The service was very good. The food was excellent as usually. The ambiance is always great.

Usually one of the best restaurant's around but this time the Rib eye had so much gristle on it I could barely cut it and so much fat that that only 2/3 was meat. I know rib eye should have plenty of fat but this was just ridiculous and plain sub par for Cuizine. I don't know if they switched suppliers or what but it sure made us not be in a hurry to go back like every time before. I mentioned it to the waiter who just ignored me. I would not say it unless there was a problem. Hate to say it....but what a disappointment :(

We were looking for a restaurant to enjoy and celebrate our 61st anniversary. Some place above the normal pricey "beachy" walk-in type typical of the beach scene. Not a full suit and tie place but nice, casual place with class and atmosphere. This is the place. Our waitress asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and we told her it was our 61st. After wishing us well and congratulations she took our meal selections and attended to her business. The owner appeared and offered his congratulations and wishes laid red flower petals on our table. I can't describe our feelings. And then two glasses of champagne appeared with strawberry tipped rims. Who does this? Did the gracious owner and the attentive waitress make this evening special? You damn right they did. We haven't had this type of dinning experience since leaving the Baltimore/DC area. The background music and then the live piano in the lounge was perfect. The dinner was superb.

Awesome! Birthday dinner. New York steak, escargot, and veal chop were perfection. Beyond tender. Bartender Mandy made perfect martinis, and for dinner , our server Andy, was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and knew just when to check on us. A wonderful wine list. Our food was absolutely delicious. Our first time there and can hardly wait to go back

Love this place, have been coming here for years ,was at bar. SERVICE was great, food was great Lamb could have been cooked a little longer. Very misapointed at the F---- word and anothers being loughly used over and over.

I absolutely love this restaurant!!! When we are up in Satellite this is our place for the best food!! Never disappointed!!! The Mushrooms ahhhh the mushrooms!!!! Escargot!!!! Steak! Veal!!! MARTINIS!!!! If you haven’t tried Cuizine you don’t know what you’re missing!!!!!

We love going to Cuizine! Our fave restaurant in the area! The musts - huckleberry martini or smoked old fashion, escargot or foie Gras, wedge salad, baked onion soup in a crock, Parmesan encrusted veal chop, creme brûlée… You really can’t go wrong!!! Staff is great too!!!

As usual Cuizine lived up to it's name with great food and service. Staff were welcoming and friendly. This is our favorite restaurant.

Excellent dinning for a reasonable price

First time. Went for our anniversary. For those familiar with Bern’s in Tampa this place comes close; for about half. Great food and service.

The service was perfect like always. From our appetizer to our entrée, everything was wonderful. My only critique would be that my salmon was a bit dry and slightly over cooked, but the flavor profile was excellent. I will request medium next time I order it. Its become a favorite place to dine.

Had a great experience. We had a reservation but we were enjoying the bar so much that we ended up dining there. Both the Cioppino and Swordfish features were amazing.

After over 20 years of marriage, we take our date nights seriously. CuiZine made for a very memorable date night. Starting with the Smoked Old fashion, a unique presentation, and well crafted cocktail.The food was fresh, and perfectly prepared. the suggested wines from the Sommelier where wonderful. Meeting the Chef at the end of our meal showed his deep love for food and the guests. We will go back.

What a great restaurant! It was our first time and we can not wait to go back. We had excellent service and our food was delicious. The tables are far enough away from each other so you can have a conversation and not feel like you have to shout. I highly recommend Cuizine!

Excellent meal all around with great wine pairings

Tried this restaurant because I had heard good things. Had a reservation for two, but on arrival was told there would be a wait. 20 minutes later, we were seated. When we were brought our bread and plate of butter, there was a large hair in our food. Our server immediately removed the food from the table. When the manager came over he said “the bread comes from a factory and we just warm it here so there’s nothing we can do about that” and then walked away.

There was a live musician, but the table nearest us decided to play the same songs she was performing loudly though their cell phone-and sing along.

The food-minus the hair situation-was prepared well and tasted great.

May or may not return. Nothing spectacular.

The food was the best as usual. David is what every waiter should be. Also he is a great person.

My wife said it was the best veal chop she’s ever had and we’ve traveled extensively! Excellent service from Collin. We’ll definitely be going back.

It was very good the food was awesome very nice atmosphere too

From the moment we arrived, our service was impeccable. We opted for a lovely Italian Barolo wine, with the artichoke appetizer, both were amazing. We split the Caesar salad,
I had the beef ravioli, my husband had the steak with a crust of blue cheese on top, both entree's were delicious. For dessert, I had the key lime mango pie while my husband got the lemon ricotta ravioli, plus coffee and we were set. Our waitress was wonderful.
We will be back soon.

As usual, they had us at bacon before dinner at the bar. The meal was great except the sea bass was a little dry. It needed a nice sauce.

Wow. Cuizine is absolutely top-notch in every aspect. The food, cocktails, wine, dessert, and service (Andy was superb) just impeccable. Truly a remarkable experience and wonderful evening.

Truly outstanding as it is for every visit we have had at Cuizines. It is our favorite restaurant in Brevard County - second to none.

To find such fine dining on Satellite Beach was a nice find. It is a perfect venue for dinner or just a upscale happy hour!

Had a fantastic dinner with friends. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. Food was amazing as usual. I had the grouper and completely enjoyed it. Then for desert there was a peanut butter cheesecake that was awesome.
