    We had a party of six. Family from Dallas used to high end dining. Chef Lance was on it…up to the challenge. Our server was on it too! Food was outstanding. We had the Rib Eye, Pork Chop (2), Duck, Cornbread, Peppers, Bolognese Pasta, Collard Greens, Mac & Cheese and all SIX desserts. We just shared everything. Outstanding meal. Outstanding experience. We went to the speakeasy afterward. We had plans to go out to other places during the night, but the food, service and drinks were just outstanding. We never went anywhere else. It’s not the fanciest place. That is part of the charm. The food, however, is best in town. Our visitors were WOWED!

    The food was really tasty. Most portions were small, so you won’t necessarily have leftovers for the price, but I like that they put effort into sourcing high quality ingredients. It makes me feel better about paying the prices. We had some hiccups with service, we were waited on my 3 different people and sometimes things didn’t show up or took a while, but it was minor things. Overall it was a lovely experience and we enjoyed everything we tried.

    I’ve been coming to Tyler several times for the last 5 years and I was keeping this place for a nice evening with family since I knew of its existence a year ago, however; it didn’t turned out all that well for my parents’ in law anniversary. Service wasn’t up to point. Server didn’t know the menu, so we were undecided of what we will be having for dinner that night. Don’t have wine if your servers are not qualify to serve it. Sure details are important for a quality service. When it comes to the food, I was expecting more for what they marketed it. Sure I will come by for a second chance.

    We sat outside in the evening and enjoyed a sidewalk table view of downtown Tyler. The service was good, our server was busy and took good care of us. The noise level inside was energetic and a little loud for us as a couple who wanted to chat (my husband is hard of hearing) so outside was ideal for us. The menu offered a wide variety of foods and as my husband is Gluten free (not celiac), we had a good selection. Definitely recommended if you want something different !

    Great relaxing atmosphere. The staff is attentive and are great with menu recommendations. The food is always on point. Large beer menu so there are always great option. Do yourself a favor and try this place if you haven’t.

    Atmosphere and food is top tier! It seems it’s all about the entire experience instead of getting you in and out. Fig & Burrata was amazing, lamb flatbread can’t be beat. Their bread pudding & chocolate mousse shift it to an entirely different level!

    CultureETX is one of the best restaurants in Texas. Worth the drive wherever you live. I’m just glad is a local spot for my wife and I. The team is super helpful and very knowledgeable with the menu.

    My favorite restaurant in East Texas! Had the Delmonico steak and it was cooked to perfection. Had to get a side of fries, an absolute *must* when eating here. It was a bit warmer inside then I would like but usually it’s fine. This place has such a good vibe and food is exceptional!

    Culture hit the spot. Hadn't been there yet and read reviews of both good and bad to which I take with a grain of salt because people are people. Table of 4 and had a flatbread pizza(good because I ate the leftovers for lunch next day) I had the cut rib eye, med-rare; perfect! Nice job Chef. Another had the pork chop; perfect to the bone. Crawfish mac-n-cheese, spot on. French fry appetizer was surprisingly good. Just saying that because I'm not a french fry guy. Thanks for the experience Culture ETX.

    We love Culture ETX - it’s our favorite restaurant. The food is amazing and watching it being prepared by Executive Chef Lance McWhorter is a great experience. Make sure to check out the Plaid Rabbit, but you’re going to need the secret password.

    The food was great, unfortunately they were short staffed and there was only one waiter in the restaurant. No one helped the young man even fill waters or cash out customers. Chef Lance clearly knew what was going on but didn’t do anything to help. Good place but definitely needs some work. Chairs and tables are not comfortable and it was very warm in the restaurant.

    Amazing food and great service as always but we were roasting between the heat coming from the kitchen and the heat coming from the sun in the window. We were all sweating so much it was hard to enjoy dinner. Will be back but when it is cooler.

    Your first visit won't be your last. It'll be your starting point in working through the entire menu with a fun, approachable, knowledgeable staff. Honey and black mission figs burrata, gulf shrimp with mojo verde, and pulvo a Lagareiro are apps that slap. Gulf snapper, Heritage pork chop and the steaks induce cravings. Chef Billy T's desserts make you cross your fingers and hope everyone at the table orders a different one. Look... everything ordered has hit here. These are just some recommended starting points for your first of many visits. Hope this review doesn't interfere with ability to score a reservation, but kudos to this tight team if it does. They deserve to be booked up solid.

    The tastes/flavors/seasoning of the food was excellent. However, my husband's ribeye was not hot enough. I had the salmon and found it to be somewhat dry. The restaurant was too warm, which reduced our appetites. Usually, I need a second layer inside, but I had to actually remove my light jacket. It was a very warm, muggy evening outside, but inside wasn't much better. I understand the kitchen is right there, but I don't remember it being too warm inside when we were there last time. We will be back for another try, in hopes that this was an off night.
