We visited for our anniversary and was not let down. The food was excellent and very fresh and flavorful! Tried the Blistered Shishito peppers for a appetizer they were very addictive! Can't wait to go back and try something new!

We ate here for the first time and are impressed. The service was good and the food was good, especially the Coq au Vin. It was crispy and juicy and delicious! The only negative I have is that the wine by the glass pours were the smallest I have ever had anywhere, so I recommend getting a bottle and taking home the excess.

Excellent. Everything. Pork chop and steak. Octopus appetizer. Bread pudding and chocolate moussse. Service was lovely. Once the restaurant was full, it was a little loud but I am almost 60. I did love the music being played.

Branzino was outstanding! Prepared perfectly with crispy skin and flaky moist fish served on a bed of tender arugula with flash cooked tricolored tomatoes. Wonderful and light. I hope the chef continues to bring in special menu items.

Made a stop in Tyler to hit some breweries and grab a bite to eat. This place was definitely the highlight of the trip. They put out some amazing food and the menu constantly changes. Also if you’re a beer snob like me they have a pretty solid selection 🍻

Had to go back for the Duck Confit Coq Au Vin. Perfectly cooked. Delicious. Excellent with the root vegetables which were perfectly roasted. Nice wine suggested by the server. So disappointed they did not have the pork chop so chose the Flat Iron Steak with Frites. Again, perfectly cooked to medium. Only complaint was that the fries, served with a delicious aioli, were soggy.

Our experience at Culture ETX was great. The Steak TarTare was prepared perfect and the pickled apples added a great tart crunch. Duck Confit Coq Au Vin is everything you want in a dish…texture, flavor and presentation. Don’t forget the bread pudding…killer!

The food we had was great!!! Only wish they had not been out of the rib-eye and yardbird. Also the shrimp and hash. Was looking forward to them. The music was a little since we are right under the speaker. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The waiter was great.

The duck confit is absolutely amazing but so is the fabulous pork chop. I would have given 5 stars for overall and food but I want to note that both the elote (mexican corn) and the collard greens are overly seasoned -- too spicy for the average palate in my opinion. Perhaps the chef could tone down the heat but have an option for additional spice at the table or by request - much like some high-end Thai restaurants who offer a range of spice. Decent wine selection. Fabulous, attentive but not intrusive service. Love watching the kitchen work in the intimate setting. Looking forward to taking advantage of the outdoor seating as weather improves.
