    Wonderful place with amazing food! Kudos to Chef! Cocktails, Delmonico, and Bread Pudding were exceptional! Our main star was waiter Kyle. He was so attentive and knowledgeable about wine menu! Great experience! We will definitely return.

    Somewhat underwhelmed by the minimalist decor, and did not understand there was not a full bar in the restaurant. I was looking forward to a dirty martini. The quality of service combined with the high quality of the food made up for any initial disappointment. Would definitely return!

    Small and casual. Attentive waiter. Wonderful to watch kitchen staff at work: fast, efficient, plating each dish with great care. Exquisite entrees. Great wine. Superb dessert. The Plaid Rabbit is also quite cool.😎

    Really impressed by this place. We had never been and it was suggested to us by friends that wanted to have their birthday at the restaurant. I made reservations weeks in advance for our party of 6 and our table was ready for us right at our reservation time. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right at the door. The service was excellent throughout the evening and they were kind enough to store the birthday cake in their fridge until dessert time. The food: WOW! 🤤🤤🤤 expensive, but you get quality food. They know their way around a kitchen and every dish that came out was five ⭐️’s. I ordered the flatbread pizza and I am not kidding when I say one of the best pizzas of my life. My husband ordered the crawfish pasta and we were equally impressed by it. Our friends raved about their ahi tuna.

    It's really wonderful to have a restaurant like CultureETX in Tyler. This is dining at a whole other level over and above all of the national chain restaurants in the area which are too often simply food service companies selling plate after plate of uninspired cliches. The menu at CultureETX is planned and executed with vision and passion. It excites the palate and nurtures the soul. The wine list is global and affordable.

    Highly recommend! The food and drinks were top notch, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the environment was both energetic and relaxing (Motown music was playing that evening.) Can't wait to visit again!

    We had an incredible dinner on Saturday night. Hands down the best food in Tyler and safe to say in our top 5 restaurants in the country. The pork chop was amazing, so flavorful and tender. The New York strip steak was the best steak I've ever tasted and we've been to a lot of pricey steakhouses. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, so tender. I've never reviewed a caesar salad, but wow. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic place, I'd have to sadly say no. It is more than lively. It's our only complaint.

    Fantastic food made with care and diligence - you can watch as they do it. Every bite had delicious layers for the palate. The speak easy is super cool with perfect drinks that mirror the complexity of the meal. Staff is very polite, fun, and attentive. Special attention from the owners is a delight and they have knocked it out of the park with this venture!

    Got a nice outdoor table on beautiful evening. Ordered beer from good list with useful descriptions. My guest and I shared the steak tartare. Nicely done with interesting egg yolk on top and wonderful flavor. Chips good too. My guest got the ahi tuna and loved it. Covered with tasty creamy sauce over edamame and tuna perfectly rare. I had the salmon but asked for something other than squash. They gave me some options and I chose broccolini. Salmon thin so was not cooked rare as I requested. Tasted good but too salty. I got the broccolini but it also came with a broccolini side I didn’t request; and then charged $9 for it. They need to be more transparent when you ask for a different side that they will charge such an upside.

    Food was fantastic!! Server (Kyle) did a great job with recommendations. Music was fun, drinks were limited in cocktail category which was interesting since the restaurant also has a speakeasy bar that is fully stocked. Overall it was a great experience that I highly recommend. Don’t miss the speakeasy bar!! (you must have the passcode of the week to get in which can be found on the “plaidrabbit” FB page)

    Food was excellent, service was good pertaining to food service except the waiter was ver nervous about granting a request for the music to be turned down a bit for dining…it was so loud, we had to switch tables, but it was still very loud at the table we ended up at. The waiter said he could not turn music down a bit because owner woukd not have it…that is the way it was period, like just deal with it. We were there to enjoy great food with friends and have a normal conversation, not yell across the table only to appease, what appeared to be the staff to keep them energized while serving and cooking. After all, it was only 5:30 in the evening as we were trying to get to an event at The Liberty, and it felt like a full on rock concert. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be back because when we go out with friends, we are there to visit & enjoy excellent food and wine (which the food & wine were excellent)…not scream so we can hear one another, only to be told “nope, can’t do that”). Reminder, the customer still comes first, even in 2023. We were not made first, and neither were the other patrons dining…maybe the speak easy is the place for the louder music…just a thought.

    The Buratta was exquisite!! If you wanted to come in and just have a light snack like meal for two over wine, it would be perfect!! The Mac n cheese is gold in a bowl!! The perfectly cooked pasta and handpicked cheeses make for the perfect casin high! The Ceasars salad with the duck aioli is superb! The perfect topping for fresh crisp lettuce! Now for the main course, the Delmonico steak. When I tell you it is worth every penny per pound I wholeheartedly mean it. In fact it is a steal for the quality you will not find anywhere else within 100 miles!!!! I asked for the best steak and I am not disappointed!!! You absolutely have to eat dessert!!! I insist on it adamantly!!! The lemon pound cake is a dreamlike experience you'll never want to end!! On top of everything we tasted, the staff was next level!! They were very attentive and by far the best service we have received in as long as I can remember!!! We will most definitely be back!! Thank you all so much for an unforgettable experience!!! Now the real secret of this place, you'll have to figure out for yourself. I can't give you all the answers. All I can day is the answers are there if you know where to look.

    This restaurant is so unique, very intimate, and yet very alive because of acoustics and the level of music, perhaps a little loud to hear the waiter. The food was great, very timely service by a very pleasant waiter.

    We had eaten there before and had a lovely experience. Our waiter helped us with menu suggestions and wine selection. Our waitress last night must have just come over to Culture ETX from a stint at Whataburger. Hostess was surly and not the least bit welcoming. Food was good enough but one of our group did not like seafood and the menu was very heavy into seafood. Most likely we will not go back which is a shame!

    Food was very GOOD! We had the Duck and Salmon entrees along with Poblano soup and cornbread. Staff was friendly, we would recommend this restaurant and we plan to come back ourselves.

    We waited 45-50 minutes for our two entrees. The red snapper was dry like it had been ready for a while. It was our first time at ETX. Not sure we’ll be back.

    We had been to Culture ETX several times over the past couple years, but had not been since they expanded the menu and got their liquor license. They now have an extensive, impressive list of wines, craft beers, and cocktails. The service was friendly and attentive. And the food was AMAZING!! The French fries might be the best we’ve ever had…super thin, hand cut, crispy…so yummy. We all decided that we could go back and make a meal out of the fries, alone. Just one recommendation… you must have a reservation. We made our reservation for 4 several days in advance, because the last few times we tried to make reservations , they were completely booked up 1-2 days in advance.
