   One of our new favorite places! The service is amazing, from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out. We reserved outdoor seating (that was all that was available) and the first indication that my wife was a little chilly, they graciously offered to move us inside. This made for a much more enjoyable experience for my wife. James recommended a fabulous wine and spent some time telling us about it and the region it came from. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was very flexible to our needs. The food was incredible. To us, there isn’t much better than simple food that is done right. Heritage East is it. We got the ribeye, tenderloin Oscar, Mac and cheese, and the spicy creamed corn. The steaks were prepared perfectly, everything was at the right temperature, and seasoned well. The dessert should not have worked. When you read the ingredients, they make zero sense together, so of course, we had to try it. I foresee many trips to Tyler, just so my wife can have that chocolate mousse again. Another thing we loved is that everyone works here. The hostess was running food and clearing tables, the sommelier brought water and food, and everyone helped each other. We own a small business, so things like that and the overall quality of service is a big deal to us. Great job Heritage East! We will be back.

   Service was impeccable, ambience was good, for the price food was not on point, my husband and one other guest had steak, both were tough, one was undercooked and one was overcooked, even though they were both ordered medium rare. Overall we enjoyed the dining experience, but will definitely steer away from beef on our next visit.

   As always the food was delicious. Kyle was outstanding serving us. He’s always so attentive. Chef Lance came by and said hi too! I had the ribeye which was cooked perfectly and so delicious! The arugula that comes with it is great too! We also shared the fried bread pudding for dessert! A perfect way to end a great meal!! We can’t wait to go back!

    From the time we arrived until we left our experience was nothing short of outstanding. The food, service and atmosphere during our visit to Heritage East at Culture ETX was top notch. Undoubtedly the best part is the view of the kitchen. We will be making a return trip!
