liked it. This time, I found the attendants a bit lost and somewhat disorganized. The food was as good as always.

   Just OK. The food was pretty meh. Beef short rib was more like roast beef. Flatbread was undercooked and sparse of toppings.

   We usually really enjoy the lounge at Nika lake but would not recommend for Christmas dinner.

   We made a reservation on open table and when we arrived, they told us that we shouldn’t have been able to book the reservation and they couldn’t seat us. Apparently the section we booked was reserved for a private event. They acted like it was our fault that their system allowed the reservation. We were speaking with the manager and he was quite rude about it. We asked if we could wait for a table and they allowed that. The whole thing was odd, no apologies. They were also understaffed and the service once we sat was awful. Our server told us they had to fire a bunch of ppl and that’s why he couldn’t give us his best service. Again, odd.

   Outstanding service and great food. Amy took time and explained the menu, recommended good drinks. We tried the burgers, chicken wings, burrata salad. Everything was great. Their ice cream is the best!

   The library was amazing, we had the room to ourselves, table of 12 and the teenagers could hang out on the couch. The food was good but small portions and pricey for the portions. Thank you for the wonderful space you provided for us.
