The establishment needs refurbishing. A chair had to be replaced because it was so rickety. The tables had crumbs on it, and it looked shabby, not shabby sheak. Food was nothing exceptional. We won’t be back to pay those prices.

Arrived 6:30, seated 6:32, ordered drinks and an app 6:37. App showed up: 6:45. PLATES FOR THE APP never showed up (had to flag down a bus boy). My drink arrived 6:59, while the drink my guest arrived 7:40. Waiter totally ignored us but fawned over the four person table beside us. I mean literally ignored. My guest waved her arms and called his name and he looked over and then WALKED AWAY. Who does that? When he did show up again it was to really pressure us to order our entrees before our drinks even came. That's not what I would call service by any stretch of the imagination. Food arrived: around 7:50-8pm. Waiter never came to check on us or refill water (left that up to the bus boys and people working other sections). Check requested: 8:25 (we ate fast to gtfo). Check arrived: 8:35. We finally left around 9, our meal having taken so long that our other evening plans had to be postponed. Bad or slow service is one thing, and I understand given that it was a weekend, but our waiter was dismissive, rude, didn't check on us at all, and didn't bring over our orders. A manager did apologize and I think she comped part of my friend's order but our waiter never did and in fact acted like we were a bother to him. We still tipped 21% btw but it will be a long time before I go back there. If ever.

We absolutely loved the food selection. We made a reservation and were seated immediately. It did take some time to submit our order, but we were looking at the menus trying to decide. The DJ was great, and the overall vibe was awesome. We will definitely dine there again!

Culinary Dropout - TucsonResponded on June 21, 2022Thank you for enjoying the weekend with us! Please feel free to sign up for our Ebites program through your email for the next time you are dining with us. They will send you $10 off a $20 purchase just for joining. Seems like the waitresses are looking more and more skimpy nowadays at this place. Less family oriented and less appealing. It’s like a Hooters but from top to bottom, moving on to a more modest eatery.

Culinary Dropout - TucsonResponded on June 21, 2022Andrew, thank you for taking the time to share. That's definitely not the impression we want to give to our guests. We do encourage our staff to express themselves, but never at the expense of our guests. We are in fact a family restaurant and take a lot of pride and joy in having such a wide range of people join us on a daily basis. We will be sure to follow up with any staff that may send the wrong message. We appreciate you and genuinely hope to see you again soon!

The music is much too loud to converse with others. I don’t think this level of noise appeals to most people The menu os quite limited but the food is tasty

Culinary Dropout - TucsonResponded on June 21, 2022Hi there! It does tend to get a bit noisy. We are more than willing to accommodate whenever possible. I'm sorry we couldn't do that for you during your visit with us. I encourage you to allow us to do that for you the next time. If we can sit you somewhere more quiet, we would love to do so. As far as the food goes, we are happy to make any modifications or even construct something for you as we are a scratch kitchen and can certainly offer more than what you may just see on the menu. We can be pretty creative and flexible! You'll just have to let us know. Thank you for taking the time to share. Hope to see you soon!

Very nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was too warm inside and a little uncomfortable. Flies swarming food was unpleasant because doors were wide open. Otherwise, nice server and good food.

Culinary Dropout - TucsonResponded on June 14, 2022Thank you for the 4 star review! Although we do have an open concept we are working hard to ensure we can get ahead of some of the issues the hot summer brings. We are continuing to keep doors from inside to outside closed as much as possible, which has made a huge difference already and regulate temperatures inside to be more comfortable. We have installed misters outside and have kept the shades down for guests who still would love to enjoy the covered patio. We hope to see you again soon and that you notice the difference with the changes. Happy to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere and the food as well! Stay cool :)

Lousy food. Music so loud, no one can hear each other. Unfortunate.

Culinary Dropout - TucsonResponded on June 6, 2022It does tend do get a bit loud when it's busy, especially on the weekends. However, we are happy to accommodate in any way possible. Often times we do have our back room that is a bit quieter available when it's not being used for an event or even our front patio if it's the evening and you don't mind sitting outside. Thanks for taking the time to share and we hope to accommodate you in future visits!

My family went to dinner (party of 7) on a Thursday evening (7:30), 5/19/22. We waited long for food. Two people ordered same burgers well done, one came out perfect, other had blood. Burger was sent back and by the time a new burger was brought out, rest of family was done. Lighter on fondue for pretzel bites didn't work. Manager came by and said dessert was on him for our in convenience, so we ordered 3 desserts to share. Waiter acknowledged that they gave military/veteral discount, to which my husband showed his ID. Took forever to get our bill. Most of us left, my husband stayed to pay bill. When bill arrived, we were charged for all 3 desserts and no militay discount was given. My husband reminded waiter of free dessert. He came back with bill of only one dessert taken off bill and no military discount. My husband just wanted to leave by this time, past 7:30, so he paid bill as is rather than continue to back and forth to make corrections.
